    @santanderuk I’m trying to fill in the form for a direct debit and it’s asking for a branch address. My branch in Runcorn closed down so do I put the Warrington address?

    @santanderuk Didn't get so much as a letter or email to tell me my local branch had closed forced to go to NatWest to deposit a cheque. Customer service should of informed customers 🙄

    Question for @santanderuk - do you only offer an online service now? You don't seem to have a phone number on your website and your chat function says it doesn't understand my question, which I put succinctly and clearly. It then directed me to manage my account online.

    @santanderuk hi, I've received mail for the occupants of my house who left in 2014 who have a Santander account. I called the Contact Centre but gave up after v.long wait. Can you help, pls? I can't use the webchat as it's not my account.

    @santanderuk If you take customer security as seriously as you say, we should be able to reach you quickly by phone. I tried all last night and all this morning and you have disabled my card without discussion.

    @santanderuk Absolute garbage cashback. With all my household bills and interest on my savings, I walk away with less than £2 a month after the account fee. That's why I'm switching.
