    @PostOffice so annoyed just visited your branch WHSmiths in Norwich st Stephens . In a rush a long queue and all 5 self service queues closed . All I wanted was some stamps to post a parcel . 😖

    @LukhonaMnguni Yhooo this bothers me a lot Lupower. It’s at the core of dehumanisation of black people. Poor people queue-unnecessarily!!! I am just leaving Mthatha and just saw at Pick ‘n Pay that there is a 350 queue- it’s long but seems more dignified than PostOffice

    @PostOffice I didn’t wait as I didn’t have time to wait for that long and Government Guidance doesn’t stipulate one person at a time I. A shop. I thought the idea of “Click and Drop” was to speed things up and reduce customer wait time. Clearly doesn’t work unless branches accommodate it

    @PostOffice One delivery a week over the last three weeks! Tried to complain. 50min wait time to customer services. Email complaint form does not allow submit, what is going on!

    Hi @parcelforce I have an understandably upset customer who has not received her parcel. The parcel was collected from Clapton Postoffice and arrived in East London depot on 15th Dec, no movement since then. Please advise.

    Hello @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice the post office I usually avoid due to past bad service has just refused to scan my prepaid labels & give me a receipt. If those items do not arrive, you WILL be hearing from me again. In the meantime, have a chat with postmaster at OL15 8AB.
