@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

Dear @PostOffice how difficult could it be to change your opening hours on your website when reducing the operational hours of a branch?? I would have thought that might be quite helpful to your poor customers...

@highland_andy @PostOffice Might be worth looking in to - I used to just hand in the addressed parcels for them to process. That way you get to support your local post office too.

@highland_andy @PostOffice You would have thought it was their job. Isn’t that a bit like a restaurant refusing your service when there’s space because they’re ’too busy’ ? 😳😞

@PostOffice hello, we had a package opened and the contents removed during transit with you using the 1st class service. It’s not clear on your website how to make a claim. Please can you send the link, thank you

@PostOffice could you make renewing a driving license any harder? Had to drive 45 mins to a “special “ PO as my local one doesn’t do the photographs to find out the machine is broken. No notice as I waited in line for 20 mins, no update on the website. Completely useless
