@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

I have been kept waiting for 40 minutes by @santanderuk's call centre. Such delays are caused by underinvestment in the service. The solution is to employ more call handlers, If they can't recruit enough here they can go abroad,

Hi @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Still waiting after 45 mins for someone to discuss the mishandling of a complaint. It appears you’re all too shy to speak to me & a very junior customer service advisor is having no luck in encouraging someone senior to take the call. Oh dear.
