@PostOffice so annoyed just visited your branch WHSmiths in Norwich st Stephens . In a rush a long queue and all 5 self service queues closed . All I wanted was some stamps to post a parcel . 😖

@PostOffice I see your complaints procedure is just as inefficient as your postal service. 3 complaints from me now, with an escalation on Friday to stage 2, with 4 hour response, and nothing from you. Rubbish service.

village shop with @PostOffice inside. Go to post a parcel and buy some stamps. ‘Sorry, the Post Office is closed!’ ‘But I just walked in! And you just served a customer!’ ‘Yes, the shop is open, but the Post Office closes at twelve.’ What’s the difference?

hope today that post office managers will have their convictions for fraud overturned. Lives were ruined and may never be repaired by @PostOffice Horizon computer scandal. A horrific example of corporate Goliath trying to destroy hundreds of "Davids" #PostOfficeScandal

Can't believe I'd never heard of the #PostmasterVerdict before today. I hope they all have their wrongful convictions overturned and they can get some dignity back! @PostOffice should be ashamed.

The Post Office scandal is terrifying, the human misery and injustice inflicted by a state institution. Why has nobody at the @PostOffice had their collar felt? Hundreds of lives ruined - and they knew the software was faulty. Awful.

@BBCNWT They deserve the truth to be told, monetary recompense and their reputations restored. They will never be the person they once were. @PostOffice do the right thing.

@AtlanticFyoo @PostOffice Those poor people whose lives and livelihoods were ruined. And the Post Office fought tooth and nail to cover it up, knowing that people had been sent to prison undeservedly. The entire episode is disgusting.

@PostOffice Post office staff are abused by customets daily because of rules and clients services. When they can't get the service because they have wrong paperwork they abuse staff. Shame the staff side of the story is not believed. Just like they did not believe subplot master's. Disgrace

@AnnieBannister @PostOffice @PrivateEyeNews Sometimes it seems so unreal. How it could have happened. So, so awful for those employees involved.

@PostOffice No I'm not keen on raising a complaint about a member of staff's prejudiced attitude with that member of staff. Which was my only option. I will be closing my account though. Perhaps you need some advice on inclusive business procedures from the disabled community.

@PostOffice The abuse counter staff suffer. The lies customers send in to Post Office. Crown Office staff get the support. Try to working in the 109 Post offices handed over to private retailers. Poor staff training. Staff shortages. Queues. Crown offices are best. Stop abusing staff😢

@PostOffice Where can I make a complaint? I have a Mcoll's run post office near me that is closed more than it's open. I have been into the shop at least 5 times the last few weeks and 3 of those times the counter was closed due to "a broken or rebooting terminal" Very Annoying
