    @InnTooned @TheSplendidFox @santanderuk I really liked my coop account. Sadly, after an online scam incident, they closed my account without warning. Perhaps not so customer friendly, but a very good bank.

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

    @MartinSLewis @GMB I’m being forced to pay over £2,000 by @santanderuk to exit a mortgage that only has 3 months to run to term. I’ve sent letters but they refuse to even drop the amount and I’m at my wits end. Can you help me please because they seem not to care at all

    @MartinSLewis I’m wondering if you could help me in a situation regarding my mortgage. Please could you follow me and I could go into more details. My lender @santanderuk isn’t being fair on how much they are expecting me to pay if I leave my mortgage for another one

    @santanderuk Waiting for 1 hour on five occasions to try and speak to someone about a matter. Customer service at it’s worst !

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk @TSB I've been into a branch today to try and close my business account. Can't do it in branch. Can't do it online. Make a call and stay on the line for ages. Poor service. How can I do it?

    @Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made. So this is incredibly bad customer service on their end - mental. @Santanderuk - I have an account with you guys: please clarify this.

    Still waiting for @santanderuk to help me with a couple of simple questions I sent them 5days ago. Live chat asks you to leave your questions but never reply Wasted many lunch breaks on hold. They still view me as a nuisance for having the audacity not to know everything

    @santanderuk I opened a cash Isa on 29th April with the plan to transfer an Isa into your account. I was told I'd get a two letters for my log in details in 7 days which I still haven't received. I was told I would get a £200 evoucher for doing this. Now you've ended this offer
