@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Good to see @santanderuk sharing the Festive Spirit. 0800 Customer Service (there's a clue!) now voicemail advising re-dial 0900 number (premium rate) Pensioners now getting charged £'s in ignorance. Feliz Navidad

@santanderuk any known issues? I used my card fine a few hours ago and now Amazon saying there’s an issue with my bank and they can’t fulfil my order. I’ve checked my account and all@is as it should be.

@santanderuk How about your Finchley Central branch update their website to show its customers the correct opening times. My mother is now standing in the street waiting and when she asked a member of staff about this she was called rude. Disgraceful service frankly.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp You have blocked my online account for no reason and the ONLY way you'll let me fix that is via a 70 MINUTE phone queue. Disgusting service. Get enough staff. I need to pay for things - it's Christmas.

@santanderuk covid seems to be an excuse not to offer customer service.. tried calling your customer service number several times this month- absolutely useless- 40 minutes waiting in a queue.. never been answered!

@santanderuk hi , I have previously withdrawn from Santander to Coinbase and I’m wandering since all this trouble with the fca etc , would I have any issues withdrawing money from Coinbase to Santander account?
