@PostOffice Joker of a customer service advisor is clearly trying to make me lose my temper so he can terminate call. 57 minutes so far. You guys failed to process documents within YOUR deadline so the "advice" is just do it again & hope for the best...... #unacceptable

@CStewartSHS @PostOffice Having done something similar I still cringe that I actually said to the rude person - with appropriate teacher glare: "Excuse me sir, but would you like to be spoken to in that manner?" The guy must have been in 20 years older than me and to be fair did look rather sheepish.

@PostOffice Appalling top-up rates. There is a poor flat rate of 1.12 euro/pound no matter what the spend. Wolf in sheep’s clothing with attractive up front rate then hammered when at holiday destination. Will not use again! Avoid!

@carteblanchetv #CarteBlanche Why did @DerekWatts fail to grill - really grill! - that giant @PostOffice CEO to pin her down on parcel delivery? The PO cannot even get ordinary letters, accounts etc. delivered on time. Weeks & months late is the norm. Same day is impossible!

If your account has been running ok previously, then try rebooting your phone or clearing cookies &try again 👍

@matthewevansnpt are you aware of the reasoning of the new parking restrictions down by the bottom of Caerau Rd? Seems daft to stop people parking outside the dentist(s) & other medical facilities, especially for the disabled and those with small kids. Same as outside postoffice.

@IndiaPostOffice I do not understand how can you close the complaint without even enquiring? I am unable to reach Indian Post helpline number therefore I registered the complaint. I had posted a postcard from Hikkim postoffice to Lucknow Post Office 226016, but haven't recieved.
