@DVLAgovuk I'm beyond confused! Two weeks ago I took my renewal form to @PostOffice and paid for the check and send service: there was no form, they took my photo, I now have my licence. I just want to know why this facility isn't available in Nuneaton. Please answer this question someone.

  • anjiMD TheRealAngelinaDavey (@anjiMD) reported

@PostOffice I'm very annoyed because it was a gift and she made me fill out the form. I'd like to make a complaint

  • anjiMD TheRealAngelinaDavey (@anjiMD) reported

@PostOffice So I'm guessing that this is not correct. The staff member insisted with me. The branch is Whsmith in Crawley. An absolute nightmare staff under trained and no customer service

  • Ffordian Scott 🇪🇺🌹 (@Ffordian) reported

@PostOffice branches in Hayes and Uxbridge have long queues and few staff. Self service machines not working in Hayes, and Uxbridge there is no one to help in using them.

  • CWUPostmasters CWU Postmasters (@CWUPostmasters) reported

@nickwallis @CWUnews @NFSP_UK I suspect @NFSP_UK’s directors, & past & present officials, haven’t been attending any of the High Court hearings either to support and buy the coffees for the Spmrs they deserted rather than fight their case against @PostOffice. #postofficetrial

  • chrish9070 Christopher Head (@chrish9070) reported

@CWUPostmasters @PostOfficeNews @Jusmasel2015 @PostOffice Current CEO is also terrible. Boring, zero enthusiasm. Post Office is a place for those who enjoy slash and burn tactics. No forward thinking skills. They need entrepreneurs with a vision for the future with SPMR pay on a sustainable living

  • CWUPostmasters CWU Postmasters (@CWUPostmasters) reported

@chrish9070 @MarkWildblood @CWUnews Yet this organisation of just 16 members refuses to seek any betterment of the T&C’s Spmrs work under. It supports @PostOffice in the #postofficetrial rather than its members who it deserted in their hour of need and the EC sold out the network to NT in exchange for POL funding.

  • CWUPostmasters CWU Postmasters (@CWUPostmasters) reported

@nickwallis The @NFSP_UK cannot represent SPMRS in any way as it does not hold the necessary certification or Collective Bargaining Agreement. Being a Membership Association that’s fully funded by @PostOffice it can never be in the required position. #misrepresentation #falseclaims

  • km1423 Kris Micheals (@km1423) reported

@PostOffice Take survival supplies if visiting the Branch in WH Smith Peterborough, on a good day could you wait 50 mins to be served by 1 cashier, and no other staff or machines to help. Day in day out. No change in over 2 months

  • Christi74222782 Christine Woodward (@Christi74222782) reported

@PostOffice I had one of these at my local PO at the time. I never was allowed just to come in and drop the parcels off without queuing up first.
