@thejimirving @PostOffice I was in a few weeks ago, and two poor old dears were just so confused. WHSmith staff didn’t care less about helping them. What a travesty to lose the beautiful York branch in Lendal to this WHSmith store

@stealth_edition @minsterfm @CityofYork @YorkGreens @PostOffice @WHSmith No one is blaming the drivers. Of course it's the Post Office. And the Council needs to set parameters when they can drive down Coney St. Same as the rest of the population. Not all day every day.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail must be confusing and a problem as you provide royal mail and parcelforce services?!

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Once you offer additional carrier services at all branches, have you then thought about some technical services a bit like what MetaPack do but target mainly at SMEs to help them rapidly move away from RM?

@PostOffice @MarkAvery @RoyalMail I'd have thought putting Paula Vennells and Regina Moran in jail, to be a better resolution.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail I did not know this. So are you the organisation that put people into jail because of problems with your own software, or the one paying billions in dividends instead of paying decent wages?

Ceri
(@CeriFeher) reported
@PostOffice @RoyalMail You could spend this time online making sure that the opening hours for your branches are accurate to stop wasted trips by potential customers. Your bad service is contributing to people switching to couriers which directly impacts @royalmail

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Your difficulty is that the British public still thinks the Royal Mail , is post offices and posties. They still think it's a public service (which it should be). They do not realise it has been split up sold off and the whole ethos of Royal Mail being destroyed.

Stop blaming the NHS for corrupt Tory cronyism.
(@ArglePlonidge) reported
@PostOffice @RoyalMail You used to be one and the same. a public service. That universal service that the whole world copied. Now torn apart for profit.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail I don't know if it's actually you or whether it's Bank of Ireland but I have to say that in bereavement cases you are incredibly slow at dealing with correspondence, or is that @RoyalMail's fault?
