A key issue in today’s Court of Appeal @PostOffice judgment is that PO - like some other bodies like HSE or RSPCA - acts as a Private Prosecutor. Given emerging issues with the Horizon IT system, it is more likely that a police/ @cpsuk investigation would not have led to charges

@PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

@PostOffice should have never moved there CC customers to JAJA, it’s ruining the @PostOffice rep...JAJA customer service is crap - would have been better to move them to the @CapitalOne PO card 😡😡

@PostOffice There are literally customers kneeling on the floor to find space to put stamps on letters. WHSmith can address the obstacles that prevent customers getting to the Post Office, but it was an @PostOffice decision to close the Crown Post Office without a thought to service users.

In tears in Coop bc this @RoyalMail new @PostOffice woman B76 was so horrible to me. I've just complained online. She kept getting things wrong & snapping & talking down to me! She made no eye contact or conversation! Awful #CustomerService I don't usually 😪 but not well atm!😞

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Yes,I will claim a refund again.And I suggest there has to be a systemic error somewhere between Post Office and Royal company on how they deal with received letters from customers.And the extra documents required to fill in for each abroad letter could cause the problem as well.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp In a 24hr society, can you please explain the archaic practice of Post Offices closing around midday on Saturdays? @RoyalMail keep moaning that they are losing money, maybe by being so customer UNfriendly has something to do with it????
