village shop with @PostOffice inside. Go to post a parcel and buy some stamps. ‘Sorry, the Post Office is closed!’ ‘But I just walked in! And you just served a customer!’ ‘Yes, the shop is open, but the Post Office closes at twelve.’ What’s the difference?

@PostOffice I want an answer from your Chief Executive and I want an answer now. Do not use Christmas or Virus as the excuse. The services are always ******* **** from the post office. What has been done about this?

@PostOffice My internet is not working yesterday and today. It is touch and go. On the box the internet light is red. Could you help?

@Atmywitsend3 @PostOffice Not that my transaction will make a huge difference but it does contribute to it. It’s called customer service for a reason. It has been like this pre pandemic so I don’t think this is even an excuse. Get a better excuse for a crap customer service or get a new job.

@PostOffice Thank you so much for your help with this Tom. Just to clarify that this behaviour was pre covid so I don’t think covid was ever an excuse. I used to buy my stamps at the counter but I don’t anymore. I do it online and go for proof of postage to avoid my frustration.

@PostOffice this branch has places for four members of staff and I have never seen four people serving customers and on Friday there were two and a queue of 20 people. I want to know what has changed since I made a complaint?
-
mick smith (@micksmi70872507) reported
@PostOffice I am still waiting for a reply to my messages. I want to know when the post office is going to provide excellent customers at your branches and on the phone. What have you done since I made my complaint?
-
mick smith (@micksmi70872507) reported
@PostOffice What is the ******* problem? I have made the same complaint a number of times and nothing has been ******* done to improve this. Why not? The post office clearly does not give a **** how the people who are paying for it are treated

@Atmywitsend3 @PostOffice Don’t rmb asking for your opinion. If u’re paid to do customer service and failed to do your job then apply for a job that you’ll enjoy. Nobody is forcing them to be there. I paid for the service and the least I expect is a hi and a thank you for keeping that business going.

@jamesmorrell_ @PostOffice Also let me tell you, I am not going to stop here so you can f*off with your views! I know what I am doing and that is I am making awareness by reviewing customer service which I am entitled too and no Tom, **** and Harry can dictate what I should do! #strongwoman
