@PostOffice Now my recipient says only one parcel arrived. I spoke to the manager called Joe and he told me to call Royal Mail as he could not help. Royal mail customer service is hard to get through to and I have tried several times to no success

No longer can logistics companies maintain their own fleet of personal and fulfillment centers or customer facing offices. That is too costly and if done at truly wide scale you will have a Indian Postoffice like entity or ****** service experiance.

I went to post a birthday present to my granddaughter and the Post Office says it’s systems are down and it can’t even weigh it or take it. And they have no idea what’s happening @RoyalMail @PostOffice

@PostOffice Parcel was sent to me Saturday 30th April and has not arrived. Sender used self service kiosk and it did not give receipt as out of paper and no staff. Are they able to go back and get another receipt printed if they have all the relevant details about parcel?

@PostOffice They were unable to help, tried to explain that it made sense that someone who has held a US license for more than 25 years should suddenly cost £560 more to insure just because they passed their UK test. So I cancelled. @tescobankhelp charged us just £380 for a new policy

@PostOffice Ok so how do I make an official complaint as the parcel has been lost\stolen and I am £50 out of pocket because your staff left the machines with no paper to print receipts.
