  @santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

  @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

  @santanderuk An unmoving queue at 3.15pm. No indication of service available. If you can’t serve after a certain time, make it clear, put up a sign. Deal with customers clearly and efficiently instead of wasting their time. Don’t treat people like **** because they’re poor and inarticulate.
