@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

@PostOffice Hello, I have a postal order I purchased in September 2021 and on the back of it, it says the order expires 12 months from date of issue but I googled now and it says all postal orders are only valid for 6 months, so I need to confirm which it is

@PostOffice Thanks for the reply, you're right - should be more due-diligence on my part. Same time though, nothing on the PO site to suggest the Certification Service wont cover all companies. Your comment is the exact content that should be displayed on page to help inform customers.
