    ...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost Β£10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

    Customer service helplines havent improved in 2022, 35 minutes on hold so far - I do have opther things to do. Employ more staff please. Todays its @santanderuk 😠 tomorow some other company, they dont care.

    @CStewart_CS @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I work in financial services and it's not uncommon to be on hold for over an hour. Our staff wear headsets so they can carry on working while waiting for the phone to get answered or we'd lose hours of the day. Theyll blame covid but it's been poor for a lot longer!

    @santanderuk absolutely shocking service, no branches left, hours on hold (yes I know there is a pandemic but other banks have moved on) and the online 'Chat-Bot' is useless. Please go elsewhere and find yourself a modern bank in the 21st century, catch up you useless lot!
