@PostOffice I am trying to get a non-delivery document to get refund from EBay can you help, the parcel was tracked and shows that someone collected it from local PO but that was not me or anyone representing me, I was directed to Royal Mail, they have directed me to you, help!

@PostOffice Posted first class, next day delivery, on Thursday 3rd December, arrived Tuesday 8th December. This service is an absolute joke. Not the first time this has happened. In future will switch to alternative company!

Why is small businesses bend over backwards to keep their reputation and good customer relationship but @postoffice treat their staff and customers appallingly? Close a busy branch and replace it with ONE TILL ON A DESK for a busy town of over 7000 people and local villages?

@postoffice. As you’ve not got back to me regarding Fakenham branch drop and go... I want a full refund of the balance on my DROP & GO account. I’ve been unable to use the service as you’re more than aware, not even decent enough to offer refund, I shouldn’t have to chase it!!
