    @santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

    @santanderuk @TSB Whoever looked at the ID couldn't understand maiden name had changed despite marriage certificate being sent nor could they prove my daughter *** infact my child despite several forms of proof. Eventually got an apology for the error but she's closing the account now.

    @santanderuk @TSB I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND ALMOST Ā£100 OF MY MOTHERS MONEY, ON A NEW PHONE, JUST SO THAT WE CAN GET SIGNAL TO GET OUR SHOPPING. SHE HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING, WE WOULD NOT EAT. IM HER FULL TIME CARER WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO USE HER MONEY, AS BENEFITS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!
