@santanderuk How do i get to contact Mike regnier please , my sons complaint has been handled appallingly from a lost letter that was signed for and didn’t make it to fraud team to lack of communication via letter and then a letter arriving on the 4/8/ 22 dated 17/7 just terrible .

Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderuk I have given my evidence to be photocopied several times as well as emailing it and yet it’s not on the system every time I phone to check the progress of this happening. You have let me down as a customer with 4 promises to get this done being left unfulfilled

Today (day 7) I finally got access to my @santanderuk account again. No notification, apology or anything. Instead a mortgage repayment on the account for an already fully repaid mortgage with them!

Absolutely shocking service from @PostOffice & @santanderuk. You adapt your life to suit the changes the banking industry makes and use the post office to post a cheque into my account. It never arrives (Day 7) I politely ask the post office for advice and get told
