You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Im about to walk! Crazy service.

Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

Did this man pass security? I currently have a six figure sum in a savings account with Santander & need to know that this won't happen to me?
