@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

Moving house is becoming expensive. @PostOffice van insurance trying to charge £145 to alter address. It’s a mile down the road, not a war-torn country! #👋🏻 #bye-bye

  • JohnHuckle8 John Huckle (@JohnHuckle8) reported

@PostOffice could you tell me why the weighing machines in our local WH Smith Post Office in Huntingdon, does not show the weight of our mail to us the customer, as I seem to be charged more for my mail at PO than if I printed it out at home....

  • largacty1 Largactyl (@largacty1) reported

Yo @PostOffice you need a mass delete function for Drop & Go draft manifests, reloading the page each time sucks.

  • Lucien07524461 Lucien (@Lucien07524461) reported

@SteveBakerHW @duncancbaker @PostOffice If you want to encourage banking with the post office, you must ensure we have a decent PO to service it. Our PO is only open 9-3 Mon - Fri, with post in by midday if you want it sent same day, closed Sat. This is in a busy market town with a large population. Totally useless!

@Greggsy101 @PostOffice This pandemic has brought out the very worst of some people and added a bit of power to their otherwise mediocre existence.

  • Purple_Worship Emma Adwoa Sawyerr (@Purple_Worship) reported

@PostOffice It's not a complaint, it's an enquiry. Obviously I'm not going to reveal the number here. Can you DM please?

@PostOffice Well it’s showing this today, luckily customer has confirmed it’s just arrived but worrying I can’t see the reference number

  • LeaRich01422903 Lea Richardson (@LeaRich01422903) reported

@PostOffice In a 20/25 min queue WHS Sutton Surrey at 1.30pm today. Manager + one other were cashing up the self service tills while a trainee and trainer were managing one service point. Manager said it was because Head Office instructed her to do this over lunch!
