Is this correct? do you have an guess when service will resume.

I’m disabled I waited all day Tuesday for a package it never arrives then the app says it tried to deliver at 4:44pm i have a buzzer and a bell in my home. I’m now 2 days later and can’t get any information I absolutely hate Royal Mail.
