  @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

  @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

  @santanderuk complete waste of time. Went to a banking hub to submit form not available online. queue of 6,then couldn't photocopy anything so need to go to main branch. WTF!! Which is it? make it available online or keep your branches

  Why, when I call @santanderuk do they put me on hold, then repeat every 20 seconds that they appreciate my time, my patience and respect, then take over 35 minutes to answer the phone. Diabolical service!

  @santanderuk what the hell is happening with Cahoot? Just opened an account and it has opened 19 accounts and still going? Had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to close the first 9 down but have now given up. Very stressful and concerned about a scam

  @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.
