@PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice Hello, "Content is not available" is what I get whenever I try to open videos / GIFs in Twitter (on mobile app or the website). Are you aware of this issue ? This has been on for last 3 days. There must be a resoultion for this!

@PostOffice Forgive me but way back sometime between 2001 and 2008, Wasn't the bosses of the post office closing down all post offices 🏤 And offering the head office masters a huge cash incentive scheme to actually close there own individual post office, NOW THAT WAS A FACT

@ChrisNJWilliams @PostOffice Chris you are missing the point. Nobody is complaining the cash is disappearing and we have to use cards and bank transfers etc. I've not had cash in my hand for years but this is different. Just as they crack down on crypto BoE wants a programmable digital currency.

@PostOffice Click and drop. In the end 2 post offices. And 1 tried to scan the code and said it wasn't compatible. We even went to the main delivery office who said they only do this before 9am??? What sort of service is that? No wonder the post office is struggling to stay in business.
