@PostOffice so annoyed just visited your branch WHSmiths in Norwich st Stephens . In a rush a long queue and all 5 self service queues closed . All I wanted was some stamps to post a parcel . 😖

@PostOffice I see your complaints procedure is just as inefficient as your postal service. 3 complaints from me now,with an escalation on Friday to stage 2, with 4 hour response, and nothing from you. Rubbish service.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice wow so your service is diabolical! After my daughters Nanna sent her a parcel using the post office clerk advise on the recommended signed for service and one of your workers stealing the contents I have been informed you won’t provide compensation.

@PostOffice Help please. Impossible to contact Llandudno branch by phone to ask if they are *actually open* for photocard renewals (they have been closed without warning recently). It's a 47-mile round trip on the off chance they *might* be open. How do I find out? Thanks.

@PostOffice how do we make a complaint about a dangerous royal mail driver? Disgusting behaviour through our 30mph village today KY65 GUK through Elmton at 4pm where the driver overtook a car going the speed limit through speed bumps whilst dogs and pedestrians were present.

@PostOffice I've got back home after a day out in town and it appears that one of your workers has stolen an item of my post as someone has wrapped my items bag in a "sorry your item has arrived in this state" bag so I'm guessing it's been stolen somewhere down the line
