    @dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

    @PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

    @PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

    I have never come across such a miserable #postoffice worker as the one today at Mill Hill @coopuk in Cowes, Isle of Wight. I think she judged me by my appearance and clearly felt my presence as a customer offended her. Thankful other local alternatives will be open soon!

    @PostOffice why are there different bereavement departments for Post Office savings & Post Office ISA's? Need to go through the process again, which Inthought I'd done. Can you use the documentation for one account to the other? Why not advised at time? The call centre script bad

    @PostOffice Service is a waste of time over half an hour on hold and not spoke to anyone yet my parcel has gone missing. That fact that the post said they delivered it to me and I never got it. Im@not going to complain about it if I already had it would I.

    @jcutlersburner @ebaynaughtylist If it says delivered i wouldnt bother. I dont know us laws but in Europe as soon as you gave it to the postoffice, its the buyers turn to prove he never recieved it, which is especially on a item that has succesful delivery stated not your business.

    @positivelypost @BarbadosStamps Doesn’t seem likely that they don’t have some sort of handstamp at the counter. If they accept outgoing special delivery, or any large letter or parcel with stamps on they are obliged by @PostOffice instructions to cancel those stamps. They are not supposed to cancel incoming.

    @PostOffice Hi, Yes, it was in your stockton heath branch. A rude lady, who thought it apt to march around the shop, in front of dazed onlookers accusing the perfectly legal tender of being dodgy, and by association, myself & my partner as the same. Extremely embarrassing.
