I was in my local @PostOffice at the weekend. The girl behind the counter asked if it was a sympathy card I was posting. When I said it was she said she would put a normal stamp on it rather than Christmas stamp. Great service and thoughtfulness for bereaved people.

@PostOffice can anyone confirm for me please what time the post office branch located in the Spar at Abbey Hill, Bangor, Co Down closes at on a Saturday as on their website it states the on a Saturday they are open from 08.00 am to 20.00 which I definitely believe is not correct

@RoyalMail normally a big fan of yours… but not happy with recent dealings. Had far to many cases recently where customers have received fines for postage issues when everything has been sent with POP from my @PostOffice @eBay_UK

Hey @PostOffice your service is an absolute joke! Just spent 2 hours going around #Belfast. Visited three main Post Offices including the one in the city centre! All were closed early! So when the suns out do your hours change on a Saturday?

@PostOffice 2/2 him sorted in the end. The branch couldn't do it because they didn't have the kit. Your service level measurement needs to be world class to understand the impact of your inventory or equipment failures. If it already is then this was a mgt inaction failure pure &simple

How in 2022 can I NOT buy an envelope without paying in cash from the @PostOffice. No wonder they are going down the pan. Who even carries cash these days. Joke of a place

@PostOffice Your organisation more than most has a social responsibility to older people in particular. If you forced an old lady who can only walk 200yds do an extra journey because you were missing a service then you failed. Today a 67 Yr old man was in a right state over this. We got 1/2

@PostOffice Why, when i can take a photo of it in the post office on the counter ready to go? It protects me from spurious damage claims whilst in your custody. Mail integrity laws.. its laugable. So weve established you ask, but its not law, neither is it enforceable?

@PostOffice It’s not an inconvenience for me. Your missing the point. You need to recruit and look after these colleagues of yours better. They are so overworked it’s awful to see. You need a minimum of two on at all times. How can they even use the toilet? It’s not right in 2022
