Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

Why have you frozen business accounts with ZERO warning? You have already admitted you have made 3 mistakes and yet STILL refuse to release th funds and open the accounts. I am trying to close the accounts and cannot as you will not allow it. Meanwhile I cannot access a penny. Disgrace.

Rose (@RoseUKvalues) reported@santanderuk @TSB Santander customer services is atrocious. The hassle we had opening an account for my 15 year old was wild. Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...

Will be moving all my accounts.
