    How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

    I am beyond exasperated with @santanderuk 😡😡 just how long does it take to return a POA? If you’ve lost it TELL ME!! Then you can pay for a new one! It’s desperately needed to sort other financial matters for my 88 year old mum! AWFUL customer service 😡😡

    @santanderuk I’ve tried 4 different branches to get an appointment for my daughter to switch her current account to a student account and there’s nothing available for months. Really disappointed with this poor customer service. If she was a new customer there’d be no issue 😡

    Really fed worth @santanderuk @santanderukhelp had a cheque sent from Canade to pay in, branch very unhelpful, website hopeless, had to post it ourselves as branch couldn’t/wouldn’t help, although delivered next day took 10 days to even start progressing.

    @MetroBank_Help @santanderuk We have tried this! Our company is Phillips group, my husband will have to let every member of staff go this Friday if he can not access money to pay wages. The mental stress this is causing is unreal.

    The particular problem my friend has is that they've paid the wrong account — an existing payee. Because… @santanderuk truncate payee account names so they now have three identical names, with different accounts, in their payees.

    @carolinefiennes @santanderuk @fletcherr I do for outgoing but haven’t used it for incoming payments. Just absolutely staggered by how bad the service from Santander has been. They are sat on a non-trivial amount of money with seemingly no way to access it…
