@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

It's deeply concerning if @PostmanPat is the best the postal service has to offer on the frontline but having watched the 'Blue Flash' episode I realise that his laissez faire attitude extends to managers&those working behind the scenes. No wonder they're unprofitable #postoffice

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

@PostOffice Particularly at this time of year having to get to a post office, buy packing materials and boxes, take them home, pack things, and bring them back to post them is a pain. If you had experts in your larger units to wrap and pack I'd pay for the service!

@PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

Today I was charged £1 by my local post office @PostOffice when I asked them to change a ten pound note into 10 x £1 coins. Banks (or rather, some banks) only provide a change service for businesses. So Twitter … where can I get my notes exchanged into £1 coins?

@mcrsteph @PostOffice @WHSmith The WHSmith post office in Norwich is rather good. Yes it gets busy in there as it’s the only post office in city centre but the self service areas make it easier to post items so the queue for manned tills is not too bad

I said I wanted to make a formal complaint and was told I needed to speak to someone first, the next thing is I receive a ‘final response’ to the complaint I hadn’t yet made! Two weeks now since I formally complained about the premature response and nothing. Shocking @PostOffice

Disappointed to have to queue for 15 mins at your very poorly-ventilated Ealing Broadway branch just now, @PostOffice (self-service tills closed; only 1 person on duty till 10.00). When only 2 of the 9 people ahead of me had masks on, #GoodVentilationMatters Please sort it out.

@PostOffice I used the digital check & send service on the 18th April, but the passport tracking it is still showing as awaiting old passport from the post office. How can I track that this has been received by the passport office?

I was in a main @PostOffice to get a licence renewel and identity check. It was super quick. The licence arrived in 4 days. They have the same service for passports. Use it!! Especially if you are worried about getting docs back in time. Bring it to more post offices please!

@PostOffice Hi, I have no idea why they didn't want to help when would have access to the tracking, but my issue is solved now. Just had confirmation from passport office that the old passport is there. Thank you for your help.
