@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@myncapetv Goodday you all, it's with great sadness that I write this post, last week in line of the Postoffice it was really chaos there were only money for 50 people, so where is the money, hundreds of people were standing in the cold waiting for this 350 they never received.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @royalmail my mum just had bad exp in PO beckenham, she bought stamps, paid with card, was given card receipt, but when got home saw she had not got stamps or other Rec. Staff most unhelpful nxt day, issue not sorted. Can you help?

While the leadership of @PostOffice and @beisgovuk describe #PostOfficeScandal as 'past failures' rather than wrongdoing or crime there remains a big problem. Failures are forgiveable; wrongdoing & crimes require justice. Reference to 'failures' is part of the cover-up strategy

@MattyBx9427 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Tracked 24 is not guaranteed next day delivery. That is the special delivery service which is next working day unless you paid the additional fee to upgrade to Saturday delivery

@PostOffice over 24hrs with no broadband now (based in East Yorkshire), 0 service announcements, had to call you to confirm you're even aware of this issue and was just told to wait. What's going on? When can we expect your usual intermittent service to resume. #badservice
