  @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

  @santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

  @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

  @santanderuk @TSB You are a throughly incompetent and cheap institution. You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy 👎

  @Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made.   @santanderuk @TSB Santander makes billions profit a year despite driving UK services down. They say they are charging 120 GBP a year for forever free accounts bcoz of Labour's regulations. You can stp them by writing to Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.
