    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isnโ€™t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderukhelp 1/4 Hey @santanderuk , I have banked with you for over 25 years. If I remember right I have never defaulted on any loans, mortgage or DDs โ€ฆ..Ever! In 2022 you you blocked access twice for absolutely no reason at all, causing me many issues.

    @HalifaxBank if itโ€™s not sorted out asap I will switch to @santanderuk instead. Especially when this is not the first time that your system crashes and Iโ€™m not able to get access to my account or money

    @santanderuk thank you for NOT giving me the ยฃ175 bank switch money that I signed up for. 2 customer service agents, one in December and one 2 weeks ago said everything was in place & confirmed money would be in my account. Now you say I'm not entitled to it. Appalling

    @santanderuk @MartinSLewis I've now been offered ยฃ100 compensation for the error of the 2 workers who agreed everything was fine for ยฃ175 switch. How is that ever correct or fair to me the customer? @MartinSLewis the link on your site worked so why is this not being honoured?

    @santanderuk your customer service is shambolic. I have a new debit card I cannot use and cannot get through to anyone. I literally cannot buy anything as your banks are also shut.

    @santanderuk do your online customer service people have to handle more than 1 chat at a time? I'm just wondering why I keep having to wait 7 or 8 minutes to get a response with no idea if they've gone off to make a cup of tea or are still there?
