@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@IndiaPostOffice On 21st of january a speed post letter was sent to me and on 2nd February postman called me to collect the mail from postoffice and refuses to deliver at home and today it is 7th of February and i haven't received it yet. Tracking number is - JA553899301IN. Help

@Newsstand_UK It will be 2 months in a few days... I still don’t have my Esquire BTS magazine. You can’t even give me proof that you mailed it. I emailed you 3 times already. My local postoffice told me to ask you for proof so they can help me find it.

@ChesterfieldDeb @PostOffice It is a counter service as they are securely delivered by hand to the postman and then to the central banking depot of the post office, so a more secure process than dropping into a post box

I was all about saving @USPS @USPSHelp but then their hours are **** & a working person can't really ever go to the office & I have to use @UPS...ew. Maybe it does need dismantling & rebuilt from the ground up bc I don't want to save this version tbh. #usps #postoffice

@PostOffice @bt_uk @Ofcom My elderly in-laws are having an ongoing issue with their landline provided by the post office. Constant interference on the line and they are hard of hearing anyway. You keep fobbing them off! How do we sort this issue????

@jordan_fretter @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice This is not normal. All tracking numbers must be unique. They have really screwed up with Click & Drop and they need to fix it. I recently paid for 2 shipping labels and both got a tracking number that was used last year!
