@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

@PostOffice @CllrBSilvester Come on guys, that's a nice response and it makes a change to get some decent service. There was a time when I would have cringed at "Yo'all have a nice day now" too, but that seems to have become the norm. Maybe "I wish you a long and happy life" would be similarly fitting?

@PostOffice I'm trying to use the identity verifier but it's stuck uploading. The app takes a long time to do things. Why is it so bad? I have things to so today which are urgent yet your app slows things down. Please fix. I can't just put it down and go.

@L1A75 @marionfellows @PostOffice The Post Office took out four counters from a town of 7000+ people and nobody stepped forward to purchase the branch as rent was too high... they’ve been obliged to provide a service but expect two staff members to share one till!

@PostOffice Posted first class, next day delivery, on Thursday 3rd December, arrived Tuesday 8th December. This service is an absolute joke. Not the first time this has happened. In future will switch to alternative company!

@foxyjeepster @PostOffice Hi Foxy; there is only one tracked service which is neither first or second class. Sounds as though you used the signed for service which isn’t tracked.
