@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice appalling management and customers service in Chelmsford High street branch. One person serving all the customers and 2 scanning letters. No respect to disabled customers. Horrible.

  • DaveAmbo Dave Ambo (@DaveAmbo) reported

@Jake_Hanrahan @RoyalMail Why dont you use amazon or smth? State postOffice here is ******* terrible too tbh

  • Mutleyspaw TheRacingMutley (@Mutleyspaw) reported

@PostOffice . @Anna_Firth @GMB_X03 Just counted 25 people in the queue now. It’s actually really unfair on the single member of staff who is here on their own, as well as a disgraceful service

  • sandratizzard Sandra Tizzard (@sandratizzard) reported

The culture in @PostOffice is loud and very clear. So many assumptions, that were handed down. No awareness that the contract didn’t actually state Spmrs were responsible for losses that weren’t due to their actions. There was no allowance for that possibility #PostOfficeScandal

  • james_christie James Christie 🇺🇦 (@james_christie) reported

@brianwhelton @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk ...take a dim view of time-wasting arguments that bugs are necessarily less significant if they do not affect all users. It's a stupid stance to take, but the Post Office persisted with it. Not systemic? Not a real problem. It was utter nonsense, and deliberately misleading. 3/3

  • mkiceburnmarko mark kelly (@mkiceburnmarko) reported

@sandratizzard @PostOffice Esp when one have arm robbery to like just said in inquiry, one subject to cyber attack on Horizon moneygram network

  • brianwhelton 𝔅͛𝔯͛𝔦͛𝔞͛𝔫͛ ͛𝔚͛𝔥͛𝔢͛𝔩͛𝔱͛𝔬͛𝔫͛ (@brianwhelton) reported

@james_christie @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk If you have a bug that affect multiple locations, another that affected several others, then others that affects other locations, but not those others, I'd say your system has 'issues'. That amount of unpredictable/repeatable issues would be described by me as systemic issues.

  • sjboxoffice sonjajakovljevflash (@sjboxoffice) reported

@PostOffice after the phone call finished I transferred euros in GBP in the app- I had 165£- I can go and pick on any cash point for my self- I would like to know who are #postoffice employees- that want to "help" me, and CHARGE me those enormous sums for CASH WRIDRAW? Why barcode transfer?

  • davidareader David Reader (@davidareader) reported from Rochdale, England

So, anyway, besides the gripe about you being stuck in the past.. How about clarifying @PostOffice policy on providing proof of postage .. and if you won't, how about @RoyalMailHelp fix their processes to not require it?
