village shop with @PostOffice inside. Go to post a parcel and buy some stamps. ‘Sorry, the Post Office is closed!’ ‘But I just walked in! And you just served a customer!’ ‘Yes, the shop is open, but the Post Office closes at twelve.’ What’s the difference?

Our COMMON Service Centers are located near the Post Office BOs in many villages. Many postoffice BOs have a BAR CODE scanner but do not work. For that you need to update the portable device they have. Only then will they be able to easily extend this service to the public.

@PostOffice Why DM? So its not public. I've posted hundreds of items. Problem is, the Post Office staff are now arguing over every item, saying that they can no longer even touch sides of the template, which is ridiculous. Just another way of upping your charges. Absolute robbery.

@PostOffice @crowmogh We don't have a post office in Wellington town centre & closest PO is not accessible. 15,000 people & more houses being built. 12 mile round trip by car to a PO I can get into. Privatisation hasn't made a single service more efficient, better value or increased public good.

@PostOffice Last visit was 14:40 this afternoon, finally left at 14:56, the gentleman in front of me was struggling to stand for this amount of time with no chairs available. I was only at the counter for 10 seconds, why can’t dropping off prepaid items be done at a self service machine.

@ian_straughan @gospeloak8 @PostOffice In any form of dispute we are encouraged to try and resolve issues directly with whom you have a complaint with they. Once a legal case has been accepted then the matter remains in that legal bubble So we are entitled to explore all options available until, Legal action. Carry on

@PostOffice is there anyway you could employ more staff at the Tunbridge Wells town centre branch. I’ve used this branch 30 times in the last 3 months and everyone the queue is out the door, the self service needs to be able to scan and print a receipt. This is ridiculous.
