@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@ElCShaikh Absolutely! The Baroness was included in many tweets &other circulatory comment re @PostOffice including issues with HOL when in office. To my knowledge she never replied or bothered to delve further. Just repeated the same tired (false) spiel @PaulaVennells1 & her team fed her.

Hi @parcelforce I have an understandably upset customer who has not received her parcel. The parcel was collected from Clapton Postoffice and arrived in East London depot on 15th Dec, no movement since then. Please advise.

@Annamaflea @PostOffice Its not a service we offer. Businesses are charged for the provision of change. We get many requests asking us to provide change for free, it does not pay the wages.

@LilywhiteSimon @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice We’ve also now established another 7 families have had the same problem this week with the same post office. It doesn't have a ‘priority box’ so should be taken off the list and the post master should stop taking the tests when he’s been told what they are.

@PostOffice This has still not been delivered. No doubt my customer will be asking for a refund as it hasn’t arrived for Christmas, and I can’t apply for compensation until 28th. You’re destroying small businesses.
