@RosieRem_x @PostOffice Thanks for the explanation. Yes it seems silly that a self-service machine relies on an employee to monitor and approve it continually. I can understand why the employees turn them off!

@cruelanu @RMCpost @narendramodi When school dropout gets postoffice degree, history shytt propelled by NCERT and ICHR will not be understood. Get real, get down to business. Shed your sycophancy Pradhan Sevak ji. Sack your moroniic ministers & advisors. Hire some sensible people who give sane, kadak advice.

@PostOffice good morning, I’m wondering how long it is taking to get a response from your customer service advisors? I contacted them on the 24th January

@three_broadband absolutely disgusted. Charging people late device returns fee in the middle of a pandemic and lockdown. Going to the postoffice or leaving the house is in no way an essential trip. Especially when you cancelled the service.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp That would explain why my post office counter staff were grumpy when I asked them to stamp the proof of postage certificates. “That’s not the way we do things!” Joined up service? Not really.

The post office’s click and print service is officially pants! And the help service is even worse. 40 minutes on hold? I don’t think so. An 18th century service in a 21st century world. Can you tell I am frustrated? @PostOffice
