@YourMcColls Just visited your Olney branch and staff can't accept my parcel because the only guy there who is @PostOffice trained's "login isn't working". Not good enough. Either you have a post office facility or you don't... #fail

@tim_siddle @PostOffice Yeah, some context may help. It's advertising that, even if the main post office counter is closed, the newsagent part of the shop can provide some post services. It's really useful. Still surprised at the grammar though!

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice So @PostOffice - how about it, can you please clarify? Seems a nonsensical decision at the counter to me. And the Post Office help line called also gave the wrong decision. More education needed, I think?

@PostOffice I will be happy to do that when you supply any form of customer services. why has your customer services number be closed. I ask for a complaints number and was told to write in this 2020 not 1920.

@noor4_abd @PostOffice Sadly this is true. The branch make pennies from postage brought online. Branches get paid more commission for postage labels printed in branch. Lots of branches have stopped accepting click and drop parcels because of the poor pay. They prefer to concentrate on paying customers.
