You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

colin (@cogitator99) reportedHas anybody tried to phone @santanderuk Fraud. 3 times I called, and the line shut down after ringing for 20 to 30 minutes. When I got through several days later I was told the 3 people who told me new card was on the way or blocked were wrong, and the old card was still active.
