@PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice Hello, I wanted to send a Birthday card to my Mother on Ireland, my local PO in Ringmer said there was nothing I could do, I asked if I could use Parcelforce to send it and they said no that PF were also effected! Is this correct? do you have an guess when service will resume.

@_BecRx @PostOffice It’s been down for over 5 hours in Berkshire and impossible to get updates. Customer Services have no information and NOTHING on web site or when you log in to account. Good luck - I’ll be changing ISP first chance I get.

Just been to the new Chorley main #postoffice what a joke. Only 1 counter que nearly out the door. Why dose Chorley have such a poor main postoffice had to leave as I didn't have time #wasteoftime @PostOffice @LindsayHoyle_MP

@WhichUK @RoyalMail I get them all the time. Never responded yet, never missed an expected parcel delivery. If a retired police officer fell for it that is his problem. It is so obviously NOT from the PostOffice.

@PostOffice Service is a waste of time over half an hour on hold and not spoke to anyone yet my parcel has gone missing. That fact that the post said they delivered it to me and I never got it. Im@not going to complain about it if I already had it would I.

@EmilyKoch @PostOffice The service is called "freepost name" -- the whole idea is that a postcode is not required. So use the image of the receipt to show the staff at your post office how to complete the cert of posting.
