    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @PostOffice utterly useless I have tried 4 times to renew my license to be told your system is down at the post office. Costing me more money in parking than the renewal

    @mariaspears @PostOffice @CWUPostmasters As independent think be less of a problem. Cause u have more freedom ie if say go to paypoint as example, u can get said terminal.

    @PostOffice I had to take it another half mile to another office and I'm not strong, when I got there, I collapsed to the ground, almost fainted. When you put times on your website, you MAKE DAMN SURE THE STORES ABIDE BY THEM.

    @PostOffice USED the Alfreton branch today to re-new my PASSPORT but the lighting wasn't good enough to take a good picture so I had to go to the one at CHESTERFIELD, the lighting wasn't good there as well but the person there took a chance and sent it off, poor set up at both.

    @ArgosHelpers So multiple packages are going missing and this doesn’t bother you as a business the @PostOffice has a signed for delivery and @eBay_UK has to deal with the issue?

    Having mega trouble trying to contact someone regarding renewing my driving license as systems are all down atm in Kent @PostOffice have you got a customer careline number I can ring please?? As I can't contact any branches either.

    @postoffice need to digitally renew drivers licence, using branch finder I can see the note about the issues at some locations, I’d rather use a crown office for identity services but I’m only offered franchises/subs, can you confirm that issue is only affecting crown offices?

    @PostOffice Has your branch in area M14 on Ladybarn Lane, Manchester closed for good? It hasn't been open for about 3 weeks. There is a sign saying refurbishment, but the shutters are always down and no workmen in sight. Thanks
