My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

If you had experts in your larger units to wrap and pack I'd pay for the service!

The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!

One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.

appleblossomB (@appleblossomBe) reported@PostOffice I sent a registered letter to HMRC on the 11th March . HMRC says they haven’t received it . Tracking only says it was posted and no confirmation of HMRC signing for it or receiving it . Can you please help ?

As previously said by another, post office offers many different products that can incur very complex procedures. Sometimes you just have to wait.

It was supposed to open on Tuesday April 28th after ‘Essential Maintenance’ now it’s closed due to ‘Unforeseen Circumstances….’ I wonder what’s happened? People need the service…thank you
