  • Brynwales Bryn Jones🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@Brynwales) reported from East Cowes, England

    @coldhardfacts7 @PostOffice @DVLAgovuk Richard I asked a question I didn't require abuse #idiot

  • JulesFM Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

  • JulesFM Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

  • rahim94 Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

@_bowandarrows_ @PostOffice meh... I'm done with them. there's bigger issues atm as you've probably seen recently

allowed to collect. So if my wife’s ID gets stolen, anybody can collect as it isn’t photo ID? We only have issues with Parcelforce! Every other courier always attempts to leave with a neighbour. It was a standard parcel, didn’t have to be signed for. #postoffice #parcelforce

  • coeus1982 Steven Earnshaw (@coeus1982) reported

@PostOffice Ok, thats a balanced response which i accept. What weve learned is that post offices should not be quoting non existent laws, and that in effect, no photography needs to ideally be sign posted. With a parcel on the counter and a phone facing it and down, i cant see an issue.

  • HedgesL0u Louise Hedges (@HedgesL0u) reported

@CrookesAnn @PostOffice That is awful! I always feel really bad for the poor colleague who is the only one in store, They always seem to be getting abuse when they are the ones that have actually turned up and are trying to help. What a sad time we live in 😥

  • Jahump_34 Jennifer Humphery (@Jahump_34) reported

@PostOffice When will Jackson Park - Chicago improve their customer service? Or should the news be called on them AGAIN?

  • richardtrinder1 richard trinder (@richardtrinder1) reported

@adzgreen721 Hi Adz, the business is there especially with online shopping returns, the boom in eBay and the substantial growth in banking that we now do (banks are closing at an alarming rate to save money), the problem is that @PostOffice (govt owned) don't want to pay a fair price! #

  • art_begall Gavin Gillingham 💙 (@art_begall) reported

@PostOffice I sent a message thru your website at the weekend. I'm having trouble trying to get a replacement travel money card. Your website says you'll reply in 2 working days but I've heard nothing back.

  • ConboTV Conbo (@ConboTV) reported

@ShellEnergyHome Hi, I was a customer with @PostOffice but was moved to Shell Broadband. I should be getting 68-82Mbps download but I'm only getting 35-38Mbps but I'm being charged full price still. Secondly, the Internet had gone off for no apparent reason. Can you explain.

  • coeus1982 Steven Earnshaw (@coeus1982) reported

@CrookesAnn @PaulDon1989 @PostOffice Noone disputes that.. but where does that stop? No company should or has confidential information on display so that really doesn’t factor. A photo / phone pointing down at a parcel for a picture is not undertaking reconnoissance. Its b/s. Consumers have to protect their interest

  • shakur_2pack 2pack Shakur (@shakur_2pack) reported

@PostOffice How crazy this country has become, calling emergency service reporting a crime, they asking what was the suspect look like? Roman English or Scandinavian English?!! where is humanity???

  • hurrymurray Sir Murray Harrold of Moody Money (@hurrymurray) reported

Today's challenge: Find an @PostOffice with some feckin' staff. Thame has 4 counters - one working with 2 speeds. Dead slow and glacial.
