@stealth_edition @minsterfm @CityofYork @YorkGreens @PostOffice @WHSmith No one is blaming the drivers. Of course it's the Post Office. And the Council needs to set parameters when they can drive down Coney St. Same as the rest of the population. Not all day every day.

@thejimirving @PostOffice I was in a few weeks ago, and two poor old dears were just so confused. WHSmith staff didn’t care less about helping them. What a travesty to lose the beautiful York branch in Lendal to this WHSmith store

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Given they're your sole service provider, I'm not sure the distinction is worth making.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Only in Britain can the bit where we post and pay for the post **** off the bit that delivers the post. How **** is that as a PR Campaign? Imagine Father Christmas slagging off the Reindeers; An Elf Spokesman said, “Ah, but the Reindeer are a separate company…”

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Both organisations treat their staff shamefully, so it's hard to tell the difference!

@PostOffice @RoyalMail No you are the ones closing all the local post offices down so it's a total pain in the neck to post anything local

@POckelford @PostOffice Thats royal mails decision to only offer that service via their online channels. We can only offer the royal mail services that rm allow, in same way we only offer selected dvla services etc. There no dishonesty from the staff at Cannington who have been unfairly accused.
-
Jimi G Howard (@JimiGHoward) reported
@PostOffice @RoyalMail should be though, should be one big public communications network fit for the 21st century rather than a cash cow for a few.
-
Paul Ockelford (@POckelford) reported
@RoyalMail can you please explain why you don't offer cheaper levels of service in @PostOffice branches? I asked for the cheapest tracked parcel service (£2.85 on your site) and was forced to buy £7.65 next day. How is this fair to those who can't buy online\print at home?

Tim Miles 🇺🇦 (@TimMsw20) reported
@PostOffice @RoyalMail Well you damn well should be. A post office is a shop run to provide Royal Mail services (and not to sell toasters). What's the point of having two companies?
-
Dai Stacey (@Daistacey) reported
@PostOffice @RoyalMail More is the shame. More customer focus and less profit focus would help too

@byewig1921 @PostOffice @RoyalMail People should have been jailed for that debacle .it was clear the chance of so many being dishonest was remote so the problem was likely to be the system .it was .
