@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It’s your website I booked the redelivery on! That’s a key issue here. And I have, believe me.

  • shellbryson Shell Bryson (@shellbryson) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

    @Raphaelite_Girl @PostOffice @edinhelp I would not have a problem with that, surprisingly enough 😃

  • lynnpolkey Lynn (@lynnpolkey) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

  • Jusmasel2015 Tim McCormack (@Jusmasel2015) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

  • SenoraEco Robin Cathcart (@SenoraEco) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

  • gm_glendamac59 GM🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@gm_glendamac59) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@PostOffice do post offices not have to be open as essential service? Local one to close from 1-9 January ‘22!

  • SenoraEco Robin Cathcart (@SenoraEco) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

  • lauranels Laura Nelson (@lauranels) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

@PostOffice Hi, it’s been 3 weeks since I called to cancel but I haven’t had confirmation in the post yet, can you confirm I’m not going to be billed again for broadband please??

  • Chris_Hackett Christopher Hackett (@Chris_Hackett) reported

@LondonLadAnt @KillerKoalaz @PostOffice Card surcharges have been outlawed for some time however minimum spend is only a breach of the rules of the card network (e.g. Visa, MasterCard) unless I missed a change. Retail operates by "invitation to treat" which limits obligations (they could insist on payment in USD)

  • Paulalfc10 CARA❤ (@Paulalfc10) reported

@PostOffice your customer service staff really need educated on cash deposit cards for banks. When I rang up they were extremely unhelpful and said they hadn't heard of these cards

  • giggyloz Lauren Giggins (@giggyloz) reported

@PostOffice @WesternUnion can anyone help please? Trying to set up a transfer but it is not accepting my passport details for the account.

  • ConsumerCouncil The Consumer Council (Northern Ireland) (@ConsumerCouncil) reported

@patrickcoyle09 @PostOffice the contract with the delivery company not the buyer. This is why it is important that the delivery service used, must provide the adequate tracking and levels of compensation, should the item be lost, damaged or significantly delayed. We would advise you to go to Royal [cont..]

@MrsAnnelidWorm @shomac28 @PostOffice Yeah my mum was in for while on Saturday. Very concerning especially as an awful lot of elderly people use it.

@PostOffice Yes mine is faulty and I rang up post office and they said they had never heard of it. Think I have to order it through my bank anyway but customer services should have knew what I was referring to

  • ConsumerCouncil The Consumer Council (Northern Ireland) (@ConsumerCouncil) reported

@patrickcoyle09 @PostOffice In these circumstances, under Consumer Law the seller is responsible for the goods being sold until they are in the physical possession of the customer, or someone appointed by the customer or delivered to a nominated safe place.
