Is this correct? do you have an guess when service will resume.

He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!

He fixed it, i told the buyer to update via msg, he msg'd me later saying the item arrived, hes happy. that was Apr27 ago. ebay wont release $138 to me until MAY 16!!!! tried customer service, but i cant understand punjabi. **** #EBAY. do not use them.

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!
