As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. The options are Special Delivery - tracked & signed & guaranteed next day, which is £9.95 or Signed for, 1st class which is £3.80 or 2nd class £2.77. PO clerk will have asked questions to determine which service the customer meant
