    @PostOffice so annoyed just visited your branch WHSmiths in Norwich st Stephens . In a rush a long queue and all 5 self service queues closed . All I wanted was some stamps to post a parcel . 😖

    @jordan_fretter @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice This is not normal. All tracking numbers must be unique. They have really screwed up with Click & Drop and they need to fix it. I recently paid for 2 shipping labels and both got a tracking number that was used last year!

    @PostOffice @bt_uk @Ofcom My elderly in-laws are having an ongoing issue with their landline provided by the post office. Constant interference on the line and they are hard of hearing anyway. You keep fobbing them off! How do we sort this issue????

    What' up with the DBS certificate process @DBSgovuk? I got the @PostOffice Verify app and scanned my passport, took a selfie and had it approved, etc. but now I still have to go into a Post Office with my passport to verify my identity! What was the point in the Verify service!?

    @PostOffice @flincauk From what i can gather you purchased a royal mail signed for service, this is not tracked and will be updated once delivery is attempted. If you required tracking you should have purchased a tracked service. When we sell car tax your contract is with dvla, in same way mail is rm

    @Newsstand_UK It will be 2 months in a few days... I still don’t have my Esquire BTS magazine. You can’t even give me proof that you mailed it. I emailed you 3 times already. My local postoffice told me to ask you for proof so they can help me find it.

    @PostOffice it’s been 5 months and still nobody will help me with the special delivery package that has been lost. No assistance what so ever. No replies to emails or tweets! I have paid for a service which you have not provided!!!
