    @santanderuk You have deactivated my credit card (brand new not used yet) locked m out of my account, by doing so stranded me abroad and the only thing you can do is send stuff out in the post to a country I'm not in WTF!!!!!

    @santanderuk While I appreciate the efforts to protect my account from potential fraud by blocking access to my mobile banking. I don't appreciate phoning persistently for two full days now and not yet being able to speak to anyone to unblock my account! I need this resolved

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp we are a grassroots football team in Coatbridge and desperately trying to open a bank account & been declined because our constitution. You won’t tell us what the issue is with the constitution. This constitution has been approved by @ScottishFA!
