Tim McCormack (@Jusmasel2015) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

Robin Cathcart (@SenoraEco) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

Christopher Ferry (@Chris_ESF) reported from Ratho, ScotlandIt's deeply concerning if @PostmanPat is the best the postal service has to offer on the frontline but having watched the 'Blue Flash' episode I realise that his laissez faire attitude extends to managers&those working behind the scenes. No wonder they're unprofitable #postoffice

Robin Cathcart (@SenoraEco) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

CM (@cass4edinburgh) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It’s your website I booked the redelivery on! That’s a key issue here. And I have, believe me.
-
Laura Nelson (@lauranels) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.
-
Strutt74 (@Strutty74) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandAnyone complaining about the @PostOffice customer service clearly haven’t been served by Graeme at Asda post office at the Jewel Edinburgh .He just restored my faith in humanity. Couldn’t have been more helpful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
-
Shell Bryson (@shellbryson) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Raphaelite_Girl @PostOffice @edinhelp I would not have a problem with that, surprisingly enough 😃
-
Andrew Ducker (@andrewducker) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@PostOffice Particularly at this time of year having to get to a post office, buy packing materials and boxes, take them home, pack things, and bring them back to post them is a pain. If you had experts in your larger units to wrap and pack I'd pay for the service!
-
GM🏴 (@gm_glendamac59) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@PostOffice do post offices not have to be open as essential service? Local one to close from 1-9 January ‘22!
-
Lynn (@lynnpolkey) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?
-
Z (@fucksakezoe) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland@PostOffice Top notch service from the post office, didn’t get soaked!

Mikewhike (@mikewhike) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Almost as stupid as the buying currently lark they make you do. Buy online and get better rates, but you need to come into the branch and they count it all out infront of you. Such ridiculousness. Just stop ******* around and match the online rates in branch

Mihir (@MihirFx) reported@AHewitt973255 @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Sweetheart my mum is old too. She is 72, She struggle with many tech things but that doesn't mean she complain about digital world. Instead she find her way to do it old way. Where necessary she seek help and get her job done. She is also using Facebook and other social media too to keep in touch with other family members. Blind people can't see, still they find their way around rather than complaining about others. Disable people cannot do many things too, still they find their way around rather than complaining about people who can do things normally. If you can't drive then get Uber but don't complain about why others are driving. Not their fault.

Linda Donegan Mayo (@lmayo77) reported@PostOffice if my flight to Australia via Doha gets cancelled due to the issues in the Middle East, how can you NOT give refunds on insurance policies taken out for trips? I haven’t ‘cooled off’, my trip has been cancelled. You’re profiteering off a trip I cannot take!
-
Ben 🇬🇧 (@c55amgblack) reported@DonaldPond6 @SurfaceSkimmer @PostOffice Imagine you had a monopoly then sat on your hands whilst upstart companies muscled in on your turf, offering a cheaper faster service and you increased prices and reduced your services. Now, just what moron would do that?
-
William Peter (@baconnoatcake) reported@EdwardJDavey Have you apologised to every single postmaster wronged by the @PostOffice for completely ignoring them when they sought your help and then trousered $250 k from the solicitors acting on their behalf?
-
Carol (@CLK98398043) reported@Darrell65167496 There's no customer anywhere. You know how hard it is to talk to a real person at the postoffice. I just gave up!
-
vikas sharma (@vstinku1) reportedIf you want to see the ancient india you must visit a #postoffice and that so in delhi only, slow server, crowded, employees are trying their best to do but no results, government should close it or at least privatise them, no point spending 2much on d failed system #postoffice
-
julian (@Julian2017124) reportedThe fact that they wanted to dismiss my complaint without even issuing a proper apology for the abuse I experienced speaks volumes. It really shows the @PostOffice as an organisation is more concerned with protecting its operations than addressing serious issues. This is reflected in the 61% of complaints closed as ‘Tactical Closure’ effectively a way of gatekeeping the branch to keep it running, rather than acknowledging or resolving the problems customers face.

Dave Madders (@Actual_madders) reported@PostOffice My friend sent me a parcel from the UK to Thailand. It only took a few day to arrive in Thailand. Now your carrier here however. I have had overnight from BKK no problem. Shopee get me a parcel from china quicker than your local distribution. WTF?
-
m (@uddersfeeled) reported@PostOffice @PostOffice @Collinson can someone help rather than fob me off asking to call the claims team as they DONT do anything. They have escalated and expedited my claim on a twice weekly basis since the beginning of March, why hasn’t it been dealt with by now?
