@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

@PostOffice Particularly at this time of year having to get to a post office, buy packing materials and boxes, take them home, pack things, and bring them back to post them is a pain. If you had experts in your larger units to wrap and pack I'd pay for the service!

@PostOffice The lovely lady up the road in the corner shop has happily delivered them for me no fuss. If the man on the counter can’t be arsed putting through 6 parcels he needs sending on his way. Just pure laziness! Wouldn’t mind I queued up for 15 minutes as well. Terrible!

@PostOffice 🧵 last wk I took my disabled son to have photos taken in photo booth in Isleworth post office. Unfortunately despite careful use the machine took took the £5 note but did not register the additional 4 x £1 coins = no photos. Reject button not working. I spoke to

@IndiaPostOffice Public are facing a lot of problem at POSTOFFICE JHANJHARPUR(847404).There is no chairs to sit and have to stand a lot of time ,no generator facility(yesterday I have to wait 30 minutes because of power cut) and more infrastructure problems.Kindly lookinto it.

@PostOffice Your Barnsley branch is a joke customer's queueing out the door 1 person serving and 1 person on the self service which makes it not self service also very rude unhelpful staff

Been sending my work in the post for 10 years standard 2nd class and the jobs worth at @PostOffice in Clayton is now saying they have to go special delivery @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp is just getting stupid now.

@bonglez nobody minds paying for services at Home Affairs or the Post Office if they deliver the services they are meant to on time, without significant problems or with customers having to pay bribes to get the service the government owes them. #homeaffairs #postoffice.
