@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

@HeadWarriorTWM I dont think these people should be exempt from trial when we get a different gov that takes these issue seriously - this is far worse than the postoffice scandal. I saw a 20 yo walk into my workplace with panicked mothers 6’6” boy with a pair of fake breasts..no control all fear

@PostOffice how come you don't pay out on travel insurance for my fiance after my Father died??? You've made a really awful time in my life even worse. Sort it out!

Unlike my experiences with @PostOffice and @WilliamHill who fought me every single step, refused to apologise, and never properly fixed their mistakes, at least Sky has shown a real difference. This highlights how some companies seem to think they’re above the law, above being challenged, and completely unaccountable for their actions and decisions. Importantly, it’s not about companies always giving in or admitting the customer is right every single time sometimes the customer can be wrong. But when the customer has clear evidence that proves their side of the story beyond reasonable doubt, it shouldn’t be difficult for a company to simply say: “Yes, we made a mistake here’s your full payout.” Take the £5.75 @WilliamHill owed/owes me but refused and still refusing to pay properly they should have just admitted the error and fixed it. Why do some companies struggle so much to be honest and say sorry when things go wrong? It doesn’t have to end in long adjudication processes or court battles. Disputes should be settled fairly and quickly through agreement, not turned into fights.

@itsolelehmann Do I carry it to the garbage or to the postoffice. The world is full of choices.

  • nedstar68
    Ian (@nedstar68) reported

Remind me never to avoid anyone using @parcelforce to deliver my parcels. Didn’t leave a card, didn’t take to the @PostOffice as requested and after 3 half hour waits to get through, still can’t manage to arrange to deliver. Useless!

  • pplrstupid977
    peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported

@MistressDel93 @PostOffice Post Office don't deliver mail. You need Royal Mail customer services. You'll wait an hour or so on the phone mind

  • LilywhiteSimon
    Simon (@LilywhiteSimon) reported

@DJCfandango @PostOffice @RoyalMail The problem is bud, you asking Post Office about this is akin to you complaining to Tesco because the peaches you had delivered by Sainsbury’s were mouldy. They’re completely separate companies.

  • redpenrog
    dodger (@redpenrog) reported

Voters must have an inquiry into why Ed Davey did nothing as minister in charge of the Postoffice , whilst the numerous poor postoffice managers were being accused and in some cases charged . It was clear for someone close to the process, something was clearly wrong .

  • Freindy12
    Nicko (@Freindy12) reported

This awful person @EdwardJDavey should be in jail. He also helped the corrupt @PostOffice prosecute innocent sub-postmasters and trousered over £270,000 for so doing. Monstrous.
