The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

Robin Cathcart (@SenoraEco) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

Laura Nelson (@lauranels) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

Surely you have training for bad customer service and not punish customers by throwing their mail away.

An Oifig (@anoifig72) reported@Postvox The Passpost renewal adds on national radio stations promoted by Government of Ireland is all about online renewal and don't mention renewal through the postoffice network around Ireland . Very poor support from Government bodies in supporting the Post Offices.

So who is in charge of the @RoyalMailHelp in Ullapool which is in the same building which he sorts. In that case it’s bad customer service on both of you

Later online other folk said I was banned from the shop but I was not told this at the time. It’s theft and I can contact CEO if I feel I am not getting an issue resolved satisfactorily

It could be a cancer test. Are you looking into this please? If they can’t accept criticism for bad customer service, maybe in wrong job?
