    @santanderuk 7 miles to Corporation Street branch - neither ATMs accepting deposits - 7 miles home - waste of time. Rubbish service as per normal.

    ...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost ยฃ10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

    CANT BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE OF #SANTANDER BANK @santanderuk MADE A SMALL ERROR, AFTER MANY MONTHS THEY FIX IT AND OFFER COMPENSATION YET 6 MONTH AND MANY REMINDERS LATER THEY FAIL TO PAY THEN IGNORE ME. THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY.

    @santanderuk Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have to be chasing my own money, endless calls, emails and last resort is reaching out here. All I keep being told is to constantly email, and I never get a reply. Itโ€™s been 2 weeks and being given the run around

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander today restricted my account, they have bullied me , put huge stress and pressure on me, and they with no doubt have broken FCA rules , it's utterly disgusting that a bank can do this to someone who had been with the bank 15 years plus. @TheFCA
