    @coynee6 @PostOffice Same here ... just walked into town to find Post Office closed due to system issues! Would like to know when back up so I don’t make another wasted journey!!

    @PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

    @PostOffice who can I complain to about staff running a local branch. They are rude, unhelpful and always seem to close well before their advertised time.

    @fleshsimulator @Jayouth99 There are people in my area that are making money off of bad mail service by providing a postoffice sanctioned tiny P.O. in their kiosk or business as a sidehustle. You can ship and store your package up to 7 days. Pick it up whenever. It's that bad.

    @PostOffice can you ensure the self-service kiosks in the Post Office in County Mall Crawley are working. It's a process that should take 1 minute but, because the queue's out the door and the machines don't work, Im going to have to come back tomorrow now.

    @Bredebeck @PostOffice Well she would just shrug because its nothing to do with the Post Office. They sell postage on BEHALF of Royal Mail. If you have a problem then you need to speak with them.

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice That is not an acceptable reply. Your company stated that this service would be ready and all across the uk people are having the exact same problem. Your company can't keep commitments it publicly makes and fobs off the blame onto a separate entity that sells your services.

    @IndiaPostOffice During the same time, when there was 'server issue' your own #postoffice employee said after 3pm "we can take your article for post if you get some type of recommendation". I am not talking about present situation. It's about the #inconvenience caused around 14 days ago.
