    @PostOffice @Barclays Getting rid of counter staff was ridiculous decision. Not everyone is retired or on benefits and have all the time in the world to queue.... there's more people on duty at self service because noone can work out how to use them. 🤭😣

    @Cotswolds_D @PShootLFWW @PostOffice So sorry you had this experience Cotswolds. I had a similar experience last year. I rang my local sorting office and lodged a complaint directly with them. They apologised and promised the man who did it would never be put on the round again.He was the manager FYI 🙄

    @PostOffice so many people are sick and tired of the North Parade, Chessington branch claiming to be open online but they’re always shut. The times are completely off. Can someone update the website? I travelled to them and they’re never open on Sundays apparently.

    I hate it when you ship an item online (after weight and packing it yourself) and a week later the postoffice is like- “You ****** it up, so we’re charging you more to cover the difference, thanks for using our services!” 🙄 It was only $5 extra but damn.
