    @PostOffice do post offices not have to be open as essential service? Local one to close from 1-9 January ‘22!

    @PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

    @PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

    It's deeply concerning if @PostmanPat is the best the postal service has to offer on the frontline but having watched the 'Blue Flash' episode I realise that his laissez faire attitude extends to managers&those working behind the scenes. No wonder they're unprofitable #postoffice

    @PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

    @dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

    @DVLAgovuk @PostOffice 17 days and counting! Not sure where you have got your 5 days from? Additionally the ‘bot’ can’t help and I’m three days in trying to through by phone. Not good at all but reading this page now assures me that I’m not alone!

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice You charge 72p per item not per trip. How is collecting 2 letters from my house more work than collecting 1? Charging disabled people so much for an essential service is shady. I can’t just pop to the postbox like able bodied ppl can. Just say you don’t care about disabled people

    @PostOffice 1st (Anniesland) said person that worked the machine was not in come back tomorrow, second (Dalmuir) said they shut the machine down an hour before closing as its deemed a fire risk come back tomorrow and the 3rd (Milngavie) said the machine was broken gave me a renewal form.

    @PostOffice don't take insurance or any other product with the Post Office. Absolute rip off if you want to cancel and diabolical service!!!!!

    @Whatthedickenzz @PostOffice Central Brighton really lacks in any decent PO. Church Road is terrible, St james Street is worse. There used to be one on cromwell road but the postmaster retired.

    @PostOffice Grove Park Post Office is closed - it might (!) reopen with a four months delay! I walk through the rain to Downham Post Office - they’ve just closed it to repair a shutter. Fabulous “service”

    The @PostOffice car insurance renewal for a new car is £491 + £20 admin + instalment charges and to cancel costs £50! Other companies start at £350 #ripoffPostOffice
