@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

@santanderuk (Pt 5). 10 working days with no use on my card? Genuinely absolutely disgraceful conduct. As soon as this is resolved I will be moving banks and will never, ever recommend you. I’ve got to rely on family and friends to lend me cash for the next week or so. And I’m the victim.

What an abysmal service experience with @santanderuk ! Weekday phone takes so long to get through. The infuriating BOT chat now has no records (lucky I took a screen shot) & weekend staff so depleted they can't action! Shocking! No wonder I want to close my account!

@santanderuk shocking customer service -1hr to get through, 10 days to replace a stolen bank card..(which was sent 2nd class mail!) and unhelpful server attitude. This will be one customer less.

@santanderuk (Pt 4) why is it that as I’m clearly the victim of a fraud myself now I’m being treated as a suspect? I’m a normal working bloke with no weird or suspicious activity on my account since day 1. I’ve been told this could take 10 working days to resolve!!
