@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

Hi @PostOffice and @RoyalMail . The RM app says my local delivery centre is open 8-10 tomorrow. The PO site says it's 10-15.00. I want to use the scan QR to print out label service. When should I visit please?

Dear @IndiaPostOffice we have sent CY629381514IN business parcel which is at the destination from 11th March & not yet delivered, request you to deliver before something happens at postoffice. we have raised complaint as well no updates on this.

Incredible isn't it @PostOffice spent circa £92 million on legal costs fighting a problem they knew about & prosecuted people for. Vennels the CEO at the time walked away with £5 million And only now the people who brought the case "may" be compensated properly..

@PostOffice your customer service team had me on a call for over an hour being transferred to a 6 different departments to send out a new card to the one that expired !! Then EVON threatened me and ended the call
