  @santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

  @santanderuk why are you asking me for my passport, employer details and money paid in from my employer and threatening to stop my bank app from working. If for one second my app doesn't work how it should I will close my account. You know all of the information already

  @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I went to Santander high street branch and the customer service person said the only proof of ID accepted is passport or driving licence. Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts
