    How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

    @santanderuk I appreciate that the pandemic has caused enormous pressure on call centres but over the past 2 years I have not encountered such a bad service. Thinking of changing our business account

    @santanderuk are there any plans to add boosts to the Santander app or even a separate boost app. Everytime I try and log onto boosts on the website it tells me my session has just expired even though I have just logged on

    @santanderuk usual shambles in the Doncaster branch. Huge queue of people needing the counter, only 2 staff there. At least 5 floor walkers asking if anyone not need the counter. Get behind the till and sort your poor service out numpties

    So @santanderuk - now waiting on phone for 18 minutes so far to flag my issue again - which you haven't filed and once again I haven't received a call that was promised. Your #customerservice is rubbish #fail So busy paying Ant & Dec that you've forgotten about your customers! 😡

    Just tried registering for online banking @santanderuk. Not only would the website not let me but the helpline it told me to phone is no longer in use and when I eventually got through to a human he put the phone down on me! Thinking of closing my accounts now.

    Amazing how @santanderuk are so quick to put up interest rates on my mortgage. But extremely slow to put up interest on my bank account. Quick to make the mortgage go up to %4.5 but slow to make bank acct %2. Mmm why isn’t my bank acct rate %4.5 ? Robbing bastards

    @santanderuk they way you interact with clients can have a long term effect, my mortage runs out in 2 years and I won't be renewing with you. I will wait a few years to change my bank account too as too many swaps is bad for my credit rating. Be mindful of service.

    @santanderuk After 9 days & 4 hrs speaking to 10 different people,some un-contactable anlst in back office security unlocked my a/c tks.No-one contacted me. Quiet non proactive cust service isn’t the way.Pls look at @Octopus @g__j as a shining light in ownership in customer comms

    First of all @santanderuk close down 2 branches I used so need a train journey to get to one. Now no one answers their phone. Is there a bank that serves customers?
