    @santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

    @santanderuk Tried twice today 30 mins no answer from the fraud line! Can’t sort this on line, tried the bot no good and an on line agent both no help !!

    @LizKershawDJ @santanderuk Google Opening times (most banks nowadays are closed early on Saturdays; also, does the ATm allow cheques to be deposited...? Some banking apps also allow scanning of cheques... unfortunately physcial banking for good or bad are shutting down due to digitisation.

    @Isitme19 @LizKershawDJ @santanderuk Was actually asked during an application by HSBC for access to look at my account with another bank 😱😱 Obviously fraudsters will be watching this and and aping it Just astonishing ! Told them I shall never ever deal with HSBC again 😡

    @LizKershawDJ @santanderuk Not everybody wants to/is able to bank online nor have access to IT. I have switched my custom to the bank which has retained an open branch in my area.

    @VladPutin1 @LizKershawDJ @santanderuk But I think that's down to the individual bank policy and not the Post Office. Some banks charge a fee for cash deposits others don't
