Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Corinna Reilly (@corinnareilly) reported from Old Windsor, England@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

No reply so posted a formal complaint as they don't seem to do online for this type of issue. Phoning is hopeless. No reply. Seems they are dealing with it by simply ignoring me. Dave Moss (@DavidMoss315) reported@santanderuk applied for an Edge Credit Card and asked that the credit limit from my 123 card be transferred over. Told in branch this wouldn't be a problem. Two weeks later after numerous calls/ assurances it would be done I'm still waiting. Getting beyond a joke now.

Your main concern was for a big company not me
