@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice Hi Ryan. Not yet - apparently your IT people are involved and we’re expecting a call from one of your managers mid-Feb to see if you can quote. Not happy that we were told by your staff to ring the underwriters, who knew nothing about this and it wasn’t actually their problem.

@PostOffice Please advise the visit date Why does this branch in HA3 0PU receives special treatment as none of the complaints are investigated and their poor behaviour stopped They were reported this week for fly tipping their waste on the pavement 3rd time of doing this what will be done

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp hello. I sent a parcel 8 days ago from the main post office in my town. It was a RM 1st class signed for. It’s still showing as “accepted at post office” I’ve been back there but the staff weren’t much help. Please could somebody try and help me?

@PostOffice posting a parcel at Prospect Lane Solihull Post Office at 4.25pm today and told they were getting the post ready for later so could not serve me! I asked So you are closed then? the reply was Yes. Why advertise a service till 5.30? Not everyone can drive to next one😡

@parcelforce worse service ever. Paid express48 £23.40 on 09.01.22 and its still not there..told its because don't deliver to PO Box (@PostOffice never said anything whwn taking my parcel) I'm sick of phoning. Disgusting... just taking our money!!!

@PostOffice i've just been to renew my passport (plus name change) via your digital service and the PO said that they can't do it and come back in February!... but your website says i can - why am i getting conflicting info? What's actually true?

@steoreilly @PostOffice Received an email this morning from PO declining to renew home insurance. After an hour on phone to PO and their underwriters, seems there’s a problem with the PO IT systems.

@IndiaPostOffice Got my speedpost having an urgent document with it delivered to a wrong postoffice in my city, today is the last date of submission but they say wait for monday and collect from right place . We can't help you , my speedpost was lying in front of me.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice we posted a card first class last Saturday 15th January in NR20 for a birthday on 23rd January DA15 and still not arrived. This isn't the first time your delivery has let us down.
