    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @PostOffice hello I'm trying to renew my provisional photocard, my local post office hasn't been able to do this for weeks due to a technical issue. I'll be visiting the 2nd nearest office tomorrow. But I can't seem to find a number to call to check they aren't also having issues

    @GovernmentZA @MpumalangaGov Nothing annoys me as much as when I see government positions&they ask for that ghastly Z83 form.Then they ask you to apply via the PostOffice like MPGov does.I cannot believe a government that dreams of building SmartCities has never heard of E-MAIL.Long way to go!

    @PostOffice yesterday I go to my local, main PO as I need to send something to child at uni, to arrive today (I wasn't aware of a strike today)....so why was I quoted (& paid) for a service that can't be met? Thx

    @azania1023 People are so discouraged by corruption in ANC, and Government yet service delivery is at a very poor state.illustration Education poor, Electricity, Water, and PostOffice, Police, Health, unemployment escalating, to mention few.

    @PostOffice I see your complaints procedure is just as inefficient as your postal service. 3 complaints from me now,with an escalation on Friday to stage 2, with 4 hour response, and nothing from you. Rubbish service.

    @JE_M_ @RAC_Care @PostOffice What a disgrace, all of their services are a joke. I've just cancelled my breakdown cover with them after failing us. Never renewed my car insurance with them either. Watch on here, the amount of complaints where people are left stranded for hours is horrendous.
