@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@laurrenb1686 @BethMaxwell01 @santanderuk I’m a delivery driver and I broke down and lady said I had baby milk on van and she had none similar situation to u. I have a big issue with this as a parent I would never let it get to ur dependent on money being paid on a certain day. Buy some before u need it simple

@santanderuk I urgently need to stop a large payment due to leave my account tomorrow as I've just been notified of a change of bank details for the recipient. Is there any telephone support available to stop this tonight (with online account servicing being down). Thanks.
