    @coynee6 @PostOffice Same here ... just walked into town to find Post Office closed due to system issues! Would like to know when back up so I don’t make another wasted journey!!

    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    The consignment is at UPPAL postoffice (500068-Destination PIN). The phone number provided by Customer care is not connecting neither the phone number available in google is connecting. Request to take necessary steps for the delivery at the earliest.

    @PostOffice I have done that. This week since this has happened has been awful. My kids have been in tears and my wide just wants to unpack and not go. Ive spoken to 3 different managers and each one just doesn’t care whatsoever and is offering us absolutely nothing.

    @emmaquinn @RoyalMail @PostOffice There never was a cyber attack, this is all manufactured to reduce volumes being accepted into the network to allow them to clear the backlog from the strike action a couple of months back. And the extra advantage is it gives them another opportunity to shaft Post Offices...

    @Annie_W22 @TheAlphaBlock Lissend teh recorded space from hancho then you know enough how can you be so ******* blind after 5 times warned, he talked about "his"lawer look at the contract dev posted he mispelled new your the adress is fake and the zipcode is from a postoffice , call me sick and need help

    @PostOffice What a disgraceful customer service!!! Not being able to access funds as no linked account and when you contact customer service by phone they cannot assist.

    @2_Wheeled_Wolf @PostOffice Is this for collecting a parcel ? Is the app 100% reliant on a signal for that ? Norwegian Post Office app, as soon as you have the notification the parcel is ready, it has the code to generate the barcode offline.

    @PostOffice The staff at your Cheltenham High Street branch (WHSmiths) are entirely overwhelmed by the huge numbers of customers. I would guess 30 customers queuing with 1 counter open and 1 person at the self-service machines. I think you need to review this urgently.
