    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @BritishGas @PostOffice @professorgreen how does my homecare cover nearly double this year... told because I've had so many call outs - yes due to incompetent engineers making everything worse each time! no response to complaint either, and it's been weeks and weeks... amazing I'm even thinking of renewing?? #ripoff 🤬

    @PostOffice Could you please tell me who the governing body overseeing these payments are? So I can make an official complaint as @BulbUK told me they have paid @PostOffice and have contacted them to see why they are withholding payment and I have heard nothing

    @BulbUK I've just got off the phone with a lady from @BulbUK who was very helpful and said they have had lots of problems due to the @PostOffice and said she could find my voucher number and has emailed it, I've been told to wait for my next one and email her back if it doesn't come
