    @santanderuk my online access has been blocked. I am calling to unblock but busy line. How am i suppose to unblock? This is annoying. Blocked again within 1 month when transferring money

    @santanderuk Why is your website so unreliable? My 82 yo mother is at her wits end trying to access her accounts. After the usual overcomplicated rigmarole logging in, she has now been locked out of her accounts & has spent 20 minutes so far in a phone queue trying to sort it!

    @santanderuk how you gonna "phase out" so many from accessing they're mobile banking because they don't have the latest phone/device? Absolute joke of a bank with constant problems. Am getting a new bank account 👋phones no even 5 years old

    Absolutely dreadful service from @santanderuk. I have been trying to contact their fraud department for getting into two hours now with no success. 👎👎👎👎

    @santanderuk I'm trying to do some online banking but after logging in it sends me back to the login page. If I do get in, as soon as I perform an action I get kicked back to the login page. Help!
