Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

Neesh (@Neesh_bloggs) reported@santanderuk I've had an ongoing issue with credit card payments being refused for over 3 weeks now. I've made 3 phone calls to you in that time and had 3 promises of callback. Not happened. Now been on hold for 40 minutes to try to get through AGAIN. Not impressed

Had phoned at midday but waited 4 ages then put phone down. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER ! Enough of calls may take longer 2 answer & sorry u are having to wait.
