    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @coynee6 @PostOffice Same here ... just walked into town to find Post Office closed due to system issues! Would like to know when back up so I don’t make another wasted journey!!

    @PostOffice National disgrace that post office sacked and imprisoned innocent subpost masters !! HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME AS ITS TOOK 16 YEARS TO REDRESS .A sad day for British justice despite convictions being quashed.

    How the hell did the @PostOffice prosecute >900 staff without thinking hang on...are we really that bad at selecting employees? 🤔Maybe something else is wrong here?!🙄 Unbelievable!😤😤

    @itvnews And the @PostOffice is still a shambles here in Argyll. They don't listen, don't respond to correspondence and simply don't provide a service to thousands of people.

    @PostOffice You are suggesting the branch CLOSES Tuesday for the afternoon. IT IS OPEN UNTIL 5.30 so NO NEED TO REFUSE MY POST. #discriminating. My complaint is about them not processing my post and you saying I can take it elsewhere. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND DEPEND ON THE LOCAL BRANCH

    @PostOffice please tell me why your branches state you are open til 12.30 but stop customers coming to collect parcels at 12.15😡😡😡 Why offer the service ????

    @PostOffice 1 of 5 tills open at Bexleyheath @WHSmith , no wonder the service is shocking. Perfectly able to open more tills safely.
