He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!

And still believe that your guilty. A cleared name should mean no trace of the convictions. If not it's just lip service

No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. Third world staff, third world service.

No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. Are you stopping self-service in all branches?

However, many others who were complicit in the PostOffice scandal and also have Knighthoods or any other 'honour' should hang their heads in shame and think very seriously about returning them. @EdwardJDavey in particular!
