    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @AmazingMorph @PostOffice I use next day guarantee weekly for my parcels but the man who works at my local p.o always says we can't guarantee it will get there next day! If I ask why sell me next day guarantee then if you can't guarantee it but he never gives a straight answer! So can you please?

    @Vinny_DiMeglio @Sportscardnati1 I believe they will contact you when they receive your package, but dang you losing the tracking sucks cause you’d need to contact the PostOffice also to see if any movement or locate where it’s at

    @PostOffice Hi Courtney. It was the Ruabon branch. I went to collect my aunty's pension and they said that the systems were down in all branches and they didn't know when they would be back up

    @PostOffice when a customer with a neurological disability rings up for help to change their details, telling them they have to do it themselves online, and that they shouldn't have an account if they are unable to, is not a great look for you. #DisabilityDiscrimination

    @PostOffice No I'm not keen on raising a complaint about a member of staff's prejudiced attitude with that member of staff. Which was my only option. I will be closing my account though. Perhaps you need some advice on inclusive business procedures from the disabled community.
