    @santanderuk insisting @CooperativeBank need to provide ARN numbers so they can trace/refund payment, @CooperativeBank saying they don't have access to ARN numbers and can only provide Auth Codes

    Hi @CooperativeBank @santanderuk spent 7 hours on the phone to you both today trying to sort out the fact that my credit card payment (from coop account to Santander credit card) went through 4x instead of 1, inspite of Santander site saying it hadn't gone through

    @lilypartington_ @santanderukhelp Well it's definitely not a BACS issue, wages went in fine with Barclays. Again @santanderuk failing their customers on a day where people need their money
