    Yeah, don't ever bank with @santanderuk. Been on hold for an aggregate of four hours over three calls, hung up on and prank called twice and told "an agent tried calling me but couldn't reach you." Some customer service right there 🤌🏻

    @santanderuk I was on hold for 55 minutes yesterday, and passed to 3 different staff members. I couldn't care less where you are attend - get your priorities in order and sort your **** out.

    @leotanczt @santanderuk I'm so sorry to see that! They're so BAD. I had the same issue with a premier account. I couldn't access my account for 72h. But they gave me £75 afterwards, and I closed all my accounts. So yay? (nah)

    Hi @santanderuk @bancosantander after 4.5 hours I still have been unable to get through to your security team to get the block removed from my account. Its now 3 am local time and I feel physically ill from this process.
