@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

@InnTooned @TheSplendidFox @santanderuk I really liked my coop account. Sadly, after an online scam incident, they closed my account without warning. Perhaps not so customer friendly, but a very good bank.

@santanderuk @MartinSLewis Just so everyone knows that when you are paid by cheque that it takes 10 working days to even get to your account before it’s cleared next working day. Something Santander forgot to mention if you pay in at a Post Office. Frustrating!

@santanderuk we have been trying to call you since Saturday, Calls are going unanswered and we have been cut off multiple times. We can't deal with the issue online so will be forced to visit a branch. Frustrating & disappointing.

I have used online banking for many years and never needed a mobile phone. Now you have changed something and I cannot access my account. @santanderukhelp UK law demands that you allow equal access regardless of disability. #Santander #DisabilityDiscrimination #SantanderUK
