How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

Hi @santanderuk, I joined you recently yet you have frozen my internet banking when I tried to transfer money for no apparent reason and I have now had to be on hold on the phone for over an hour. Shocking customer service!

Every single week, without fail, there is an issue with @TfL @santanderuk cycle hire app. Can I please have a key for my annual membership or fix the bloody app?!
