@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

@rsmck @PostOffice The quality of service is very variable especially for newer locations. I've been told it was "impossible" to get proof of posting as a stamp was already on the letter. Yet walked into another post office with life long staff and walked away in 20 seconds with "impossible" proof.

The Royal Mail became something really annoying. Before was quicker and now we have to wait. At the office in Hoxton street there was a long queue. Service is getting more expensive and worst.#royal@ail #postoffice #royalmail

Checked tracking on a parcel sent to Sweden full of originals and apparently its destination is Switzerland? RM told me it isnt their problem and I should speak to the post office who then told me they don't know what to do. Where do I even go from here @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice

@PostOffice It’s just a mess! Spoken to numerous ppl/companies no one can help so rang directly and then got cut off but it takes ages to get back through. You seem to have switched underwriters - I haven’t got time to sit on telephone waiting for what should be simple answer!!
