Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

I’ve sent letters but they refuse to even drop the amount and I’m at my wits end. Can you help me please because they seem not to care at all

New complex scam people be aware, don’t give away partners details, DOB, phone number etc. Wife works for NHS in the community was in bed with covid and scammed. We didn’t have much but worried we have lost it all.

My issue is on app/web, when you pay someone it asks if you want to pay now or later. When you set up pay later there's no way to view, amend or delete that payment unless you phone/chat. That's so stupid. @santanderuk
