@PostOffice can anyone confirm for me please what time the post office branch located in the Spar at Abbey Hill, Bangor, Co Down closes at on a Saturday as on their website it states the on a Saturday they are open from 08.00 am to 20.00 which I definitely believe is not correct

@PostOffice I read the leaflet a staff member gave me. I can post it across the Irish Sea to Scotland or England but not 100miles down to Dublin. Very frustrating.

I was in my local @PostOffice at the weekend. The girl behind the counter asked if it was a sympathy card I was posting. When I said it was she said she would put a normal stamp on it rather than Christmas stamp. Great service and thoughtfulness for bereaved people.

@PostOffice As I mentioned in my previous tweet, Stowmarket is not working either. And the Moreton Hall post office said people from Newmarket were trying at Moreton Hall, because it wasn't working in Newmarket.

@PostOffice It’s a very regular issue, they are ALWAYS short staffed, even before the pandemic. Lucky if there’s 3 on but right now Its been at least 30 minutes and the poor staff member is still on her own. It really isn’t fair on them, I don’t get how years later it’s still going on.

1/2 @PostOffice just to say thanks for having me stand like a lemon in your Stirling branch for 15 minutes whilst the ONE tablet you have in use for digital applications was in use with another customer. You’ll imagine my joy when got to counter and was told it isn’t working

@DVLAgovuk can someone contact me regarading renewing my Driving licence as just been to @PostOffice and been told their service is out of order and has been for weeks. Told to do online but don’t have valid passport. No good when I need to renew quickly.

Take money out the @PostOffice cash machine all twenty notes, go in post office pay bills & ask for ten pound notes make it easier sort money, get told we can't change notes, how hard is it to change a note to help pnake things easier for people who struggle

@Tattooblade @PostOffice @DVLAgovuk Yes my husband is having the same problem, 3 times he has tried now and paying for parking each time only for the system to not be working. It’s a joke.
