1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

@santanderuk fix your app so that it’s possible to do all things cc related in it: update direct debit etc. Also I should be able to adjust my own direct debit date. I shouldn’t hate to call you to do that.

@santanderuk disgusted that my account is blocked and never informed yet had a call Boxing Day morning asking questions on my account which I answered . Stranded in a hotel to pay and couldn’t get petrol to get home and had to ring a someone for help . And still account blocked !

I’m waiting for a call from your complaints department @santanderuk - now 5 working days. Trying to resolve an issue over the last 3 months to no avail. Such poor customer service. Can you give them a nudge?
