@PostOffice I see your complaints procedure is just as inefficient as your postal service. 3 complaints from me now, with an escalation on Friday to stage 2, with 4 hour response, and nothing from you. Rubbish service.

village shop with @PostOffice inside. Go to post a parcel and buy some stamps. ‘Sorry, the Post Office is closed!’ ‘But I just walked in! And you just served a customer!’ ‘Yes, the shop is open, but the Post Office closes at twelve.’ What’s the difference?

@TamesideCorr Improve? If it's anything like ours on Ashton under Lyne the service will get worse? The @PostOffice just cut serving people, tills to serve, self service machines always switched off and prices continue to rise Good old British Companies

@pplrstupid977 @DrMarianaClaire @PostOffice Not blaming, but if the QR code is on a post label that you printed, then your printer may be poor quality (for this task), or printing too small. Or, could you print a label, not stick it to the package, hand it in? Then again, it sounds like a QR reader OUTSIDE the glass -

@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Every civil service agency or department has had issues with implementing any large scale project whether that HS2, IT or rolling out xyz. Despite the costs being astronomical, I wonder why they don't just outsource the whole thing. Or is it because they are using private...?

@PostOffice Yes, you can upgrade a Freepost item to "Signed For" (recorded delivery) by taking it to a Post Office counter and paying the additional fee. While the recipient usually pays for Freepost, you pay to upgrade the service for extra tracking paying only for the recorded service upg
