  @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Modern banking somehow manages to make you feel both over monitored and completely unsupported at the same time. Blocking important payments while removing basic human service is the exact kind of thing that drives people mad. @hnjsamuels

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp They are receiving help from us as a Debt Advice Charity - we have the Authorisation etc - we just need to send you information electronically like we do with other banks like HSBC who have an email companies like Cabot or Lowell...
