@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

@GaganMich @PostOffice So because the quality newspaper you rwad didnt print the release date and you are unable to visit the royal mail website (the people who are responsible for new stamp issues) you decided to go into a branch AND come on social media being an abusive jerk?

@PostOffice my daughters degree certificate was returned to sorting office & collected by someone else who we do not know - no ID shown as would not have . Costing my daughter £120. Phoned PO & rude person wS no help. We want to know how to reclaim her costs. #poorcustomerservice

what is the point in the @PostOffice travel card. Can’t spend it anywhere and the exchange rates are awful. Garbage card.

@PostOffice Thanks, it was the Hampton Hill branch. I obviously ended up paying for special delivery though, so am annoyed that I was sold an more expensive service which I didn't need.

Hello @PostOffice I sent two parcels since Nov 30th using international signed for delivery and the items have not yet been received, neither does tracking give additional information. Can anyone help me please?
