@timex Though @santanderuk, this could be your problem too. I am finding quite a few merchants online don't accept my Mastercard debit card. This is unacceptable, I think I have to change banks.

@cymboi @santanderuk Spoke to them yesterday about this, asked why no warning, they said everyone got a text/ email,. Really! Virtually impossible to do online banking on a 4” phone Santander. I’ll await my new phone.

@abbdesmond @santanderuk Try a broker. We go no where going direct to Santander but a broker had it all sorted ASAP. No joke. Banks are awful at a customer service
