@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice like it generally no matter when you go to the Lewisham store, one man serving feel sorry for him another staff member over seeing self service is rude. Queue the last three days been half way down the store, customers moaning. Needs at least another staff member, crap service!

Help! I have an old £10 note & old £5 note. Nowhere will exchange them. I’ve been told the only thing I can do is pay them into my bank account, but @LloydsBank have shut all the local branches, & @PostOffice will only take cheques, not cash. Any other ideas?

@PostOffice I can't make head nor tail of your online search for branches with Local Collect - it doesn't seem to be a service listed to search on?! Does branch: 5331366 at NR33 7QQ do Local Collect or Poste Restante?
