@PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice I've sent a letter to the United States with guaranteed delivery within 5-7 days. It hasn't arrived, your tracking information says it's still at the post office I sent it from. It's important mail and I paid for the most expensive service.

@PostOffice @scullyp Villages Post Offices have put the banks to shame,the counter service they have provided during the pandemic has been first class and invaluable.They have provided help,reassurance and some normality particularly to their older vulnerable and not internet savvy customers.👏👏👏

@PostOffice We’ve had regular contact every few days from someone who’s very nice but never says anything other than there’s a network issue. This has been going on for more than two weeks and nothing has changed, nor do we have any idea when things may be resolved.

Submit complaint to @PostOffice who use technology to suggest my complaint isn’t for them. It is. They apologies and expect you to submit the complaint again. A 400 word detailed complaint. The UK is fast becoming a leader in incompetence.

I'm really disappointed by @PostOffice insurance. Pushing for world wide travel, no recognition that last year was a **** show (pocket the money). Who knows what this year brings but still pushing worldwide insurance... wow...
