David Baker (@SussexCoaster) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

Is this correct? do you have an guess when service will resume.

I would not bother if it was just once or twice. Lastly there are plenty of things that can be done to improve services.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.

appleblossomB (@appleblossomBe) reported@PostOffice I sent a registered letter to HMRC on the 11th March . HMRC says they haven’t received it . Tracking only says it was posted and no confirmation of HMRC signing for it or receiving it . Can you please help ?
