@PostOffice I see your complaints procedure is just as inefficient as your postal service. 3 complaints from me now,with an escalation on Friday to stage 2, with 4 hour response, and nothing from you. Rubbish service.

@PostOffice so annoyed just visited your branch WHSmiths in Norwich st Stephens . In a rush a long queue and all 5 self service queues closed . All I wanted was some stamps to post a parcel . 😖

@PostOffice I find it terrible that I drop items off with drop and go and I’m told you won’t have time to do them. Not the staffs fault but Shouldn’t you man up correctly? Or get someone trained up to cover from Spar in Tickhill Doncaster dn119ht

@PostOffice Stephen I could understand if the branch kept normal hours but to reduce an already limited service is really poor. The PO in question is in Chinley. Aligned to fact RM wont come down to the farm we are regularly left days without parcels stuck there.

@PostOffice why are deliveries so poor at present I got my @PrivateEyeNews supposed to be delivered on 17th December today as well as over 20 Christmas cards all posted before the recommended dates arrived to day 29th December appalling service!

@PostOffice only had one post delivery in the past four weeks in our area. Impossible to get through to your customer services. I appreciate there are sickness issues etc, but how long do we need to wait?? #postoffice

@PostOffice I've purchased a recorded delivery label online, and tried to post the item. There was one staff member on self service who said to scan it there, but that didn't work. She said the other staff member was counting money so after already queuing, I'd need to come back in an hour.

@Swearyfairy1 The @PostOffice is bloody useless. Delivered my parcel to wrong address (Xmas presents), spent over 2 hrs and 20 minutes on phone in queue and 10 days later receive email saying they’re still investigating and suggesting I look at help pages. All I want is my bloody parcels 😡😡

@PostOffice I paid for a postal order to the DVLA which has now been returned to me by the DVLA saying they never received the postal order. I have sent another one via the post office but the other postal order has not been cashed so can this be looked into so I can be refunded?

@DVLAgovuk I applied for my first provisional licence on 27-Nov-21 and sent the required ID,signed form to DVLA through registered post, it was received by DVLA on 11-12-2021 as per PostOffice Track&Trace.Checking application status online shows awaiting return form. Please help.
