@santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

Been on the phone holding from my friend’s phone who walked over middle of the night to help me make this call. Going on for over 4 hours so far!

@santanderuk absolutely disgusting customer service. No loyalty no compassion. Nursing a relative until they passed and unable to make a payment until I had signal outside the hospital and would rather charge me £12 than understand. 15years of loyalty! You should be embarrassed!
