    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @dvla @PostOffice thank you fantastic service. I was annoyed I couldn’t renew my driving licence on line. Tech issue apparently & was advised 6/8 week delay in receiving new one. Attended post office 28/10 new one arrive 1/11. Brilliant service all round I would say

    @IndiaPostOffice I received it yesterday that is on 2 November 2021 and not 20 October 2021..I had to go to postoffice for taking my parcel..Postman never came to my address to deliever..Worst Service Ever..

    @PostOffice Thanks for the quick reply. That’s not what I was told Ryan, I was specifically told that the post office is no longer open on weekdays for any service. Only open on weekends. Please can you confirm?

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @PostOffice can you get involved in this then please. Cause I find it acceptable that I was completely overcharged DESPITE the fact everything was weighed, and then told it wasn’t their problem

    Still having post issues, lucky to get post at all now. See parcels being delivered by various postal vans daily, but not post. Not acceptable at all. #royalmail #postoffice #wakefield

    Omdz what happened to customer service in post offices. 1st day of the month and only 1 person serving. I ask if they can get another cashier. No they are on lunch. Why take a lunch break at the busies time @PostOffice

    @PostOffice HI - my wife is trying to set up a linked account online for a maturing bond and for the second day running has got a message saying this action cannot be completed at this time. The link has to be set up in the next four days. What's the problem please ?

    @PostOffice why is your main post office in Swansea City Centre closing at 5 when it states 5.30pm on website. I called today at 5.10pm with my special delivery mail but was unable to send. @RoyalMail how am I supposed to send mail when the service provided by post office so poor

    @PostOffice hi, your staff member told me that they won’t print off the receipts when dropping off online postage as she ‘doesn’t get paid to do that’, also told me off for putting 0.7kg, and insists that 0.7kg means 7 grams? she’s so rude i’m scared to visit that store again.

    Crazy that @PostOffice advise that if you actually want something to arrive that you need to pay for special delivery at three times the cost. Where else would this be acceptable when providing a service?
