@PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@Skavation1 @Steve_Laws_ But maybe.. I don’t want to prosecute EVERYONE on EVERY level of civil service etc. and the punishment should vary. It’s such a bad faith argumentative technique to say: “oh you want to prosecute EVERYONE EVEN THE NICE OLD LADY AT THE POSTOFFICE.

@Satyabr32991138 @IndiaPostOffice Same problem I also faced. Sent rakhi to USA on 14/7/25 thru sector 4 Gurgaon postoffice. After so many following still no reply and packet is still missing. Even indiapost doesn't want to refund 322 rs.+ 50 rs. Every time they say contact CRM team. All bullshit
