Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

Adam Hall (@adamhall1989) reported@santanderuk Morning, I've been having issues going through the Loan forms. Once I get to the OTP part I input what gets sent to me and then the page just stops and has some sort of error, I then go back and enter the code again and it says it's wrong.

They should have done the right thing straightaway for you and for all customers who face this issue. It makes me angry and nervous as another customer.
