@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice The one on Bridge Street in WH Smith. Two women in front of me both waited over 25 minutes just to get their change sorted out as both self service machines were playing up. Staff didn’t seem to care less.

@Siobhain_Mc @BarclaysUK @PostOffice It’s all about money for Barclays, was a customer of the bank for over 40 years then my overdraft was sent to a debt collections agency. No explanation, no letter prior to this from the bank. Very disappointed with their actions. Now bank elsewhere.

@WonderWorksRB Bugs that are still here: 90% of the time when i log in im falling thru the air, lighthouse is not working, no tree shake buttons, ppl being invisible to others, no trading buttons on some people. Please work on that first. And why is postoffice closed :-(

@ShellEnergyHome Your taking over my PostOffice broadband shortly. But decided to switch elsewhere, due to refusal/incapability of the upstream provide @TalkTalk to fix broadband outage issues in #Moray that have been ongoing for *months*. Down again now #EnoughIsEnough #TalkTalk

I’ve remembered this afternoon why I stopped using @PostOffice in #Peterborough. It’s taken over an hour to post a parcel; branch understaffed with poorly trained folk who have a limited idea of customer service… 😟
