@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

Absolutely shocking service from @PostOffice & @santanderuk. You adapt your life to suit the changes the banking industry makes and use the post office to post a cheque into my account. It never arrives (Day 7) I politely ask the post office for advice and get told

@IndiaPostOffice Your postoffice/ bank is not operational everyday , they have 2 staff , it is very rare that both comes same day. Resident of Chainpur(852212) facing issue due this . Please make sure we get money/service on all open day. Today my parents has been denied money.

The most convoluted claims process which is so nightmarish, almost like they designed it to put people off. Literally don't care they've lost your package.. all you get is a big '**** you'

@PostOffice Thanks for the offer of help, but using the sorting office is actually better than the post office, my issue is with Royal Mail saying that them accepting and actually scanning a tracked item (and tracking showing it being accepted and moving through their system) is not enough

@kinelfire @PostOffice Oh wow. The other woman was lovely, but the awful teller was speaking over her too. She was also being really rude to the younger lad working there as well. Feel bad for the staff. Sorry you had a similar experience.
