  • PhillGray Phill Gray (@PhillGray) reported from York, England

@thejimirving @PostOffice I was in a few weeks ago, and two poor old dears were just so confused. WHSmith staff didn’t care less about helping them. What a travesty to lose the beautiful York branch in Lendal to this WHSmith store

  • JuneTranmer June4Guildhall (@JuneTranmer) reported from York, England

@stealth_edition @minsterfm @CityofYork @YorkGreens @PostOffice @WHSmith No one is blaming the drivers. Of course it's the Post Office. And the Council needs to set parameters when they can drive down Coney St. Same as the rest of the population. Not all day every day.

  • GarethDennis Gareth Dennis (@GarethDennis) reported from York, England

@Captain_Deltic @PostOffice Actually, @DBCargoUK might be able to help with this as I believe it's theirs...

  • Sonhuss sonal hussein (@Sonhuss) reported from York, England

Hi @PostOffice @RoyalMail, @thetrainline are asking if you have any tickets that have not made it to them to allow me to have a refund on some unused tickets. They were in the envelope but never received! I am not sure where you would start to look for them. Thank you

@PostOffice As soon as they are presented with any form of prepaid label they don’t know what to do. Was told this morning that the barcode was wrong. Took parcel to another branch which accepted without issue.

  • _MattFrancis Matt (@_MattFrancis) reported

@PostOffice broadband is the most useless and frustrating service I’ve ever signed up for

  • schulkes James Schulkes (@schulkes) reported from Hammersmith, England

.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

  • ZodiacNein ZodiacNein (@ZodiacNein) reported

@PostOffice Thank you. I hope someone will pick up the phone, and this line won't be suffering from the infinite 'experiencing high volumes of calls' issue, which your call lines ALWAYS suffer from.

  • Chiragkapuriya Chiragkapuriya (@Chiragkapuriya) reported

@IndiaPostOffice item is again redirected to the wrong postoffice, I want this ASAP guy, please please help me.

  • ZodiacNein ZodiacNein (@ZodiacNein) reported

Just to inform you all that the @PostOffice motor insurance service is very poor. They overcharge on renewals but as one can't contact them by the website or by using the phone, you can't stop them renewing your policy. Best to avoid.

  • EmilyCC94 love, 𝐄 𝐦 𝐢 𝐥 𝐲 (@EmilyCC94) reported

@PostOffice Hi Tom! Most of my order fits fine so wouldn’t have to return, but the items that don’t fit that I’ve missed the return time for total £32.16 👎🏽 thanks for your hard work and help!

  • Boab_DeBilde Bob DeBilde⭐️🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Boab_DeBilde) reported

    @PostOffice Your rates are shit!

  • ThermaPak_Mat Mat (@ThermaPak_Mat) reported

@PostOffice Hi Courtney, as great as that sounds on the grand scheme of things, adding 12.5% to the price of a service for little more than printing a sheet of paper is taking the proverbial....or, in fact, taking advantage of customers who have no alternative

  • sjb2402 Stephen Brett (@sjb2402) reported

@PostOffice I do not recommend moving your broadband to #postoffice #broadband as so far NO SERVICE for 3 days. Appointment given but no response. Advisors read from Terms and Conditions and do NOTHING. #poorservice
