@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice Absolutely dreadful service. Lied to about service engineer arriving. Told they knocked twice & called. No missed calls. No one knocked (despite taking time off to stay indoors). This was backed up by the fact there were no foot prints in the snow!

@NewPOGuy @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Yup! And an online generated CN22. But PO staff just flat refuse to take any standard service mail without "a CN22 with a barcode" without even scanning it. Claim this is new RM rules.

@PostOffice not the best Customer service when you cancel pick up due to the weather. But there is no way to rebook because error code. 60 minute items on hold to a phone number that charges 5 p a mi. Fantastic!!!!!
