@PostOffice Went to collect my 94 yo mother's pension which is £196.26 only to be told that they didn't have enough money. Now given today is traditionally pension day and given that in usual circumstances it is the day pensioners do their shopping at the Co op I find it poor.

it wasnt very nice in side the post office any way when we went in thier it look very old looking i think it look better now that they take the old postoffice down and build it up as a new fish chips shop it look so much better i think any way and at least we can now buy fish chi

@PostOffice DM you a pic of black bag that has a jacket in it? Tell me if I wrote on paper where it was to be returned to does that classify as a label? Was it that hard for the cashier to do that for a customer after weighing the item amd then telling me I need a printed label. My god.
