heard in @BBCWorldatOne that falsely accused postmasters&mistresses are going back 2 court for compensation. @PostOffice please do the right thing & settle. It was your IT (& belligerence pursuing prosecutions) that caused the injustice. Further intransigence = immoral (& bad PR)

And the staff shouldn’t cop the poor management and understaffing of such a vital service to a community! I would use the @RoyalMail app but it doesn’t accept the weight of the parcel I’m putting in, and is pretty user-unfriendly! Sort it out! #PostOffice #Tesco #RoyalMail

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Over to you @RoyalMailHelp, is there any reason why your SLA of delivering my phone on a guaranteed 1 pm delivery yesterday Wednesday May 4 fail to happen? As a result, you made me lose out on work and my earning, causing me distress. I need an explanation, please. Thanks

@revbarryhill @PostOffice I have noticed that things have changed drastically in regards to insurance and pre existing health conditions since last summer. I can't get cover from most companies due to ongoing issues (and delays in treatment). I can recommend a company if you'd like though?

How is it morally/legally justifiable @PostOffice travel insurance when we call to notify of a breast cancer diagnosis to add to our existing annual multi trip policy you cancel our existing policy & refuse to cover trips already booked? What’s the point then of having insurance?

@revbarryhill @PostOffice Disgusting, and cancelling insurance for holidays already booked. I suggest you contact the Financial Service Authority. Check out their website at least. Maybe Financial Conduct Authority, these regulators suffer from name changes. I wish you well.

@PostOffice It is possible if theres other staff milling around harrassing people to use the non-working machines that constantly say 'waiting for assistance' and a workman disecting a broken one. Stop telling us to use those crappy machines and always employ MORE THAN ONE counter clerk. 1/2
