@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

Awful treatment from @santanderuk helen my wife is in Roxburgh her cancer spread to her brain so she can’t remember her pin and she lost her phone, so phoned Santander and explained and wanted to add new number, 50min on the phone explained that things not great.

Disgusted that Santander would not take responsibility when they lose a deposit of cheques. They definitely do not support small businesses like they say they do. @santanderuk @santanderukhelp
