@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

When you can't sleep at 3am because @santanderuk are preventing your mum from getting the urgent care she needs because they're so slow in doing paperwork despite being told why its urgent. Don't bank with them is my advice.

Does anyone know why @santanderuk online banking has a massive problem with @ThreeUK mobile Wi-Fi. I've put up with this for 2 years with no explanation. 10 log in attempts just to get thrown out each time when trying to transfer money. And that's on a ****!ng good day.

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I was on the phone for 100m to remove a block on my account. It was a regular payment. This is not acceptable. Your web chat team did not help and need more training. As a result, I will be closing my account as coupled with the batch closures, if both the internet/physical
