@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice This is an awful Ad. It’s now possible those same victims will be beaten by those that abuse them for the money YOU say they have hidden. Have you thought of that? Not everyone will have done so, but abusers will insist they have, & want their(non existent) money. Think again.

@PostOffice I never carry cash, it’s a nuisance. I have £20 in coins in the house for emergencies. I never want to be bullied into paying anyone with cash again. Not everyone’s opinion, just mine.
