I was in my local @PostOffice at the weekend. The girl behind the counter asked if it was a sympathy card I was posting. When I said it was she said she would put a normal stamp on it rather than Christmas stamp. Great service and thoughtfulness for bereaved people.

@PostOffice I’m furious with @WallisFashion as I don’t believe both parcels were lost en route. Their customer service is atrocious. I know I shouldn’t have misplaced the receipts, but to “lose” two parcels seems unlikely.

@PostOffice Would you mind explaining that to me too please? Surely it's a customer/RM issue

It appears that paying in cash (remember that?) at my local @HSBC_UK is too much to ask being a @firstdirect customer. My bank card doesn’t work in the machine and there’s no longer any manned desks. I was sent to a @PostOffice instead? Ridiculous 🤯

@PostOffice It's never reassuring when businesses state they'll "look into" something. Thanks all the same.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I know that, I blame my middle aged memory! Should have re-read text before tweeting. #fail

I've written about it before @PostOffice - postal workers throwing rubber bands all over the streets. Found 2 on my driveway & 1 in my porch this last week. Don't give me crap about them being bio-degradable. That takes a year or more. This is a national issue. STOP doing it!

@PostOffice I think you’re missing the point…your £55 cancellation charge is standard policy meaning ANY customer who wishes to cancel their policy with you, regardless of how long they’ve been a customer, gets charged this extortionate rate. Shocking and cynical #betteroffwithdirectline

The insurance I was sold by @PostOffice was bought quickly in an emergency and I wasn’t able to read the full terms and conditions. It was more worth using the policy certificate as a paper airplane. Please do your research when taking out insurance. 2/8
