    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

    @PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

    @PostOffice Particularly at this time of year having to get to a post office, buy packing materials and boxes, take them home, pack things, and bring them back to post them is a pain. If you had experts in your larger units to wrap and pack I'd pay for the service!

    @PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

    Anyone complaining about the @PostOffice customer service clearly haven’t been served by Graeme at Asda post office at the Jewel Edinburgh .He just restored my faith in humanity. Couldn’t have been more helpful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    It's deeply concerning if @PostmanPat is the best the postal service has to offer on the frontline but having watched the 'Blue Flash' episode I realise that his laissez faire attitude extends to managers&those working behind the scenes. No wonder they're unprofitable #postoffice

    @dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

    @PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

    Bought the thing to post, wrapped it, went to postoffice, went to shop to get cardboard then home to rewrap it because it wasn't suitably wrapped the first time, back to post office: a whole day gone. I will never get that day back

    @NewPOGuy @PostOffice You're offering a public service, you have a duty to accept & deliver what the customer has paid for. Anything else is between you & Royal Mail, it should NOT impact the customer.

    @PostOffice I paid for a driving licence renewal on December 23rd & went on to the Grimsby branch but according to the @DVLAgovuk receipt I've been given relates to a different driver. They are impossible to get hold of, can you help trace where my money has gone & licence is

    @scottymeuk @RoyalMail Delivery instructions could be printed on the envelope and digitally signed (with the postoffice holding the private key) with a QR code to prove someone hasn't just written bad instructions on the letter after it left the sender's hands.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp If you're separate, then be separate. If you just have old creaking systems with no flexibility maybe don't profess to be that flexible "we can do it" company on your website and then be a lumbering dinosaur when it comes down to it
