@PostOffice absolutely disgusted with the post office redirection service! We have received half of our mail and half of it has just been handed into us from up the hill where it was thrown into the grounds of a church! Included were polling cards with our details on them!

@PostOffice I would recommend listening to your customers when they raise a valid complaint. But here we are.

Can’t believe @PostOffice is closed on a Saturday morning. That’s great customer service for all of us who work Mon-Fri

@PostOffice it is not just our redirected mail but ‘normal’ mail as well! I am absolutely furious & can’t believe someone would just throw all of our personal mail onto the grounds of a church where clearly nobody lives because they don’t want to walk down a short hill to do job!

@PostOffice Sorry it's a bad business decision. Why do you want to make it more difficult for customers? Because you don't want to hear the feedback. Why is the Royal Mail website quoting me different prices for sending the same parcel via the post office? Yes weights + sizes are correct.

@emmmahhhhhh @jasrichards2 @PostOffice Where's the PO profit you keep mentioning? Far more profit being made out of small businesses by card processors. The PO is a public service that happens to have been privatised

@PostOffice What's this CASH ONLY policy at Post Office counters if a customer needs to buy sellotape or stationery? stamps & postage can be paid with cards, this has started since you forced people to sell their business to you, remember, the ones you had prosecuted for fraud.

@PostOffice Apart from being in extremely bad taste, this is ridiculous. What advantage does being able to accumulate money in physical, rather than digital form, confer? Surely a bunch of notes is more easily discovered than a debit card? Utter bollocks again.

@CryptoAliB @PostOffice @WithensMan I totally understand what you're trying to say about the importance of cash, but fail to see how putting your cash into a specific account (in this case the Post Office) keeps it as cash. Surely you still need a card or ID to withdraw?

@jasrichards2 @PostOffice They’re not profiting from anything, did you read the tweet? It’s not an ad. They’re pointing out that some people actually still need cash and going cashless as the government proposes is a bad idea. It’s great that a respected org is standing up for the people being left behind

@PostOffice Should you not be encouraging victims of domestic abuse to seek help through a trusted source/group/charity/helpline rather than suggesting they try and scrape together loose change to escape their horrendous existence one day. Absolutely shocking 😢

@PostOffice In my small town alone, we have had our remaining bank branch closed, cash machines have been taken away, and in the last few weeks, the local @Tesco supermarket has stopped giving cash back on any of the tills apart from the customer services desk. #SaveOurCash

@emmmahhhhhh @jasrichards2 @PostOffice I agree that would be a good move, but I don't think it is weird that the PO are taking this stand about 2 important issues, it's an interesting campaign

Sorry @PostOffice why when customers call you to provide feedback or make a complaint do you: 1. Provide them a phone number to speak to a robot or 2. Tell them to write to you? Feedback to improve your service should be welcomed. Unless you've got something to hide?
