    @PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

    @PostOffice Hi, 2 days ago when I chased it again and got the generic reply of-We do apologize for any inconvenience caused and delay in responding etc Why has it took since June? You’ve had all paperwork for months- still no movement- bloody awful service

    @Cashplus @PostOffice Look into it , you really are funny. I have emailed you several times and the phone calls I have lost count, the ones I have made. You closed my account down illegally

    No wonder I never use @PostOffice Town of 30k with 1 post office and there is 1 member of staff on with a queue of 15+

    @PostOffice Actually it has been closed for 17 days so even more reason to have it fully staffed or the self service also working to help with demand.

    @PostOffice I went to your Deal post office today. I had an eBay return so eBay provided a label which I printed and put on the return parcel. Lady at the desk, very rude just kept shouting at me saying the parcel is overweight. I did not know that? What is your policy please?

    @RoyalMailHelp @BobaPhil @PostOffice Royal mail i'd stay away from social media. Your customer service is poor and on here all you do is post 'automated' responses. Try listening to your customers. You know, the ones that are still waiting since 9th dec for a recorded delivery to be made.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMail Actually your new years resolution is train your staff, if this statement was true why after being told to message you im then told its royal mail only to then be told by you it is infact post office who owe me refunds
