I was in my local @PostOffice at the weekend. The girl behind the counter asked if it was a sympathy card I was posting. When I said it was she said she would put a normal stamp on it rather than Christmas stamp. Great service and thoughtfulness for bereaved people.

@PostOffice I read the leaflet a staff member gave me. I can post it across the Irish Sea to Scotland or England but not 100miles down to Dublin. Very frustrating.

@PostOffice can anyone confirm for me please what time the post office branch located in the Spar at Abbey Hill, Bangor, Co Down closes at on a Saturday as on their website it states the on a Saturday they are open from 08.00 am to 20.00 which I definitely believe is not correct

@PMOIndia My sister said she received good service at Chandigarh sector 17 postoffice and the employee were friendly and supportive. But I regret to inform that due to mal function in the department had tarnished reputation and credibility of the department.

@PostOffice I bank with starling, I’m told I can deposit a cheque in the post office, when I go to my local at Hackney road I’m told to walk a mile as I can’t deposit there. Staff in this branch are rude & unhelpful this is not the 1st time I have seen them be rude to people

What do you do if you get a penalty notice saying you haven't paid so it is double when you never received the first notice? Any advice gratefully received. @IslingtonBC @PostOffice How do the Council prove it was sent and how do the Post Office prove it was delivered.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Tom, your staff are as bad. The bloke in the local PO is rude to everyone, entitled, arrogant and just downright unpleasant. The main branch has one person on the counter at lunchtimes causing queues the length of WHSmith. You're as **** as @Royalmail and equally culpable.
