...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost £10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

I was on hold for another hour after that only to be told again that it is being dealt with in a back office. Once again abysmal customer service from @santanderuk. My credit card disappears from online banking. I ask why - turns out security team want to talk to me about transactions. No notification, and I have to call myself and wait 40+ minutes on hold to resolve. Beyond useless.
