@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice Is 39 Glenvarloch Crescent, Edinburgh, EH16 6AS an actual Post Office counter? There's never anyone there. My disabled partner now goes up the steep hill to the other one because it can be relied upon to be open during opening hours. The Google reviews are dreadful.

It's 6pm and no mail has been delivered yet. We're back to receiving mail after the sun goes down. For a while there we had it nice with receiving mail during daylight. Not sure why this keeps happening here #PostOffice.

Why is the US Postal Service always described as “money-losing”? When has #DOD ever made $, or transportation or ANY govt service. It’s a service! #postoffice

@kientan74 @PostOffice Hahaha. Only when I use it. And the fact is, you still need staff assistance to complete the transaction for a tracked service, so it’s quicker to do it at the counter, quite frank-ly (no pun intended).

Every day I get more & more appalled by the #PostOfficeScandal Many, many people out of pocket by 10s of thousands £££, still with criminal records, lost homes, lost lives. Why is there not more support for them? What a terrible stain on @PostOffice & people responsible.
