    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    Rare visit to the @PostOffice to send some signed for letters. Clever me sees a big queue and heads for self service till. However, apparently a ‘host’ has to approve these transactions and so I stood until the queue had gone and one of the staff were free to come help me 👏

    @LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I've never had to do that before! So frustrating! We took it to our pain drop off and they couldn't either! Oh well we posted with yodel instead and will apply for a refund !

    Hi help @PostOffice. I sent a parcel to South Korea 14th of December by tracking. The tracking didn't change until yesterday. I went to the post office and we tried to claim with the man who works at the post office. When we chose the country, couldn't find S Korea.
