    @santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    Excellent service in Branch at Bicester of @santanderuk today. By contrast trying to get any service at all on the phone is impossible. Why do Santander think that we will put up with this? It is really poor.

    @santanderuk BLOODY AWFUL SERVICE! Recently taken over a well established business, simply needed to change the name on the bank account, but I'm not 'desirable' to you, 15th of the month now, still no further on because of your time wasting. Totally ruined my first months trade.

    @HSBC_UK pathetic experience at HSBC Edinburgh Hanover street branch while trying to open a bank a/c for my son. It’s clear the bank is run by pseudos and bastards given I am a 20 year old customer.Thank you @santanderuk for opening the a/c within 30min #avoidhsbc

    @santanderuk I have been on hold for 40 mins to fraud team! Does anyone work in this office. I have been trying every day for a week to unblock my card. Tried ringing customer service to get help with this. They have put me back on hold to fraud team !! 😳😤😫 #frustrated!

    Just had to use the @santanderuk online banking website to help a friend sort out some mistakes. Wow that is truly awful. I would close the account if it were mine, the UX is that bad.

    @santanderuk an hour and a half waiting in a phone queue, and still no answer. Fairly urgent issue, can't wait any longer.
