    @santanderuk I closed my student account with you end Jul21. Subsequent 3 x National Lottery wins have been notified to me, with payments sent to you I understand. 11Aug 8.10, 14Aug 12.90, 18Aug 3.20. I have spoken to National Lottery. These payments haven't been returned. Help!

    Memo to @santanderuk - instead of paying millions to Ant and Dec to appear in your TV ads, why not invest in some more customer service staff and keep your current customers happy?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp @santanderukbiz Thanks for not embracing technology and creating a system where I can’t do anything with my money. I’m working offshore and have no cell signal so can’t receive OTP. Move out of the dark ages and use Authenticator or something else.

    @santanderuk Trying to solve an urgent problem and your web site chat is useless, no way to speak to anyone central or at branch, appalling service! People need to be able to speak to humans all issues don’t fit into an AI algorithm. Can someone DM with a contact number thanks.

    @santanderuk Why do your bank mangers constantly promise they will call you as a priority the next day to solve an issue that has been going on for over 2 years, and never do. So pi@@ed off with your treatment of your customers

    @santanderuk would be good if you used surveyors who knew what they're doing. Can't really use the reason 'lack of comparables' for a down valuation when when there are comparables available 🤔
