    @donnantwich @Shaaaang5 @PostOffice Who gives a ****?

  • JuneTranmer June4Guildhall (@JuneTranmer) reported from York, England

@stealth_edition @minsterfm @CityofYork @YorkGreens @PostOffice @WHSmith No one is blaming the drivers. Of course it's the Post Office. And the Council needs to set parameters when they can drive down Coney St. Same as the rest of the population. Not all day every day.

  • thejimirving Jim Irving (@thejimirving) reported from York, England

@PostOffice There are literally customers kneeling on the floor to find space to put stamps on letters. WHSmith can address the obstacles that prevent customers getting to the Post Office, but it was an @PostOffice decision to close the Crown Post Office without a thought to service users.

  • Carl19692 Carl (@Carl19692) reported from York, England

@thejimirving @WHSmith @PostOffice Only been in there once...... Never again.

  • MattWalls99 Matt (@MattWalls99) reported from York, England

@donnantwich @Shaaaang5 @PostOffice Like I said, I’m flattered, but I’m really not interested. Your rather poor attempts at flirting are just being wasted.

  • MattWalls99 Matt (@MattWalls99) reported from York, England

@Matthew97725434 @PostOffice No it’s not. It’s been made illegal. They won’t knock first when they beat down your door to take you off to prison 🤗

  • PhillGray Phill Gray (@PhillGray) reported from York, England

@thejimirving @PostOffice I was in a few weeks ago, and two poor old dears were just so confused. WHSmith staff didn’t care less about helping them. What a travesty to lose the beautiful York branch in Lendal to this WHSmith store

  • andygee007 Andrew Gorton (@andygee007) reported from Riccall, England

@PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

  • thejimirving Jim Irving (@thejimirving) reported from York, England

Thanks @PostOffice for another truly horrific experience in the jumble sale that is @WHSmith in York. Had to fight through the clutter to get to the back. Awful place.

  • _15inu 15 ⧖💸 | IA bcs of health condition (@_15inu) reported

Maybe some people wonder why i didnt drop off the parcel by myself. My health condition right now is very bad due to my allergic (i have fever, flu and sore throat) that why i didnt drop off the parcels by myself. And i dont think i can enter the postoffice +

  • siany_d Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported

@RichieTheFruit @PostOffice We've never sold or acceptd tracked 24 or 48 purchased from the rm website

  • RichieTheFruit RichieTheFruit (@RichieTheFruit) reported

@PostieMcPost @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice I can certainly understand your frustration. As it stands, my custom for this type of service is heading elsewhere, that have convenient drop off points. Sure I'm not the only one.

  • Philip471 Philip Woods (@Philip471) reported from Shanklin, England

@RichieTheFruit @PostOffice I think the PO should clarify that statement a little bit more. They can accept Tracked 24/48 if they are returns to online retailers ie. Amazon, H&M etc. but it’s only the Tracked 24/48 that specifically comes from RM’s Click & Drop service which can’t be accepted at a PO.

  • Kye22182728 Kye (@Kye22182728) reported

@PostOffice absolutely appalling service. No Internet connection in Portsmouth for 3 days now. Really beginning to take the piss. But its okay when you want to take the money from our accounts but not actually provide us with the service were paying for. Absolutely ****

  • Saurabh57680 Saurabh Bhardwaj (@Saurabh57680) reported

  • RichieTheFruit RichieTheFruit (@RichieTheFruit) reported

@PostieMcPost @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice But you used to, right? Mebbes I'm not remembering correctly. It makes zero sense that I can order 2nd class parcel, or a SD parcel, but not a medium priced service. Who on earth came up with that?
