    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @RoyalMail @PostOffice I had one of your vans hit my car while it was parked - there's damage to the car. There was a note on my windshield to contact you. Been holding the line for so long and I can't speak to anyone. This is an insurance emergency. Pls call me asap

    @IndiaPostOffice I was sent an empty parcel with its content missing. Funny part- missing complaint says that it was delivered to me as it is even though the postman himself said that the package was damaged and it looked empty. #GovTech #postoffice

    @superneatfun @PostOffice The post office may well report this however WHSmiths is a franchise post office and they are in charge of staff not the post office I work for a similar franchise and we would be willing to staff more however our hours are determined by the franchise and they are never enough...

    @PostOffice Tried to collect parcel at Thetford branch and was received with rudeness and sarcasm. My daughter was crying as we couldn't get her birthday parcel. Very poor behaviour from staff. I'm disgusted. Expected more from PO.

    @hannahbechITV @PostOffice I can get my scooter in most of these lifts. The biggest problem I experience is the lack of disabled parking. Also, cobbled streets are very difficult to wheel along. They look very nice, but are very uncomfortable and cause additional pain.

    How annoying, turned up to local @PostOffice to post a letter abroad in our village shop to find person behind regular till available to help but PO officially closed for the next 20 mins! What a waste of a lunch break ... #nothelpful #nonotice Thanks 😡 Rant over!

    @IndiaPostOffice Article no ES914436197IN it has been 10 days after the speedpost booking, but yet the article has not reached its destination.Too much being delayed ..Compliant site is slowed down when complaint submition time comes, Please look at this. #indiapost #postoffice
