@santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

@StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have received an email from Santander regarding fraud activity on a previous card. However, I closed my account with santander in Nov.2022. Helplines ask for a 5 digit number which I no longer remember as I no longer use the account. Please help

Hi @Airbnb_uk something up with you payment process with @santanderuk and/or @MastercardUK I get the payment verification in my Santander app but by that time your website has already said the payment has failed without showing the standard pop up. Worked fine with Visa CC.

@santanderuk finding it impossible to get any kinda of mortgage advice from you. Phoned 3 different phone numbers and turns out you can't get mortgage appointment in store and it has to be all done online? It's a mortgage! Why on earth can I not interact with a human being???

I got to work today and immediately received a message about fraudulent activity on my account. Not the way I wanted to spend my PPA, but thanks to @santanderuk for being so quick to help me out. Bit shaken as they were trying to rob me of thousands.

How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!

@bancosantander @santanderuk what kind of bloody service are you running. My daughter has a savings account with over 10k in it; a current account and a credit card is never o redrawn and today you give her notice that you are closing it?? Why??? She is IDEAL customer
