Im about to walk! Crazy service.

Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

I'm back on the phone waiting. This needs to be fast tracked. You're costing me money and getting me fined and messing up my credit score

Laura odell (@lauraodell13) reported@santanderuk Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have to be chasing my own money, endless calls, emails and last resort is reaching out here. All I keep being told is to constantly email, and I never get a reply. It’s been 2 weeks and being given the run around
