    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

    i have no idea how anyone gets any answers that are helpful from banks especially @santanderuk - must be the most infuriating customer support I have ever found. If you are elderly or need some additional support good luck! Its impossible with @santanderuk

    Big shout-out to @santanderuk for being the worst customer support department on the planet. 2 months waiting for a credit card application and get told I'm ineligible after 6 other people from the same department telling me I'm eligible and it's on the way. Avoid at all costs

    @santanderuk has anyone at Santander actually tried calling the call centre? On hold music volume 15 then you talk to someone who is on volume 8 then puts you on hold music at 15 again!! Please help save your customers hearing.
