I feel for you, please contact their CEOs, look to see if you have any legal cover with insurance and contact Financial Ombudsman once you have the written info. Two companies I will never use. x

There are also staff who don't give a damn about customers and just want hit their targets and get to the end of their shift with as little hassle as possible.

It was only dealt with by Cus service in my local branch...blase did'nt even come into it!! Stay safe.
