    @santanderuk This is more than frustration. I had ONE text asking me to confirm my details were correct, I went on the app, my details are correct, there was NOTHING to confirm & NO warning that you’d block my account & prevent me from getting MY money.

I currently have a six figure sum in a savings account with Santander & need to know that this won't happen to me?

    @wideawake_media I had issues with Royal Bank of Scotland so I moved my account. Banks are generally crap. Obviously @santanderuk are a sh!t bank with poor customer services
