@PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

@HughSykes @PostOffice Yes they always print a label for parcels, no nice stamps to receive in the post any more. I think Royal Mail do a collect from home service for hardly any money so you don't have to go and queue.

@PostOffice No just told that @postoffice will not allow 'click & drop" at small post office counters now. it is a service many rural customers reply on.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice no wonder your packes get broken so often. I just saw a lady drop a bag full of parcels from table height and drag it to the door to be taken away. I hate to think what happens to it after that. Lucky I only send letters

@ChrisManji @RoyalMail @PostOffice Honestly, the state of these you'd need a full dry suit, I'm genuinely not sure you could do anything to prevent it it's so bad. And not even cost, does the world need more plastic for sending stuff that shouldn't be getting wet in the first place?

@HughSykes @PostOffice Hope you never try to buy those nice attractive special stamps at your local post office. You'll definitely be on a hiding to nothing.
