    @santanderuk so disappointed that the help people can’t actually help, no calls, no support, no customer duty - this should serve as a warning to anyone thinking @bancosantander can operate a banking licence - they can’t

    @santanderuk I have zero faith or trust that anyone will be in contact, I suspect I’ll be proven right - for 2 days you’ve blocked all my banking access so that you can do extra checks for a low value payment and not told be what’s going on - appalling service

    The Santander facility for paying in a cheque is terrible. When I use Halifax, it works first time. Sort it out, @santanderuk.

    @santanderuk 45 minutes wait - so far - on your fraud line. Employ some staff will you. This is an abysmal level of 'service'.

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Customer service is a thing of the past. It's all apps and bots. It's like banging your head against a brick wall.

    Does this happen with everyone's bank where they want you to submit documents on your address and all this other ****? I try send money to people and it says failed then accepts the 2nd time round but I can't see the money out my account. These banks are ****. @santanderuk

    @santanderuk I've now rang 3 times. I ended the call the 1st time and went to the app as directed. It was no help. Have called back twice now & the call has been terminated by Santander on both occasions before anyone even spoke to me 🤬

    @sharrond62 I just had to tussle with @santanderuk when my 74 year cousin had huge problems downloading their app. After hours and hours of trying and battling AI for him, he was told to go to branch (50mile roundtrip)😬eventually got £200 compensation but I still had to take him 🤬🤬🤬
