My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

If you had experts in your larger units to wrap and pack I'd pay for the service!

Michelle (@born2bepink) reported@PostOffice I am at Purfleet post office…info online says open 9-5.30pm to arrive and find it is closed 1-1.20pm so having to wait 20 mins most of lunch break 😡…why is this not shown online? And why at lunchtime when most home workers to use service???

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!

That the PO used this to drive an extortion scheme extending to the imprisonment of the innocent beggars belief.
