@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It’s your website I booked the redelivery on! That’s a key issue here. And I have, believe me.

@PostOffice never did I think you would profit out of your customers over covid. Unable to change travel insurance due to cancelled holiday as I would have to change within 1 year of purchase and not travel with means £105 lost. Poor show and I will be taking it further

Having mail delivery problems in #Detroit or suburbs? You’re not alone. Unfortunately, the @USPS again just gave me another lame, no real answers statement. So what’s really happening here? Live at 5pm @Local4News #USPS #postoffice @HelpMeHank

@PostOffice All area managers are well aware of this issue as is the union it’s discussed regularly but they can’t do anything about it but if we are self employed then we should be treated that way to control when we open not be down to post office.

@WarmingtonRjw Been listening to you on the @BBCRadio4 @PostOffice #scandal documentary. Fascinating but truly shocking. A real Kafka-esque horror for the poor victims. I hope those responsible are not allowed to get away with it unscathed in typical Civil Service manner.

@lucyallan @PostOffice I agree with the 2017 act and the decision to make the scheme illegal but only from the date of the act not from 10 yrs before. Analogy is like someone going down a motorway at 70 and then you say we're making it 30 but all who went at 70 for the last 10 yrs are guilty and fined.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp questions are been asked if the main post office is closing in Windsor. Is this correct? If so, when? A resident overheard a staff member mention it to another customer.

@andrewian84 That's awful how about letting @RoyalMail and @PostOffice know on here, see if they can suggest the best route for action to be taken. Unacceptable behaviour.
