@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@PostOffice @DailyMailUK East Barnet Post Office definitely over charging and ripping people off. They are so rude and defensive if ever they are questioned about prices. Told my wife to “Stop talking so much and asking questions”. Send a secret shopper and see!

@PostOffice About 20 minutes. Having one member of staff is not good enough and unfair on that staff member. And only open on a Saturday? What if people work and can't go then? Should never have relocated from Aberdeen Walk

@PostOffice The malton branch, I can appreciate they have a closing time but closing the doors to suit the staff before trading hours is very poor in my eyes. I work in retail myself and it’s not allowed where I work
