@PostOffice I mean fundamentally we had a manager not cut off the queue, announce rudely that he’s going for an hour lunch break or else he will “drop dead from serving you time-wasters” and then proceeded to be rude when we queried why we waited a half hour for this 1/2

Not being funny but I don’t want to fill out an online form to make a complaint right now @PostOffice… wanna talk to someone on the phone as a matter of urgency with what I just witnessed from a staff member at my local branch

@ccfckaz68 @PostOffice I posted mine on Wednesday thinking I was super organised. Never thought of checking up. Thankfully I don’t post loads. Over a week for first class seems ridiculous

Every time I go to the #postoffice I’m behind someone who has never mailed anything ever. Doesn’t know they need a return address on a package, doesn’t just say cheapest ship rate but wants every level explained. Who are you? A time traveler from 1816 - there are no ponies!!

@PostOffice I read the leaflet a staff member gave me. I can post it across the Irish Sea to Scotland or England but not 100miles down to Dublin. Very frustrating.

@PostOffice the claimants are successful, the malicious prosecution claims. It takes quite a special bunch of people to roll out a massive IT network which doesn't work, unfairly prosecute dozens, possibly hundreds of people in the criminal courts, cleave blindly to a ruinous litigation
