    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    Unbelievable that @santanderuk App still doesn't have cheque scan like "all" other banking apps. They've closed all my local branches - so how? btw website gives instructions how to do it..I assume in Spain. Is this a dying bank in UK?

    @ellieC_williams @santanderuk Spoke to the Railcard peeps. Their site is going through an upgrade so apparently some people are having issues. They advised calling to set up. I'm going to give them a call on Monday

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - my son is penalised as an existing customer and unable to switch this online to a student account. As a non-customer he could apply on line. No in-branch appointments for 3 weeks - after his loan payment is due. Poor service.

    Hello again @santanderuk. After spending more than an hour on hold last week I was provided some details to pay into a mortgage account that don’t work with bacs transfers. Do I need to repeat the whole process again, or can someone get in touch with me to correct the error?

    @1CathyMcKeown @santanderuk I read today that the lady has received an apology from Santander and they will cover the loss plus £750 compensation. It makes me wonder though what would have happened if it was someone that didn't access Twitter or have media connections.

    @MorganBroadcast Well done on keeping at this and not letting Santander fob you off, but it sucks that you had to go through all of that stress and worry. As a @santanderuk /Abbey customer for almost all my life, I've decided to remove my savings and switch current account. I hope many do
