@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

My postman signed my name for a delivery that I never received and the @PostOffice are refusing to refund me for the item as “it has been signed for” Pretty sure this is classed as mail fraud.

@PostOffice just got off the phone to my parents, both oaps, no electricity. Have emergency cover with you and you haven’t found an electrician for them! You shouldn’t be allowed to treat people like that. @TheSun @theJeremyVine
