village shop with @PostOffice inside. Go to post a parcel and buy some stamps. ‘Sorry, the Post Office is closed!’ ‘But I just walked in! And you just served a customer!’ ‘Yes, the shop is open, but the Post Office closes at twelve.’ What’s the difference?

@CrookesAnn @PostOffice Do you go in many post offices and have security or confidential information directly facing you as a customer whilst at the counter? 🤷🏻. With more and more companies losing parcels, a photo of it tagged in the post office is absolutely in my interests.

The state could have a part or whole share in new power stations for generating electricity. The state could phase out #energysupplymarket and perhaps issue contract to the #PostOffice to handle that, it's the billing side.

@IndiaPostOffice @AshwiniVaishnaw @DevusinhOffice Please help. Postoffice in military area. Civilians not allowed there. After 1 week, PO says, address cannot be located, which is really wrong. They can call if required at 99600 44646

@HedgesL0u @PostOffice Thank you for the support Lou, postmasters are unfortunately not paid a salary & therefore most are struggling to afford employing staff & do the bulk of the work themselves x

@PostOffice Your organisation more than most has a social responsibility to older people in particular. If you forced an old lady who can only walk 200yds do an extra journey because you were missing a service then you failed. Today a 67 Yr old man was in a right state over this. We got 1/2

@Guy3ru5h @MoneySavingExp Can a supplier of a service that I have to contract with demand payment in a specific form? Eg car tax, can govt declare they'll only accept digital payment and disallow cash payment at postoffice? I'm trying to understand this from all sides so sorry if it's an idiot question

@PostOffice hi I am having problems with my post office travel card abroad. It does not seem to work at most petrol stations! Is this an issue with the card? Thanks!

@PaulDon1989 @coeus1982 @PostOffice Most branches have it as a rule of thumb, also there is no actual legal standing by taking a photo, as long as the customer follows the guidance & advice of PO staff, every avenue is covered, comp levels are there for a reason & branch security & staff safety is main priority.

Steven Earnshaw (@coeus1982) reported
@PostOffice Why, when i can take a photo of it in the post office on the counter ready to go? It protects me from spurious damage claims whilst in your custody. Mail integrity laws.. its laugable. So weve established you ask, but its not law, neither is it enforceable?

Abers (@AbersNat) reported
@PostOffice 2/2 him sorted in the end. The branch couldn't do it because they didn't have the kit. Your service level measurement needs to be world class to understand the impact of your inventory or equipment failures. If it already is then this was a mgt inaction failure pure &simple
