@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice hello. I am waiting on some well overdue post. My postcode is se22. Is there bad delays I need to be aware of? Worried about it being lost. Thanks

  • PostOfficeGuy2 Post Office Guy (@PostOfficeGuy2) reported

@PostOffice @tooshyalex Hi Courtney. I understand you wanting to contact them about being rude to a customer, but it doesn't look like a crown branch, so surely it is up to the branch to offer refunds on retail items.

@PostOffice do you have alternative contact details? I keep trying to call 0345 600 3210 to cancel my broadband and you just drop the call. You have reverted my payments to a much higher price with no way to cancel it.

@PostOffice your complaints procedure on your website is non existent. When I phone your customer service department I'm redirected to the webpage where I got the phone number.

  • carterlb_ Laura 🌷 (@carterlb_) reported

The issue has since been resolved by lovely lady called Salma. However, I'm still appalled. The @PostOffice confused my current address and soon to be moving address causing such unnecessary delay, confusion and upset. I'd really be wary of recommending new customers to them.

@PostOffice We’ve had regular contact every few days from someone who’s very nice but never says anything other than there’s a network issue. This has been going on for more than two weeks and nothing has changed, nor do we have any idea when things may be resolved.

  • art_iszt artis𝓏t (@art_iszt) reported

@kreuzberged @GermanAtPompey yap. folk living down there probably are most 'liked' customers eg when queues forced to an extended halt at Bank/PostOffice/whatever because one [forbid there are 2] of them filling in their adr-details .. as with url-shorteners there's a need down there for str-name-shorteners

  • foxlet Claire R (@foxlet) reported

@PostOffice Hi again. I re-sent my question via email on Friday and have not heard back, can you help?
