@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice Thank you for your help because I couldn't make the payment to the catalogue yesterday I've now been charged £14 but if they stayed open untill 5.30pm like advertised I wouldn't of had that charge,I wouldn't mind it's not like they had customers waiting to

Holy hell @USPSHelp @USPS wtf is there not a least a self service station at the North Green River Rd location in Evansville IN. Always the 1 lady working and we have 11 people in line. It's an every day occurrence. Seriously how poorly can you run your business?? #PostOffice

@PostOffice As it stands - this is affecting MY WORK, and MY LIVELYHOOD - I have not had this issue resolved - I have been humiliated bullied and harrassed in front of all your costumers and staff! This has been ongoing since October - and NOT RESOLVED, if anything it got WORSE.

I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

@JamesCleverly @PostOffice We need help from our MP. We have not receiving any mail in Great Yeldham all week and we understand we are not going to get any mail until the 21st. Didn't think the Post Office could hold our mail for over a week without delivering!!
