    @PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

    @PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

    @PostOffice my local branch changed its opening times every week, there’s been a shortage of staff for ten years and the customer service is substandard , i had to go to another town to do my business because of the pathetic behavior of the branch

    @PostOffice Well let's hope so, because everytime i tell a counter staff member they will receive a complaint about their attitudes they just laugh at you. It really is about time POST OFFICE LTD started stamping out this growing issue of rude unnecessary behavior and make staff accountable.

    @PostOffice just used self service to buy stamps for a small parcel avoiding the queue as the poster says. The parcel post box is too narrow to accept a small parcel so now having to stand in the queue just to post it! Think you've got bigger problems than Saturday deliveries!
