Is this correct? do you have an guess when service will resume.

Paisley Boy (@Stephen18221872) reported@DVLAgovuk @PostOffice We urgently require vehicle documents in order to sell our car. The process was initiated last Thursday (04/06/25) however they have not arrived. Very disappointed in the process. Deliveries on mail is now so poor in the Glasgow area.

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!

One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.
