  @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

  @coynee6 @PostOffice Same here ... just walked into town to find Post Office closed due to system issues! Would like to know when back up so I don’t make another wasted journey!!

  @PostOffice pretty pointless your Wood Farm, Oxford branch claiming to be open 6am-6pm and then turns out to be closed 1pm-2pm, prime lunch hour time! Wasted a trip because of poor comms.

  My daughter received a letter from the @HM_Passport saying her photo wasn't within the rules. She did it via the @PostOffice service which is supposed to iron out this type of problem.

  @PeckhamBusiness @TfL @PostOffice TfL probably still maximising capacity for driving. Problem is increase in travel by cars= congestion & queues accommodated by reducing capacity for walking & cycling=long wait times at signals. If walking ACTUALLY a priority it would be people driving waiting, not people walking

  @PostOffice Having called 4 local offices many times to see why my letter had not reached the deliver & signed for after 11 days no one picked up except 1 who kept putting it back down disgraceful maybe due to #Covid everyone blames this 🤬

  @R_Khanna @arbaazSkhan Today we phoned our area postman from bankof baroda branch the postman said if my debitcard isdelivered or no he doesnot know as he goneon leave so he said to goto Mahim postoffice somebody will help us check with my tracking no ifmy debitcard is there

  @LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice Regardless of all that, I had already printed it. It is an @PostOffice system issue I think. Both Royal Mail and post office agree they should have taken it.

  @salendola Hi. Its not possible for all addresses to belong to a postoffice nearest you. Postoffices do not longer have all the services that postoffices had before. No bank services any longer, and people mostly do self-service on the internet.

  I am begging you @PostOffice to find new management for your Kew Gardens branch. 1.4 star average review on Google and horrendous service every time. I’m now driving 15 minutes out of my way to use other branches. Please sort it.

  @tzwide1 I truly agree Zwide moving to privatization when almost 60% of the population are unemployed/ lower income is not a solution. I mean you have Postoffice(State owned)very affordable yet dysfunctional then Postnet very efficient yet extremely expensive.
