How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

@MrsMummypennyUK @santanderuk They then spent an hour explaining mortgages, the different options, why they couldn’t help, what could be done to improve what could be borrowed, how to reduce the monthly payment, how overpayments work and finally, they wished good luck on the house search. A massive help :)

@santanderuk been sat in the branch for over 20 minutes waiting to get to speak to someone, noone has appeared or even explained why I'm still waiting after the advised 5 minutes I was initially told, taken time out of my lunch from work for poor service

Shambles @santanderukhelp rang twice waited 20 minutes each time for the phone to be put down on me. Finally get through adviser says they are looking into issue wait 20 mins on hold then phone gets put down on me again….disgraceful customer service @santanderuk

@santanderuk attempt number 3: 18 mins and no one even answering now. Meanwhile some scum is truing their best to steal my money and cant even block them via the app as that function is currently disabled. Extremely disappointing service!
