It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

Despite police involvement and 2 investigations by PO 1 involving HSBC and other CEO Nick Read office they say nothing they can do. 80yr old lady has had her money stolen!!!

Absolute disgrace. I’ve resorted to social media in hope that you respond. Customer care is a complete misnomer. Waiting.

Turns out item wasn’t delivered and, unbelievably, has been destroyed? Made a complaint, advised I’d get a response in 3 days…still waiting…appalling service
