@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

Everything done through email. Multiple fingerprinting gone nowhere. Can’t talk to anyone. I’ve worked since I was 15 and never seen a company do anything like this before! #mail #postoffice Ceared for hiring then heard nothing!

@PostOffice Could you note on your website if the digital driving license is not working? Driving 35 mins to find the service to be told ‘it’s out of order’ is annoying. Not many POs around offering this service.

@grantshapps please explain why the "service" provided by the @DVLAgovuk is so awful! I am now 5 months into my second attempt at trying to renew my licence, this time via @PostOffice who have finished their investigation and I am no closer to knowing where my licence is
