Edward Terry (@iamedterry) reported@santanderuk I think you should review that. When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you they’re multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.

Gary McEwan (@GaryMcEwan72) reported@mturner1961 @santanderuk My 94 year old grandmother got the exact same thing. She no longer had a driving licence or passport so ultimately had to switch because Santander had restricted access. And she had the account for years and never had she been asked for this.

Laura odell (@lauraodell13) reported@santanderuk Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have to be chasing my own money, endless calls, emails and last resort is reaching out here. All I keep being told is to constantly email, and I never get a reply. It’s been 2 weeks and being given the run around
-
Edward Terry (@iamedterry) reported@santanderuk As a systems and process specialist I can see there’s a deeper issue that needs addressing. And removing telephone support was not a smart move either. Why are you making it so hard to get support? Do you want to lose customers? It wouldn’t surprise me if you are.

Egg Box (@EggBoxOfTricks) reported@IsntWorkingPod @HeadWarriorTWM @santanderuk D, obvs! Plus terrible optics given the current situation, which although totally unrelated is so jarring with his frivolous & mocking-like tone.

Nick (@petch_nic) reported@santanderuk The first time I gave up after 90 minutes, this time it’s been almost 3 hours. What is the problem?
