@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

Package marked return to sender as “not collected” Logic shows the issue is it was delivered to a postoffice different to the one where it’s addressed but apparently the issue is “You closed your PO Box in April”…..at a post office I have never had a PO Box 🧐 Waiting for Aupost

Royal Mail van was waiting outside After my phone call to the manager I went back in and the counter clerk was dealing with the post. I fail to see why the manager could not take over the counter

@r_mcjim @prageru Made up lies to support your fake narrative. IDs are free for low wage earners. 90% of all DMVs have a renwal online button that gets you another 10 yrs using the same picture you used before. Passports can be 100% done at local postoffice. Welfare offices issue free IDs. Next?

Asked for a Manager to call me to explain how their finance processes allowed this to happen and was told that ‘due to WFH for covid, no manager @PostOffice has the ability to call a customer’ WOW! Pretty nervous about what their finance compliance / processes could be like!
