I was in my local @PostOffice at the weekend. The girl behind the counter asked if it was a sympathy card I was posting. When I said it was she said she would put a normal stamp on it rather than Christmas stamp. Great service and thoughtfulness for bereaved people.

@PostOffice can anyone confirm for me please what time the post office branch located in the Spar at Abbey Hill, Bangor, Co Down closes at on a Saturday as on their website it states the on a Saturday they are open from 08.00 am to 20.00 which I definitely believe is not correct

@Mphillips_LDFC @PostOffice The whole point of my suggestion is to give an option to the customer to pay extra for that responsibility to be outsourced to the Post Office. It's not rocket science. If they don't do it I imagine somebody else will.

The Royal Mail became something really annoying. Before was quicker and now we have to wait. At the office in Hoxton street there was a long queue. Service is getting more expensive and worst.#royal@ail #postoffice #royalmail

@PostOffice you could do with doing a refresher course for all your staff on idp's person at the counter at Coventry city centre post office said they couldn't issue me with on as I only had 2 weeks left on my current photo card. Nowhere donthe rules say how much time you need1/2

@PostOffice It’s just a mess! Spoken to numerous ppl/companies no one can help so rang directly and then got cut off but it takes ages to get back through. You seem to have switched underwriters - I haven’t got time to sit on telephone waiting for what should be simple answer!!

@PostOffice I think you could really benefit from offering a service to wrap/parcel up an item for customers at your branches. You sell packaging but it's not clear whether customers need to bring tape, scissors, etc. So uncertainty puts off just showing up with an item to post.

@PostOffice wonder if you can enlighten me. Alloa store can’t make top ups for gas. 4 weeks now. My nearest store is now 1hr 30min walk I have no car and a single dad with kids. With the rate gas its getting used a stupid rate. Using public transport just isn’t affordable.
