  @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

  @PostOffice helped an older lady at the library today who had been trying to send a birthday card to her son in Australia for 3 weeks after visiting the Post Office 6 times. She cried when I said I could help. Such a terrible situation

  @PostOffice Funny how you say you're so sick of telling people that if something isn't delivered , you immediately say that's a Royal Mail problem , but when Royal Mail produce a product that's wanted , you jump on the opportunity to say " we understand your needs" - No you don't .

  @PostOffice I have done that. This week since this has happened has been awful. My kids have been in tears and my wide just wants to unpack and not go. Ive spoken to 3 different managers and each one just doesn’t care whatsoever and is offering us absolutely nothing.
