You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Im about to walk! Crazy service.

Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

"Oh just ignore that, the system sends letter it's not supposed to. It's a known bug". Well ******* fix it then! Piss poor and a very poor advert for yourselves

You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.
