  @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

  @PostOffice Hertford a fine example as to why I no longer use. Massive queue, two members, of staff. I just want to post a fully labled up parcel and no way unless I queue to hand it over. Very very poor, very very frustrating.

  @Rantsofus1 @DiverseLearners @PostOffice The Post Office Twitter team has informed me that my #SwapOut letter could have been given proof of postage. That was the issue in my original tweet. I would assume that a major change to how customers pay for postage would have been common knowledge to PO staff.

  It is taking @RoyalMail a ridiculous amount of time to restore its International Tracked services via the @PostOffice network! It is now THREE WEEKS that I cannot send Int Tracked to my customers through the Post Office! Get it sorted!!!

  @PostOffice trying to buy postage online. I want to drop to my local post office, but the only option I seem to be given is to have it collected. That doesn't work for me. How can I buy online and drop at PO?
