@santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help

Thank you very much @santanderukhelp @santanderuk twice cutting me off when I'm waiting for over 30 minutes to speak to someone! Why are you the only bank so busy you must be the richest bank in the UK! It's a NIGHTMARE ever trying to get any customer help 😭😭😭 Time to switch

Second let down of the day. @SantanderUK I requested a contactless disabled card. Was sent a normal one. As I don't have your app (no smartphone) told (via online chat)I have to go to my local branch. Local Branch closed some months ago! Tried phoning hung up after an hour.

Been with @santanderuk all my life and absolutely APPALLED by the service of one rude staff member at the Hartlepool branch today when dealing with an issue with the cash machines. Will be moving banks now, sick of the terrible level of service received along with the audacity
