    @PostOffice Dissabled Customer: Arranges parcel delivery. ESPECIALLY as CAN’T PHYSICALLY collect it an has NO ONE to do so. Royal Mail: Don't for days. Parcel: PERRISHABLE!!

    @jigsawjosh @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice The PO counter start staff are not aloud to advise of what customs may or may not charge once it leaves the UK. Could lead to misinformation. Can only advise on the what postage service the customer can use.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp generic form that takes 10 working days to respond to? Meanwhile our mail is being delivered to the wrong address and we are getting theirs. Simpler to tell specific sorting office there’s a problem on x route and please make a note? rather than this centralised system?

    Three days have passed and still no sign of a first class recorded delivery parcel @PostOffice seriously rubbish service and they don't care so this is private sector effeciancy? Over priced and useless!!

    @myncapetv Goodday you all, it's with great sadness that I write this post, last week in line of the Postoffice it was really chaos there were only money for 50 people, so where is the money, hundreds of people were standing in the cold waiting for this 350 they never received.
