@PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice Hello, I wanted to send a Birthday card to my Mother on Ireland, my local PO in Ringmer said there was nothing I could do, I asked if I could use Parcelforce to send it and they said no that PF were also effected! Is this correct? do you have an guess when service will resume.

@PostOffice I have been speaking to various members of your staff over the last 2 weeks trying to find out what the problem is. And they tell me they are looking into the issue. Woukd be nice to get calls from someone giving me an update, but that hasn't happened. Will try again next week.

As a #disabled person, I’m exhausted by drs and co’s that aren’t #accessible. 4 times just this week! Tried to mail a package and struggled through the heavy doors of my #postoffice, can’t make appt at dr office by text/email (I can’t speak). And 2 co cust service are phone only

@zebronics Your team is telling me to courier the product for their service but In our area there is no any courier option.and also postoffice courier service is very slow.. so please provide me a courier facility as I have ordered the product online so I need door to door service

@PostOffice The woman has just said she needs to do self service only. Self service is empty. I’ve complained to the manager and the manager has said she will serve those of us waiting for counter service

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice can you tell me why a post office branch wouldn't accept a parcel that met the size and weight restrictions for "large letter" being sent as that, and would insist on it being sent as a small parcel? They were able to pass it through the template check with no issue

@PostOffice Took some old notes to local main Post Office to be told you no longer exchange them, or allow them to be paid into bank account. No wonder Post offices are closing all the time. No longer offering a service to the community.
