@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail

@PostOffice Hi Ryan, as I have said to them directly, it depends on what they have. If just a QR code then no, if they have printed the label yes. This should've been clarified with the customer by yourselves before further advising.

@Rozkez67 @PostOffice need to do some work with counter staff recustoms decs & letters to the EU & check SOPs (standard operating procedures) & guidance are correct. Complain to PO Customer Services to let them know which branch. Must admit I was staggerd re the price of the postage too.

Moving house is becoming expensive. @PostOffice van insurance trying to charge £145 to alter address. It’s a mile down the road, not a war-torn country! #👋🏻 #bye-bye

@PostOffice I get that. I too have admin tasks but they are scheduled for when there is the least impact to the customer I service. And rudeness, by the manager, is not accepted at any time.

@PostOffice broadband is so unbelievably crap. And @OpenreachHelp. My internet slows down to nothing pretty regularly. It doesn’t cut out but it is unusable. PO are like “well, WE can’t see a fault. It must be you.” Erm no. Openreach don’t even reply.

@VeeBookish @PostOffice If it's so regular as to be noticed across all drivers then it can be planned for and mitigated. Poor management, with the risk being passed on down ending up with the general public.

@PostieMcPost @L1A75 @PostOffice I’m not sure what your aim is though? I’ve spoken to both Royal Mail and the post office. The postal worker was clearly in a bad mood and didn’t want to accept my parcel. It has been accepted by a different post office. Complaint raised and branch will be spoken to.

@USPS I love when I pay for shipping and they send my package to my postoffice and then the next day send it back out of the state. It's also great when you call to have issues resolve and no one at your post office resolves anything? Covid a year later in isn't an excuse.
