  @santanderuk I think you should review that. When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you they’re multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.

  Under FCA’s Consumer Duty @santanderuk UK has a duty to avoid causing foreseeable harm and provide timely support. +4 hours locked out of a fee-paying account over a small euro payment, with zero communication, fails both tests. Formal complaint logged. @financialombuds @WhichUK

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts
