    @LeslieT5t @mjoniya_j Is postoffice relevant in this day and age? Can u imagine if all SOE have this foresight to be innovative. If postnet can deliver such great service. If telkom was not privatized it would be on the line of receiving bail out. Even if it is expensive atleast it competative

    @RoyalMail Use it or loose it @postoffice is a vital part of many a community. Drop and Go service is better. No queues, No printing, No hassle. Support your local independent businesses

    @PostOffice The reality is that there is no service that guarantees delivery in 24 hours on Parcelforce International services. Even before the pandemic, such a vision is impossible. If you read Parcelforce's website, it says delivery is from the next working day, not delivered the next day.

    @PostOffice i can't navigate through ur online form so can you help my daughter sent a parcel 5th June from Tadcaster and it as not arrived to my west London address. My postman thought it should have arrived latest Thurs 10th. We have receipt ref.

    @PostOffice @jackjhaynes I think he's saying "can't do a receipt without a postcode" hence taking a photo of the handover as evidence. Definitely needs "freepost name" service training out across Post Offices and how to generate a posting receipt when there is no post code.
