@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@_BecRx @PostOffice It’s been down for over 5 hours in Berkshire and impossible to get updates. Customer Services have no information and NOTHING on web site or when you log in to account. Good luck - I’ll be changing ISP first chance I get.
