@PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

@Raphaelite_Girl @PostOffice @edinhelp I would not have a problem with that, surprisingly enough 😃

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice Particularly at this time of year having to get to a post office, buy packing materials and boxes, take them home, pack things, and bring them back to post them is a pain. If you had experts in your larger units to wrap and pack I'd pay for the service!

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It’s your website I booked the redelivery on! That’s a key issue here. And I have, believe me.

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

@PostOffice do post offices not have to be open as essential service? Local one to close from 1-9 January ‘22!

@PostOffice Hertford a fine example as to why I no longer use. Massive queue, two members, of staff. I just want to post a fully labled up parcel and no way unless I queue to hand it over. Very very poor, very very frustrating.

@PostOffice terrible service from Manston Drive post office. I’ve turned up twice to collect travel money and been told no one with authorisation is working to dispense it to me. I go on holiday tomorrow and have spent a considerable amount of £ which I can’t receive!!!

Royal Mail International Tracked Letter posted on the 19thof Jan. Tracking hasn't updated at all and no one knows what's going on. Royal Mail has acted terribly during this and now send you off to talk to @PostOffice about what's going on Awful

@Rantsofus1 @DiverseLearners @PostOffice PO hands out all sorts of forms for example DVLA and passport office. They do work for banks etc. This is no criticism of the PO. However, I would’ve expected the Royal Mail to have commissioned them for help with dealing with #SwapOut.

@dog_gem @PostOffice @LewishamCouncil It's truly awful. Charly must be so upset. Life is hard enough right now without law-breaking shops refusing access.

@PostOffice Believe me there's nothing worse than having 3 post office auditors rock up on your doorstep. 1 no problem, they are harmless, and stupid, but 3 means they are on a mission to end a career and investment.

@RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp .. I know 8 days isn't very long, but very disappointing that they took my money to purchase a service that clearly isn't working properly. The "cyber incident" was 3 weeks ago, so why were #PostOffice still selling Int'l Tracked early last week? (with no mention of any delays)
