Had to write a cheque the other day, no idea where my cheque book is so got a postal order instead. £35 postal order cost me £39.80!!!! WTF!! Why does it cost so much? Surely a £35 postal order should be £35 or something like a £1 processing fee max @PostOffice #ripoff

@Ofcom the @PostOffice have reduced access to a 1st class mail service by stealth. A vast no. of post boxes now have a collection time of 9am meaning for next day service most of us need to post 2 days in advance. Is this meeting their obligations? #postoffice #1stclassservice

@PostOffice Thank you I will definitely get back to you if they can’t sort it. But I do think sometimes the post office and Royal Mail should be one company then there isn’t all this back and forth for the customer. I don’t know historically if you were one company at one time?

@PostOffice Post office carnoustie closed for 2 weeks for refurb. Went to Barry PO as advised. Shuts at 3pm!!?? Poor poor service
