@StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

Worst .@santanderuk call handler ever took 25 minutes over a 5 minute query and at one point I had to keep repeating 8th March back to him and he couldn't see why I had a problem with a deposit into our accout on that date.

25 years of banking with HSBC without a single issue. I've been with @santanderuk 3 weeks and for the past week now I haven't been able to access a single penny from my account. Amazing service that. Thank you. It seriously takes you a week to reset an account?

@Banico @BTC_Archive I had same issue w @santanderuk . Are you talking about Santander UK? I complained heartily and they told me I can lick their boot or take it to the ombudsman.

@santanderuk online booking is so frustrating. Does anyone suffer same problem with santander. Cannot pay any large amounts online and can't even set up a standing order online... poor old fashioned set up!

@OctopusEnergy You have no problem taking a monthly direct debit from @santanderuk but have security concerns about putting it back? Given these security concerns, should I cancel my direct debut to be extra safe?
