@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

@santanderuk Recently switched to Santander from Nationwide< what a mistake that was. Incompetent complaints department and promised by branch manager to deal with a problem who has done nothing. Need to switch back pronto to a proper bank.

@santanderuk If it was the customer having problems with their account, & we said to Santander that we were sorry and "working hard to fix the issue", that wouldn't cut it, we would be charged.🤬But if it's the other way round...!🤬

@santanderuk Have been trying to access my account online since this .owning Still not able to. When will this be resolved? I received a (scam?) Call this morning telling me of 2 attempts to access my account through Amazon amounting to 4 figure sums. Help please

@santanderuk Sort this crap out. I’ve got two disabled children that I have to pay for one I have to get to school in a taxi everyday you’ve made bloody impossible today. She’s had to get the bus and you’ve triggered her anxiety. Thanks a lot!
