@PostOffice I see your complaints procedure is just as inefficient as your postal service. 3 complaints from me now,with an escalation on Friday to stage 2, with 4 hour response, and nothing from you. Rubbish service.

village shop with @PostOffice inside. Go to post a parcel and buy some stamps. ‘Sorry, the Post Office is closed!’ ‘But I just walked in! And you just served a customer!’ ‘Yes, the shop is open, but the Post Office closes at twelve.’ What’s the difference?

@PostOffice so annoyed just visited your branch WHSmiths in Norwich st Stephens . In a rush a long queue and all 5 self service queues closed . All I wanted was some stamps to post a parcel . 😖

My mum is a pensioner living alone. Her @PostOffice phone/bb service was ended (don't know how, but a mistake) & she tried reversing it. Now been without net since Nov 11th, landline dropping in & out (off last 2 days). Isolated & can't order shopping. Can we get some help?

Omg I do a manifest every time and my parcels never get processed or processed incorrectly and then I’m left in a state wondering where the rest are until I can contact the PO again.. I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?

Hello @PostOffice. Yesterday I used your Document Certification Service. Your website says that part of the service is filling and stamping the form, but your staff in Yateley won't fill it out saying it's obsolete. Meanwhile Metro Bank asking for it. Can you clarify please?
