But the weird part of this Santander issue is this glitch has only been occurring for 12 months. I have had this account for 22 years!

I was told I'd get a two letters for my log in details in 7 days which I still haven't received. I was told I would get a ยฃ200 evoucher for doing this. Now you've ended this offer

Dana (@Danaoioioi) reported@santanderuk @TSB Don't switch to Santander!!!! My switch has been 'completed' and I'm left unable to log onto mobile banking to access my money. They say I have to go into a branch to sort it out!! Fuming.

Alan (@metalheed) reported@santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account
