@PostOffice Trust me, I won't be rushing back there.. It was only because it was an emergency that I was in there... Our lovely village post office is the opposite of the chaotic one at Diss and I happily use the village one!!

@PostOffice You know the postoffice and other parcel delivery people should never ask a neighbour to take a parcel. The neighbour may feel obligated, uncomfortable about it because they don't know or trust the person the parcel belongs to. Never ever ask a neighbour unless req.

@PostOffice staff they were unable to do a driving licence renewal because of a nationwide issue with the system. They implied there would be no point trying on Mon either & to do the longwinded paper version. Why is there no posts about this? Or where they not entirely truthful?

@ShellEnergyHome Why is that you customer service for Shell Broadband non existence? Try calling and one held on a queue for an hour at least. It was not this bad when it was @postoffice Broadband? What has gone wrong?
