@PostOffice I am trying to find a phone number to get in touch to save massive travel but it looks like all human contact has been removed. First they will come for you branches, then they remove phone lines. When there is no one left to hear you the service will go too!

    @LindaAnneWilson @PostOffice It’s awful. Evanton closed on 12th Jan 🥲

@PostOffice @TwelveDaisies Oh. No. You got everything about this wrong. Disabilities are not identities, the clue being people can’t identify out of them. No one will have felt better for reading this thread. I mean, you’re still rainbow branding your logo. It’s a poor afterthought. Honestly, delete.

  • glaiketnbaltic Protopian (@glaiketnbaltic) reported

@kinelfire @PostOffice Oh wow. The other woman was lovely, but the awful teller was speaking over her too. She was also being really rude to the younger lad working there as well. Feel bad for the staff. Sorry you had a similar experience.

  • glaiketnbaltic Protopian (@glaiketnbaltic) reported

@PostOffice can you explain why you don’t accept certain debit cards? Have had a horrible experience in your Shawlands branch with a member of staff barking at me that my debit cards aren’t debit cards, I’m disabled and she was rushing me along and being incredibly rude.

  • WillyRose Clive Rose (@WillyRose) reported

@PostOffice Thanks Megan. I was in a restaurant on holiday at the time. Your 24-hour helpline dragged it's heels so I ended up using another card to save embarrassment. If there are known issues with the App it would be helpful if a message was displayed to that effect when the App starts.

  • Lo_a_Rare_Nag An Oral Rage (@Lo_a_Rare_Nag) reported

@PostOffice @TwelveDaisies "identifies as disabled"??? Seriously??? I have Spina Bifida, I use a wheelchair to get around. I DO NOT "identify as" disabled, I AM disabled!!!! WTF is wrong with you?? Ppl can't just ID into the Disability Community. Miss me with this ****.

  • KateJon41196503 Lady Kate the Plate (@KateJon41196503) reported

@GcMummy @PostOffice Woah, that’s definitely not the case & a complete misinterpretation of what Courtney has tried 2explain in numerous tweets! “Not wanted” is a gross exaggeration of what was clearly a v. poor oversight by PO. & by walking with your wallet, it won’t affect those who make decisions!

  • dizzernp The Vicar of Disbrey (@dizzernp) reported

@TomTugendhat @PostOffice Hi Tom. I’m a constituent of yours. If it’s not too much trouble, can you let me know what the deal is with this and how your ‘backing’ has progressed, as there now seems to be no Post Office presence on the high street anymore? Thanks.

  • Llewellyn200 Clare Walkerdine (@Llewellyn200) reported

@PostOffice Dear post office. Is it possible that when I make a complaint regarding service instore, that it’s actually read and you don’t actually just copy and paste a generic response as a reply?? Hugely frustrating- nearly as much as the original problem you’ve caused

  • cfs_jo Jo (@cfs_jo) reported

@PhoebsBo @TheBodyShopUK @PostOffice If you didn’t order it, surely it’s up to BodyShop to make arrangements to collect it? Do you have a local agent maybe living nearby who could help? There’s half a dozen in my village.

  • gratefulwolf grateful wolf (@gratefulwolf) reported

@PostOffice O and 0 on your receipts (tracking codes) almost indistinguishable in that typeface - parcelforce told you - nobody uses O (letter) and 0 (numeral) together in codes and if they do the 0 is struck through diagonally… this is also an accessibility issue
