@PostOffice I am trying to find a phone number to get in touch to save massive travel but it looks like all human contact has been removed. First they will come for you branches, then they remove phone lines. When there is no one left to hear you the service will go too!

@Chalkybear57 So you all rember the amazon saga when amazon tried to deliver every day to a defunct delivery box? Well i changed delivery to postoffice & am still getting a message to say "we met a problem". Its a puzzle board for grannys xmas cos i got her a jigsaw. They better deliver it

@PostOffice the quality and reliability of service is appalling. We reside is Old Glossop, Derbyshire, and have not had a delivery since last Saturday. What on earth is going on??

Many more packages were updated with similar false status and never gets delivered, i have personally complaint to that postoffice but they never deliver. And force people to collect it from post office themselves. @pmglucknow

@PostOffice what is happening to the daily delivery service!! Posted christmas cards and they are taking over a week to arrive. Lots of people are telling me the same. Cost of stamps keep going up but the service keeps going down.

Hey @PostOffice for the second time recently, you delivered foreign currency which must be signed for. Your postman signed my name himself - passing off - illegal. I was at home. No attempt to knock on the door at all. Dreadful service. Same fake signature too so same postman.

@PostOffice Hi there, do you know why London Broadway Post Office branch in Victoria no longer has operational self service machines please? Last week I took a ticket with 19 customers in front of me yet initially only one counter working? Today more staff but 20 so had to leave.
