@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@nw_nicholas @Plusnet I have seen homes lacking a modern NTE5, split-face, master socket, with a very old 1970s PostOffice ‘BT’ rounded rectangular termination/junction box where the telephone line comes in.. this can be a problem. What did OpenReach check?

@PostOffice hi… not v happy with your biometric permit redirection service. It took 21.90 gbp for me and my wife but then I had to drive 3 hours to original post office and collect it myself. It was at the original post office since a month ago. #badcustomerservice

@PostOffice Thanks for the prompt reply Stephen. Apprecaited Will do. Sadly it caught her but I think/hope that although she started to enter the info asked it was not sent. I hope the burner phone used to send it was already deactivated. Probably caught some poor devils though. 😡

@PostOffice please explain to me why your guy at Banbury post office refused to print a returns label for my wife! Your website clearly states this is a service you provide buy scanning bar code, he sent her to Rymans and was charged £2.75. Not impressed!
