  @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

  @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

  @Rantsofus1 @PostOffice Should be fully trained before they are behind the counter especially in something that will be asked for a lot, and can't be got wrong because of the fee. Their newness at the job, or not, is not the issue, the full training should be in place or they are no use to customers.

  @PostOffice I have a significant complaint. Please contact me privately. A parcel was sent to me, 2nd class Sign for, from Buckingham to Caerphilly 2weeks ago. The PO operator entered the wrong postcode. Unable to speak to a human via telephone!!

  @KateJon41196503 @PostOffice Oh. That's not good. Our local post office is amazing, I'll still go in to post stuff because they're great people providing a great service. We don't NEED 24/7 services for goodness sake!

  @PostOffice Can you help me? My parcel delivered but not to me. The photo uploaded by post office is the inside of someone’s else’s porch and is not one of my neighbours . I’ve sent you a DM . It’s very hard to raise this problem on your email telling me it’s been delivered . 🙁

  @PostOffice Can you tell me why the post office in Camden High Street NW1 presses for the expensive DPD service and pretends that Royal Mail tracking doesn't exist? Long queue, mumbling guy at the counter, and flustered customers = taking advantage. How can I get a refund?

  @MaaleeshHabibi @PostOffice There are multiple failures involved, the software, the post office for not being honest, their investigators for not doing their jobs properly and successive governments for burying their heads in the sand and ignoring the postmasters . They should all hang their heads in shame.

  So I get this call from nearby post office. I have a parcel which I need to collect myself. What kind of service are you providing @PostOffice where in a person has to collect it from the PO herself? Do you no longer deliver at doorstep? (And it is not a big parcel FYI)

  You wonder why people don’t use the @PostOffice then you walk into the Borough High Street branch in the middle of London to find all 4 self service kiosks closed and one person serving behind the counter! What a terrible service!
