If you try to buy something online, send money from savings to current account, answer questions and say you have not seen the item in person, they lock the account. Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...
