No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasn’t working and to come back another day. That the PO used this to drive an extortion scheme extending to the imprisonment of the innocent beggars belief.
