@YourMcColls Just visited your Olney branch and staff can't accept my parcel because the only guy there who is @PostOffice trained's "login isn't working". Not good enough. Either you have a post office facility or you don't... #fail

Liam McGeown (@liammcgeown87) reported from Northamptonshire, England
.@PostOffice your branch on St Giles street in Northampton need some customer service training. Never have I left being so angry and the farce, rude and unhelpful staff especially over a situation trying to support refugees not a custom to this country. #diabolical

Kevin (@biffa50) reported from Northamptonshire, England
@PostOffice I could email but I don't have any internet I'm just sitting in a friends house using their internet but I already rang this morning and nobody knows anything so I just think I made a mistake and I'm just gonna go else where for a more reliable service company

Robin Rimbaud - Scanner (@robinrimbaud) reported from Wellingborough, England
@PostOffice The Drop & Go site is coming up with constant 403 errors when saving or returning to a manifest. Really frustrating

Lee (@LeeStan93) reported from Wellingborough, England
@PostOffice when are workers meant to be able to come in to renew driving licences when you open and close at ridiculous times.. Disgusting service everywhere.

@tim_siddle @PostOffice Yeah, some context may help. It's advertising that, even if the main post office counter is closed, the newsagent part of the shop can provide some post services. It's really useful. Still surprised at the grammar though!

by Bike & Boat (@BikeAndBoatUK) reported from Stourport-on-Severn, England
@BarkersAboard @PostOffice I think you might be right and to be honest I thing it's only down to one or two staff as I went in two days previous and got proof of postage and a smile 👍 It's such a shame as a trip to the @PostOffice to have a natter in the queue is something we usually look forwards to.

Valentina 🐣🧜♀️ (@ValeBerUK) reported
Not to mention that the lady at the counter was super rude and dismissive. This is not the service I am expecting @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice
-
Richard Swain (@Rchrdswn1975) reported
@PostOffice how long is response time to DM not interested in bot response as this does not help.
-
Geoff & Sue (@BarkersAboard) reported
@TTMP83499272 @BikeAndBoatUK @PostOffice Why then are some staff doing it & not others at the same PO?It's a req'ment and no-one should be have to insist on something that is their right as a customer. The 'gripe' should be with the Royal Mail not the customer. The customer is still paying for postage.

Trinity-Reigns (@sweet_1nsanity) reported
@PostOffice Sadly, the post office is not what it used to be. They're now squashed into tiny shops where the staff are absolutely crappy and rude. They have absolutely no customer service skills and in some cases can barely speak English. It's an absolute disgrace!
-
Journojulz (*may contain traces of optimism) (@Journojulz) reported
@PostOffice WTAF is this stupid system @RoyalMail? If you and the @PostOffice can’t work this out together then you will both fail.
-
Marcus Newbrook (@MarNewb) reported
@PostOffice The poor colleagues were doing an amazing job, just think as a company you could do more both for them and the people of Lincoln.
-
estrellasadie (@estrellasadie) reported
@LeeroyWildman @PostOffice @RoyalMail Yes. And they don't even know where it is. Which is pretty **** for a parcel that's meant to have full tracking through the system.
-
Laura (@lauraexplorer89) reported
@PostOffice Please can you get self service machines at the Streatham High Road branch of the Post Office. It’s always so busy and there is lots of space where they could go!

@siany_d @PostOffice Seen as it was the post office that took my money then that’s my first point of contact. But thanks for the help.
