@PeteTaxMiller @santanderuk Tried to open a business bank account with them in December (we already have one for the tax business), and were given the complete run around. The service was so poor, I suspect they’ve no interest in opening new business accounts.

@santanderuk I cannot believe how long it has taken to sort out a minor problem. Been going back and forth since January 19 and still not sorted with conflicting information and repetitive information. This is causing nothing but stress. Santander sort it out it’s a joke.

If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible
