@PostOffice help! I've literally just missed a parcel for my daughters first Christmas. Is there any way I can get it today. Hartlepool
-
Mrs Collywobble (@tuttutnosey) reported from Redcar, England
@JonMathias8 @ChrisNJWilliams @PostOffice What happens when there's an imminent bank collapse? We've had them frequently before. There's the usual run on the bank/building society to get all your cash out. If there's no cash your money will just sink with the bank. My mam lost £33,000 in 1993, never got a penny back.

@Atmywitsend3 if it was a case of @postoffice just being busy?? I’d be happy to wait!! I AM A DROP AND GO CUSTOMER in a wheelchair. DROP AND GO POST should be processed the same day. @rickygervais is right!! Twitter is full of trolls!!
-
Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice NOT ACCEPTABLE TO LEAVE THEM UNPROCESSED. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AS BUSINESS. IF I WAIT IN QUEUE THEY ARE HAPPY TO PUT THEM THROUGH. ONE TILL FOR a town of 7000 PEOPLE? It it serves local villages too!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
-
Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice I AM NOT THE SAME AS ANY OTHER CUSTOMER I AM IN WHEELCHAIR!! I CANNOT ALWAYS GAT TO ANOTHER BRANCH. #DisabledPersons discrimination.

@postoffice please advise if I can get some answers!!! I have to use my local as I am disabled! Why are you saying like any other customer I can go to another branch??? #disabledperson I am going to contact the press!!
-
Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported
@postoffice STILL WAITING FOR ANSWERS. Your customer services is appalling. I am disabled and you’re expecting me to drop my post by 9am if I want it processed same day!! If I stand in queue instead of drop and go they process them!! How is this acceptable?
-
Zoe Dolman (@zodol) reported
@PostOffice we have recently received two separate birthday cards for my son. The senders put £20 in each card but they arrived empty. We don’t have the first envelope but the second one has been very carefully opened and glued back down.
-
Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice Where should I take my parcels if local branch are refusing them? You said “as other customers” disabled people are not as other customer! My disability prevents me from driving daily!!! I am in a WHEELCHAIR!!! #DisabledPersons
-
Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice DROP AND GO is prepaid and I should NOT have to take to another branch as local branch leave them sitting for DAYS!! Not acceptable to a business customer and not acceptable for #disabledpersons in wheelchair to take elsewhere.
-
Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice Any other customer is not in a wheelchair!!!! How do you think that is acceptable as a solution??? Appalling response to someone in a wheelchair!! Clearly you have no idea about disability!! #DisabledPersons
-
Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice You are NOT helping AT ALL!!! Advise a disabled business customer attend another branch as Fakenham discriminate against DROP AND GO customers. #disabledpersons @edp24
