Mark Wilson 👨🏻💻 (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England
@YourMcColls Just visited your Olney branch and staff can't accept my parcel because the only guy there who is @PostOffice trained's "login isn't working". Not good enough. Either you have a post office facility or you don't... #fail

Kevin (@biffa50) reported from Northamptonshire, England
@PostOffice I could email but I don't have any internet I'm just sitting in a friends house using their internet but I already rang this morning and nobody knows anything so I just think I made a mistake and I'm just gonna go else where for a more reliable service company

Robin Rimbaud - Scanner (@robinrimbaud) reported from Wellingborough, England
@PostOffice The Drop & Go site is coming up with constant 403 errors when saving or returning to a manifest. Really frustrating

@tim_siddle @PostOffice Yeah, some context may help. It's advertising that, even if the main post office counter is closed, the newsagent part of the shop can provide some post services. It's really useful. Still surprised at the grammar though!

@PostOffice That’s rubbish. Tom you are trying to promote the Post Office’s role. It’s disgusting you try and pretend otherwise. “Come to the PO, we can help even if you are being battered”. It’s so sick and you don’t see it. #PostOfficeShame

Caroline BS (@carolinebos) reported
@JonMathias8 @ChrisNJWilliams @PostOffice I used to work with adults with learning disabilities, who were not so severely disabled that they needed care and support all the time. They were almost all illiterate and many would have struggled with apps etc but they could manage cash.

@WIBUFO @weechoukie @PostOffice If you’re buying something, the trader has access to a terminal. Your whataboutery is astonishing. Who gives a toss about the few people who have a problem. We don’t build society for the benefit of the feeble.

steven (@fishyfishyboy) reported
@PostOffice Given the Post Office’s recent trouble with adding up money and convicting employees for shortfalls, are they the best people to look after your money?
-
Sue Wingate (@ursa_marmalada) reported
@PostOffice Saving for an escape fund isn't always an option. I was never *allowed* more than £20 in my purse and was expected to be grateful for it. Didn't cover the food bills. I fled in the clothes I was wearing, with less than a tenner. Reality of domestic abuse.
-
Rich (@beardy_rich) reported
@ChrisNJWilliams @PostOffice Listen to yourself. Some old dear having a clear out at a car boot can't be expected to have a bloody chip and pin. What if there isn't any signal either?
-
Christian Thomas (@CtIgnatia) reported
@Al652 @PostOffice Go **** yourself you presumptuous prick!

@DMTarry @PostOffice I've never been mugged or robbed, nor had a problem with cheques. But I hate the idea of being hacked, I find that worrying. It's scary how many people are defrauded of 1000s.

Sameer Khan (@SameerK54089360) reported
@Philip471 @PostOffice I've double checked the services/prices charged to Pakistan via the Royal Mail Price checker. It is still coming up as £6.85. And I also sent some letters to Pakistan last month which were £6.85 for the same service.
