@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice I’m trying not to be a prick about this Stephen but it’s happening more and more. I put £4000 behind that counter last year and I don’t seem to be getting much service. Other branches it’s no issue. My business is now suffering as a result.

@LloydsBank I don’t think you saw the screenshot that I shared. All conversations that my friend and I had with the post office has led to them asking me to take it up with the bank. Please help me retrieve my money. Please coordinate with the @PostOffice if needed to get my money back.

@PostOffice I'm afraid we don't have that - but we are enquiring on behalf of the library member and request that counter staff at The Strand Post office in Kirkholt are trained on what 'Articles for the Blind' is, how it works and to support customers who require this service.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp one of our blind adult library members visited The Strand Post office in Kirkholt to return their book box to us using 'Articles for the Blind' label, but they were asked to pay as counter staff didn't understand that it is free. Please can you help?

@PostOffice I need to escalate my complaint. I have sent 2 emails to the 'social' email address. Customer Care have sent me a letter for £2. It's not about the money, but this certainly doesn't make what happened feel any less embarrassing!

@kriswentzel9 Very very true! It's completely SASSA went to the traffic department for car license disk their computers are 'offline' referred me to the @PostOffice just for the person to say that she's leaving now its 4 o'clock! Then worst still they are going to give one a fine for no disc!

@PostOffice not blaming the staff, they've been put in that position and using guidelines (not law) is poor policy making, there are far better ways of asking, I have sent a lot of parcels with various companies and I have to say you are by far the worst,
