How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

@santanderuk is quite possibly the hardest app to log into! Customer number... pin number, pass number.... we text you a number...locked my self out in the end. I'm all for security but it should take an hour just to log in #annoyedcustomer

@santanderuk trying to use your legal team Solex to remortgage might just be the thing that ends me. Why are they so bad? I work alongside solicitors every day and have never come across service so terrible. My IFA groaned when they were appointed, I thought he was joking 🙃

@santanderuk 2 months after being a victim of fraud you have still not given my wife or I access to banking other than having to go to brand with our passports and calling security from a branch. You won't let me close my account either. Why isn't this sorted out. 2 whole months!
