Sort it out @santanderuk since you changed from Visa to Mastercard, it’s been nothing but issues. My account isn’t working today. Good job this isn’t my main account and I have a couple of current accounts with other banks. As soon as my savings interestrate runs out I’m leaving!

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

@santanderuk You've been emailing & writing about a minor issue that I believe you have caused on one of my accounts. Because you no longer seem to allow your customers to respond to your emails I have no way to do so. I will not call you for security reasons. So we're stuck!

@santanderuk extremely dissatisfied with your service, requested replacement debit card on 9th May! As lost ours…. Still waiting… spoken to ‘help’ desk twice who suggested we order it again! & start the process off again! Think it’s time to move mortgage etc somewhere else

@eBay paid a deposit for a van , was fake !! How does ebay allow this to happen? Lost 2k of my money , apparently had a fake @santanderuk bank account how does this happen , @HalifaxBank no help what so ever . Please be careful 🙏
