@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk I have been with Girobank/Alliance & Leicester/Santander for more years than I care to remember, using Visa without any problems. Santander switches to MasterCard and lo and behold there are problems. I think there is a lesson there.

@financialombuds please advise. Went into @santanderuk to speak to a lady about a problem with an account switch. She cancelled all my cards,now i cannot transfer to @AskNationwide . Second time they have thrown a roadblock. There is a guarantee that account switch takes 7 days
