    How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

    @santanderuk I appreciate that the pandemic has caused enormous pressure on call centres but over the past 2 years I have not encountered such a bad service. Thinking of changing our business account

    @santanderuk extremely dissatisfied with your service, requested replacement debit card on 9th May! As lost ours…. Still waiting… spoken to ‘help’ desk twice who suggested we order it again! & start the process off again! Think it’s time to move mortgage etc somewhere else

    **** you @santanderuk Lead me on for weeks, telling me my mortgage application looks fine, only to reject me and not tell me why. You can kiss my £25,000+ in savings and current accounts GOODBYE.

    @santanderuk You've been emailing & writing about a minor issue that I believe you have caused on one of my accounts. Because you no longer seem to allow your customers to respond to your emails I have no way to do so. I will not call you for security reasons. So we're stuck!

    @santanderuk I just spent the last half an hour on the phone - 1st time I called it got cut off after waiting. Then 2nd time waited - customer service picked up and the phone cut off!

    @santanderuk Hi, still having issues this morning, not able to access app or Online banking through laptop, on app it shows “ Oopps something went wrong try again” I have tried deleting app but no difference.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Congrats. You’ve suspended my PoA access to my aged mum and mum in law accounts and because I could only provide details of just one transaction I fail security and need to ring again tomorrow WHEN I STILL WONT KNOW DETAILS OF TXNS.
