    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    Is anyone else having trouble with @Tesco accepting @santanderuk payments? A couple of times contactless refused, but worked on chipnpin. Now an online order delivery not turned up because @Tesco claim the bank have declined the card....but its working everywhere else!

    @santanderuk Was on hold just now for twenty minutes, heard the dial tone for a few times, then the connection was broken at your end. Don't want to wait again for the same thing to happen. Suggestions, please?

    @santanderuk What is going on? Everyones Card is Declining everywhere in shops, Nobody working in Customer Service, currently on hold for an hour trying to speak to someone, my card is suspended, absolute joke. I will definitely change banks after this, embarrassing.
