    Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

    **** @santanderuk , been a customer for over 6 years no problems till the last few months, involved in a scam but they cant/wont do nothing about it and now there showing fake balances, poor customer services that treat u like **** on the phone , BANK ESLEWHERE.

    @santanderukbiz @santanderuk I’ve been trying to access money in my business account (Ref J1745778/MG) for a month. Account made dormant after I got perm job...sent all paperwork to reopen and no response. Pls help - you are preventing me accessing to my money.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk They promised that the payments would go down, not up. So they lied. I feel duped, and yes I have called & they said it could take up to 8 weeks to sort a complaint. I really don't believe that. You've caused me major mental distress. I need this sorting NOW

    @santanderuk Is this going to be every bank holiday now? My balance actually went up last Saturday only to be taken away on Sunday leaving me in arrears. Go back to Visa, these MasterCard's are terrible

    @santanderuk son's card was blocked as 36p overdrawn. You didn't tell us there was a block on the card. He's refused travel on public transport. A safeguarding issue. Complaints Dept. tell me it's an automated procedure. Much like your Complaints Dept. then...no humanity at all.
