@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

@santanderukhelp As I say, I will be taking it further once I have the transcript to the call. You obviously treat a lot of customers poorly with your low customer service rating. @santanderuk need to do better, much better.

Anyone get this company called Stripe processing payments when paying for subscriptions like Spotify and Netflix? As they have an old number of mine they're sending codes too. An it's impossible to speak with them, asked my bank @santanderuk an they've told me to contact Stripe

@santanderuk my daughter has had fraud on her card, over 1hr on the phone and still not resolved. Fraud should be quicker to report - help us to help you. Totally absurd

So @santanderuk chat service can’t get in contact with any branch. At all apparently. To solve my issue all I need is that branch to call me. I can’t get there during opening times and they have no contact number. Mind you they could have called like they said they would

@santanderuk @MartinSLewis 9 working days since requesting payment for funeral flowers and it's still not done. Been told it could be another 5 working days. Also, Complaints team can take 3 working days to contact me. Appalling customer service. Why?
