    @santanderukhelp Well it's now over 2 weeks since my card was blocked causing inconvenience and embarrassment & still no contact from @santanderuk nor no paperwork to sign (new card received). Appalling service. Please escalate, again.

    @santanderuk My card was used by a fraudster at edreams to pay for edreamspremium and instead of you trying to resolve the issue you asked me to contact edreams to resolve the issue when your security failed because you should have message me to request to approve the transaction

    @santanderuk When are you going to become a customer friendly bank. You refuse to help online, your website will only offer help if we register for online banking. You close branches.....you forcing people to leave? You discriminate against customers.

    @santanderuk OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE ! Santander has made a huge mess with my daughters ISA. THEY DIDN'T PROCESS the transfer properly. And now my daughter has lost 2 years interest. They can't put me onto a manger to over see the smooth run of the process. Disgusted.
