After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

Andrew Ducker (@andrewducker) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@PostOffice Particularly at this time of year having to get to a post office, buy packing materials and boxes, take them home, pack things, and bring them back to post them is a pain. If you had experts in your larger units to wrap and pack I'd pay for the service!

My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

Les Twigg (@LesTwigg) reported@PostOffice what has happened to Sawmills Post Office (near Belper, Derbyshire). Should be open but just says closed on the door like it would outside normal hours. Disappeared off your website, web search brings up nothing but opening hours. Like it never existed!

Weekly magazines, supposed to arrive on a Friday for the weekend, arrive on Saturday or even Monday afterwards. Letters take a week to travel down the road. We are cutting down on public services, including law enforcement, and this is what they choose to spend resources on?
