    @coynee6 @PostOffice Same here ... just walked into town to find Post Office closed due to system issues! Would like to know when back up so I don’t make another wasted journey!!

    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @PostOffice Hello, I have a postal order I purchased in September 2021 and on the back of it, it says the order expires 12 months from date of issue but I googled now and it says all postal orders are only valid for 6 months, so I need to confirm which it is

    @PostOffice would love to what’s going on with The Manager at Bristol Broadmead Galleries my Mum sent 2 parcels this afternoon for me, they made a mistake within 2 hours I got down there w/my details and the guy refused to help! Obnoxious AF! Not our mistake I was polite! As well

    @pib_comm @IndiaPostOffice @AshwiniVaishnaw Absolutely pathetic services of Connaught Place postoffice. Mostly system is down Long queues Limited executives Laid back attitude of window clerks Every time I visit branch, I get discouraged to continue with my family PPF accounts.

    @PostOffice hi guys! My Lateral Flow tests that were due to arrive yesterday never made it to my home. There is no obvious way on your website of tracking. I recieved an text to say they would arrive and the tracking has not been updated. Any ideas??

    Another month on and still no satisfactory resolution. Decided to make a formal complaint and was told that to do so someone from PO needs to call me back. Still waiting after a week…! This is NOT acceptable service. Get your act together @postoffice

    @PostOffice Hi I've been ringing/emailing and no answer. Been on hold today and then phone line does dead. CSAL insurance are absolutely awful. I've been waiting for nearly 4 months for an answer and getting super frustrated now. I took out post office insurance as I thought it was reliable.
