    @santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account

    @santanderuk UK customer stranded homeless in Hungary after fraud on my account. Iโ€™ve waited 7 days for investigation with no access to money, food or accommodation. Repeated requests for emergency hardship escalation and vulnerable customer support have not been resolved

    Using a UK bank, @santanderuk in my case, I have to click 3 times "Yes, I am sure what I am doing, not, I am not being scammed, just make the fking transaction." This is what happens when government overregulates stuff. UX drops to absolute ****.

    @santanderuk clearly in either a cyber attack or major infrastructure issues! What is it? Your customers NEED to know - especially when one of your junior fraud callers said YES you are undergoing a cyber incident! Want me to post more of the call?

    @santanderuk Itโ€™s not even the lack of advanced notice (which is horrific) itโ€™s the fact that Iโ€™ve apparently not had access to my money since 18th yet nothing has been said to me, nor does the app reflect this. Iโ€™ve called the number & that hasnโ€™t helped. Iโ€™m switching my bank.
