  Please don’t bank with @santanderuk. They have currently restricted my account so I can’t access my money. They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk Thank you, it’s Carnoustie and Google tells me it’s a Friday, is that right? Also, I can’t take her until June, is that likely to be an issue? I am just wondering if I need to email to let the bank know her account will need to stay locked until then?

  @santanderuk I'm sorry I've tried to do that but I keep being told it's not santanders problem . But for me it is Santander . I opened the account to get an additional payment and I haven't got it because the download didn't work .someone must be able to help
