Abusive towards junior members of staff. I know everyone has bad days but she is consistently unpleasant and unhelpful. Not going in there anymore to feel like this when I leave.

I hope @PostOffice secure another premises locally, I've asked @OxfordCity to support in our role as freeholder for the shops & partner in district centre rebuild.
