@santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

@Mike_FT @santanderuk tell them to go to Southport Ormskirk or Chester branches where vulnerable people exempt according to govt rules can be guaranteed to be abused by rude aggressive staff provided: they are white they look inoffensive are not likely to bite back don't ask @santanderukhelp for help

@santanderuk 2/2 Now you tell me my security number is not working, another inefficiency problem on your part, now have to be sent a new one. Why are you so grossly inefficient? Your staff all need retraining as do not all apply the same script.

Wow @santanderuk first impressions are really not impressive for my 13 year old looking to start his current account banking journey.Rejecting his ID when we've followed the advice of your advisors & the email saying so quoting different ID to that provided. Poor service already

@santanderuk everytime I try to call about the fact a new debit card hasn't arrived, it puts me on hold then hangs up on me :( ... I've tried twice and once I get to a certain point it just hangs up... Please help! I have no card! :O

@santanderuk my 15yr old son is trying to open a mini current account online but you keep asking for two forms of ID. He has sent his passport but doesn’t own a driving licence or tax return letter. Please help
