I paid £100 into external cashpoint Santander years ago-money vanished (presume an inside pocket job).Eventually got £ refunded due to having kept the receipt!!! That is no evidence

Virgin security has let her down and then Santanderuk has been irresponsible, negligent and totally disinterested to help this lady. Her life is now just about recovering her lost money! Appalling

This is truly awful and such appalling service from Santander and Virgin Active. Both organisations need to do the right thing and provide the customer service you desperately need to resolve this horrid situation.

Always spread your money over several accounts. The more the better. Have a stand alone bank account for daily spending, that you can top up.

As for @VirginActiveUK it wouldn’t surprise me that police will investigate why security wasn’t working that day. I’ll make sure to never be involved with both these companies. Bad service.
