@IndiaPostOffice I have visited Postoffice Wagholi 412207 , there I got the delivery. When I complained to post official I got reply from delivery boy that if next time your delivery comes then I will take revenge of complaint. I am scared now whether to use India post services or no.

@PostOffice Ok, thanks. I did ring the help line, now waiting for an engineer. I have been told this will be Friday or Monday but I was just hoping it might be resolved sooner. It is my 90 yr old mother who lives independently and needs the phone line for her emergency alarm and contact.

@PostOffice @DailyMailUK East Barnet Post Office definitely over charging and ripping people off. They are so rude and defensive if ever they are questioned about prices. Told my wife to “Stop talking so much and asking questions”. Send a secret shopper and see!

@PostOffice Have to say the customer service given by the manager of my local post office is appalling. Rude , no hello , goodbye , please or thankyou ! If I worked like that I'd be out of a job . Rest of the staff lovely by the way .

@PostOffice can’t we have a label for parcels that ARE NOT FRAGILE so the postman pushes a parcel through the letter box. Letter boxes are made to stop droughts to help global warming etc, so some items need a firm push. Fed up with having to go pick up packages

@PostOffice How about just training them to recognise notes by either uv lamps, detector pens or simply checking the ribbon. Went half mile down the road and they were fine
