    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

    @PostOffice Why has my Irish passport app not been sent? I sent it in Jan but according to your Track and Trace it never left my local post office. They've said due to the strikes in Jan my app will be in a warehouse somewhere. I paid for this service, where is my letter?

    Postoffice sapotra, pin-322218, post office workers r saying that scanning machine is not working whenever we r going to post , they r giving same excuse from last 2 months. They don't want to fix it and always saying to go another city to post @IndiaPostOffice @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @PostOffice I bank with starling, I’m told I can deposit a cheque in the post office, when I go to my local at Hackney road I’m told to walk a mile as I can’t deposit there. Staff in this branch are rude & unhelpful this is not the 1st time I have seen them be rude to people

    What do you do if you get a penalty notice saying you haven't paid so it is double when you never received the first notice? Any advice gratefully received. @IslingtonBC @PostOffice How do the Council prove it was sent and how do the Post Office prove it was delivered.

    @PostOffice Thank you for getting back to me, just to clarify ‘at the same time’ - if app is registered on another phone - can I still use it to top up the money (in case of emergency). ‘At the same time’ - is that literally at the same moment- or while it is registered on a different phone

    @PostOffice Losing the will to live waiting in line at Slough High St Post Office … only 1 position open and both self service machines not working … poor lady on counter could do with some help to get through the ever increasing queue 🥴

    @PostOffice Only 25 mins for me , but queue was horrendous by the time I left … wouldn’t have been so bad if self service machines could have been used to be honest .

    @IndiaPostOffice @PostOfficeIndia Sukanya Samriddhi account transfer request is not being handled in PRATAP VIHAR GHAZIABAD 201009 postoffice. They are unable to locate the account number. Kindly help. I have deposited 7500 in same account in 23-02-2022.

    @PostOffice your travel insurance is supposed to be 5 star and I can’t get hold of anyone or submit a claim online! You are absolutely useless! Please log me a complaint
