@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@MoonpigUK @PostOffice dreadful service today. PO del person posted a card despite someone being at home. A note on the door and del instructions, told them to leave behind the open gate. The reality is, they never had a parcel, otherwise it would have been left. postcode G75 8HX

Help! I have an old £10 note & old £5 note. Nowhere will exchange them. I’ve been told the only thing I can do is pay them into my bank account, but @LloydsBank have shut all the local branches, & @PostOffice will only take cheques, not cash. Any other ideas?

@PostOffice like it generally no matter when you go to the Lewisham store, one man serving feel sorry for him another staff member over seeing self service is rude. Queue the last three days been half way down the store, customers moaning. Needs at least another staff member, crap service!

@PostOffice I can't make head nor tail of your online search for branches with Local Collect - it doesn't seem to be a service listed to search on?! Does branch: 5331366 at NR33 7QQ do Local Collect or Poste Restante?
