@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@zoe_bearx @RoyalMail @PostOffice I almost never receive a birthday cars that hasn't been torn at the corner, they usually do the little 1cm tear, peek if there's any cash inside, then if there is, you get it taped with the money gone. No idea why it's allowed to continue.

@PostOffice Having checked opening hours, I walked a mile with a bag full of parcels. More notice of closure and wider distribution of same would help. But they need more staff. Frankly it's been awful since @WHSmith picked up the franchise.

@BadBoukra @scullyp @PostOffice I think every last one of them is hoping to keep their heads in the sand long enough for it to become someone else's 'problem' - exactly the same as PO management. Too late for that, of course, past ministers and Scully should all be answering questions. Too many guilty parties.

@PostOffice absolute joke of a service. Paid for 48 hour delivery on Wednesday to be delivered today as the parcel is needed for this evening. And now I get told its not going to be delivered until Monday. What's the point of offering if you can't provide the service?

@PostOffice I asked to get £10 from my card account. She said that she couldn't do it and never said why. The branch also seemed to be understaffed with only 1 staff member for Banking and posting.

@PostOffice Thanks. What can I say? The shopkeeper is rude, don't even smile, unprofessional. We visit the shop everyday to send parcels. The person throws the parcel away in front of our eyes. When challenged, he did not care to respond.
