@PostOffice asked to take out £10 today from my account but instead of a note asked for 50ps as I usually do. The assistant was so rude and told me I couldn’t do that. I explained it’s never been a problem before. She goes to ask@the manager. Still No.

@PostOffice can you give the staff at five ways Tunbridge Wells a course in customer service? 1 worker in there is probably one the rudest people I’ve ever encountered and it’s not a one off. Every time she is so rude.

@PostOffice We have been stitched up and screwed over. The Post Office are still doing credit cards. Yet customers were moved to JaJa Finance Ltd who are appalling and I have never seen so many complaints. Shame on the Post Office. You don't deserve customers.

@GenralBuilder @PostOffice @Wouldbescouse There's no opinion here. And as for virtuous, if something as longstanding as this makes you feel uncomfortable to the point you are prepared to rail against it by mocking its goodness, I'm going to gently suggest the problem may be you.

@PostOffice No problem. Adding to my earlier point, the last posting date for surface to USA/Canada was more than 2 weeks ago. If the customer wanted to send Xmas cards that way, it wouldn't have got there until after Xmas/January. May be worth bearing in mind before talking to that branch.
