martyn (@martynm700) reported from Dudley, England@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Quashing convictions is no good unless they are removed from any DBS checks, if they still show on a DBS check they are still funding you guilty by default. And still believe that your guilty. A cleared name should mean no trace of the convictions. If not it's just lip service

Mikewhike (@mikewhike) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Almost as stupid as the buying currently lark they make you do. Buy online and get better rates, but you need to come into the branch and they count it all out infront of you. Such ridiculousness. Just stop ******* around and match the online rates in branch
-
peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@Chris44gUK @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice You're wrong. Royal Mail set the prices at the Post Office Counter. The Post Office only gwt paid a tiny % of that.
-
Stephen Harris (@wibblyteapot) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice i had a similar experience once at National Express Coach Office. The online price was a fraction of the price if i'd bought the same ticket from the office. The person behind the counter was rude, as well

Dave Madders (@Actual_madders) reported@PostOffice My friend sent me a parcel from the UK to Thailand. It only took a few day to arrive in Thailand. Now your carrier here however. I have had overnight from BKK no problem. Shopee get me a parcel from china quicker than your local distribution. WTF?

Joanne Brookes (@JoanneB78982257) reported@PostOffice leaving female customer abroad with no access to post office travel card monies .. through no fault of her own. Disgusting. How do I raise a formal complaint
-
peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@PuzzledOfBerks @PostOffice Thats not a service that Post Office provides. Counters do not get paid to change notes into coins. We reserve this service for our business customers who have change giving cards and do pay for it.
-
Carole (@Carolemoonbeam) reported@stugoo17 @PostOffice It is all very well setting up a scheme but if it is going to take even more years to actually do anything then it is not going to help those in need now.
-
peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@MrBsTweet @Rantsofus1 @PostOffice No their not. Post Office have never delivered mail. You mean Royal Mail. You'll need to call their customer service number.

julian (@Julian2017124) reportedJust received this reply from @PostOffice (Charlotte) however interestingly given me a new complaint number (CAS-4652456-F5T0K2). They’ve only acknowledged receipt and say a Complaint Handler will be assigned within 15 working days. Until then, further replies won’t be monitored. What’s funny though is this came through just 15 minutes after I tweeted about the situation, I tweeted last one at 8:37am they sent the email at 8:52 am! Coincidence or not, the timing is interesting. All my other email was for not to dispute the appeal decision but request for a fuller explanation of the appeal outcome so it’s interesting that request is being treated as a brand new complaint, and also other part of that request was asking for information if they’re part of a ADR and the contact details, but when I clearly provided the original case number (CAS-4564626-W1G1F8) With 96 complaints as I say in 5 years at Camberwell branch (61.5% tactically closed), this slow, dismissive process is exactly why people lose faith. And I know @PostOffice sees my tweets. It’s time @PostOffice up their game. Either resolve this properly with a reasonable solution and apology, or respect my rights including my right to full transparency and the right to escalate this to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. Why should I have to accept someone getting away with verbal abuse? No justice whatsoever. Otherwise, we’re just going to continue this very public spat for as long as it takes. The choice is yours. #PostOffice #CamberwellPostOffice
