If you try to buy something online, send money from savings to current account, answer questions and say you have not seen the item in person, they lock the account. When I give my bank details to a client, they get the ‘we don’t recognise this account’. Even when it’s a Santander to Santander transfer! This issue has been going on for at least 1 year 👎

Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
