    @santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

    @santanderuk Now Sandi has completely gone offline with "technical issues". You could not make it up. 40 minutes on hold and now this.

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.
