@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice Nothing on ya’lls part tbh it’s actually the weirdo’s that post offices seem to attract that kill my vibe huffing and puffing down my neck in the queue cos they gotta wait for 5 mins or longer to be seen to but I appreciate the concern luv x

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@jasrichards2 @emmmahhhhhh @PostOffice The campaign is about saving cash, which is a massively important issue and for many the only place it is available is at a PO. I don't think it is exploiting anyone. If you were a small business it might make more sense to you

@trainman1958 @PostOffice There is no issue with using cash during a pandemic- there is no peer studied paper evidence that it is any risk of it carrying Covid. However if we don’t continue to use cash to keep the infrastructure of cash going we will leave this ‘pandemic’ without the option of using cash.

@rpodelhi @passportsevamea i have applied for passport, in speedpost it shows delivered, while inquiring in local postoffice they said they returned it to r.k.puram passport office as i am not available..kindly help as i need it on urgent basis!

@sarahcrowsnest @jasrichards2 @PostOffice Do you not think it’s weird for a massive company to tell a story of domestic abuse and not acknowledge how heavy it is though. There needed to be a ‘call this number if you’re affected by DA’ at the end, and an acknowledgment to help DA survivors, by donating funds for instance
