Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as I’ve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.

Steve Scrase (@StevenScrase) reported@DrChrisParry @santanderuk I left them over a year ago now and joined NationWide. Santander are a joke and their staff become derogatory even when you point their errors out or even if you need the slightest bit of help.
