  @PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

  @PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

  @IndiaPostOffice @pib_comm #grievance. Quite often the service provided by postoffice Jatani main branch is very pathetic. Most of the time they deny service in pretext of network failure. This is related to Snr citizen MIS account . Feeling like harrased please take care.

  It is being observed multiple times that soda shop stall near Kukatpally postoffice (Rd No.5), having pungent smell of garbage, Urine and lot of people smoking cigarettes holding soda glasses and blocking the passage for entry into the post office.

  @PostOffice What action might be taken other than blaming the local branch who are clearly understaffed. The issue is not local, it is systemic. My point is not to finger point at local staff, rather to call the system out for what it is. Unfit for purpose. @PostOffice #postoffice

  @FANGORIA Sometime in the 80s when I was 10, I went to the postoffice, and paid in cash for a Fangoria subscription. I never got one magazine. Now, it's high time you send me all mags i'm due since 1985!

  @PostOffice 10:52, left at 11:05, waiting like a lemon, while I could have used self service machines! It's not acceptable. And will not be tolerated. I left because cue was slow. Life s finite!

  @PostOffice the staff in your Harrow branch (in the back of WH Smith) are so incredibley rude and unhelpful, they treat you like crap when all you want to do is post something. A customer just left is tears cos they were so rude and dismissive to her.

  @PostOffice Hi Tom, according to a local resident posting something, it's been closed on a Saturday for a while. The digital driving licence renewal also isn't possible as the tech is not working. Bit shoddy really.
