@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice @parcelforce can someone help me please? You can’t take customers money without fulfilling the service or providing a reason. It doesn’t work like that. I understand we are in a pandemic and times are hard but you can’t take people’s money.

@Hermesparcels Why are you late with delivery’s? even before Covid your always late! And then you keep smashing up my parcels? You couldn’t even manage posting a letter at the Postoffice! Useless and your van drivers are always speeding and have terrible road rage.

Terrible to hear about great injustices by the @PostOffice. I once applied for a job there. There was a quiz saying 'if a customer has an issue do you a. Assist them with their query or b. Try to upsell them products and services.' Guess the right answer...

@PostOffice can someone please help me??? I’ve exhausted all methods of getting in touch with you but no one is helping me. I posted a parcel to the US for £93 and it came back due to an error made by the staff at the counter. I need my money back ASAP please. This is robbery.
