@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

Excellent service from the @PostOffice, paid & ordered my passport on 1/3/2023& it's returned to me by 10/3/2023. They did originally quote 10 weeks. For ID purposes any expired passport will suffice as the # on your passport is the same. This may be helpful for the May elections

@PostOffice I've already done that. That's not the point I paid for a service & I didn't get it. Surely all the backlog ltrs have been sorted now. I've had my passport app cancelled because of this. No one said when I paid for this service that my ltr would be binned due to the strike

@PostOffice Service currently being offered in Thame just isn’t good enough! Erratic opening hours. Very very slow. Only one of three windows ever open. Today’s worker didn’t appear to know what he was doing. I was third in the queue and it took forty minutes.

@PostOffice 10 minutes already, at least 17 people in front of me...unfortunately its the case every day... worst thing is that I ended up here after paying for next day delivery, waited at home, no one rung the door bell and I found a red card later in the day, so I had to come and collect.

**** you @RoyalMail and @PostOffice. Posted a memory stick to my sister with details and photos for a funeral. Envelope delivered today fully REsealed, memory stick nowhere to be seen, you thieving arseholes. I hope your strikes put you out of business.
