@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

@PostOffice Could you ask the technical team please? The more you dig into this, the bigger the problem sounds. Reports of 900 printers broken. Printers are 7 years obsolete. Post offices being left in the dark is not good for customer experience? Do us small business need to look elsewhere?

@PostOffice can you explain why you don’t accept certain debit cards? Have had a horrible experience in your Shawlands branch with a member of staff barking at me that my debit cards aren’t debit cards, I’m disabled and she was rushing me along and being incredibly rude.

The most convoluted claims process which is so nightmarish, almost like they designed it to put people off. Literally don't care they've lost your package.. all you get is a big '**** you'

@AshwiniVaishnaw Ur postoffice/ bank is not operational everyday, they have 2 staff. it s very rare that both comes same day.Resident of Chainpur(852212) facing issue due this .Please make sure we get money/service on all open day. 2day my parents has been denied money.@PMOIndia

@PostOffice @Royalmail main branch in 2nd biggest city in the country and total time drain. All 11 self service tills are closed because you 'don't have the staff' If I ran my small business like that i'd be bankrupt.

@PostOffice travel money card . Blocked 48 hrs ago due to fraudulent activity . Spent 4 hours on to customer care , emailed photo id. Abroad with no access to money . Return phone call promised from manager yesterday didn’t happen . What is going on !!!!!

@PostOffice They are down from 3 printers to 1. But the 1 is on its last legs. They are open but long queues. I realise we are lucky as I’ve heard many others have had to close. When will these printers be replaced ?
