@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice @peter_levy 2/2 Been on phone to passport office for hours so has customer care of Post Office HMPO say I am not in the system. Chased it up with PO customer care and they have contacted Area/Regional Managers but they are just ignoring the request.

@BarbadosStamps @PostOffice Identity in NI was always a problem. What was chosen had to not annoy either side. 2nd is Giants Causeway 1st is fields, other two designs used are identifiable products from NI.

Hey @PostOffice do you realise how bad the service is at the @WHSmith shop in Dunfermline!! Closed at the moment due to staff having a break !! it’s a standing joke in Dunfermline re poor service

@PostOffice @peter_levy Peter, can you please let me know how you managed to contact the passport office. My sister tried hours over the past few weeks,customer care at PO have tried too. HMPO say she is not in the system even though she paid her passport through check & send.

@DawnSunrise1 @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail Scam, and we'll spotted. Look at the link address "postoffice- collect-gb3 .com" Looks ok but would you type it in looking for Royal mail? Never click a link in a text. Ever. You're then real & will further target you. If you miss a Royal Mail parcel you'll have the wee card...
