elaine murphy (@ellie_may15) reported@santanderuk tried to get through to mortgage dept 4 times today.. kept on hold for a total of 1 hour 43 mins between the 4 calls as had to put phone down as have work to do!! Is there actually anyone there in the mortgage dept ?? Can someone please call me???
