    @santanderuk what kind of customer care do you provide? We can no longer receive paper cheque in post, you have to transfer to online. No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

    Hi @santanderuk @santanderukhelp why is it that since November 2020 anytime I try to make a @Wise transfer you hold it for upto a week ON EVERY SINGLE ONE before November 2020 no issues I am now late for bills and subscriptions every month now. Please don’t say security checks

    @santanderuk do you really only have 1 mortgage adviser in Edinburgh? And now that he is injured, my application is stalled indefinitely as you can't pass to another adviser at another branch? I move in 4 weeks and your staff won't help!

    @Mike_FT @santanderuk tell them to go to Southport Ormskirk or Chester branches where vulnerable people exempt according to govt rules can be guaranteed to be abused by rude aggressive staff provided: they are white they look inoffensive are not likely to bite back don't ask @santanderukhelp for help
