    @santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage donโ€™t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place ๐Ÿ™„ #banking #ux #cx

    @santanderuk Shocking customer service wasting hours of peoples time either queuing on phone lines closing local branches reduced opening hours hours. Treat customers with absolute contempt

    @santanderuk @bancosantander Absolutely shocking business banking service! A backlog in the back office is NOT an acceptable excuse to block a payment and all online banking. And a simple response โ€œwe donโ€™t know how it will takeโ€ฆ..โ€

    @santanderuk So, Dad opened his account 8th June (Shipley) 1-3pm. but the clerk failed to enter Dads address correctly. After weeks of frustration and no sight of the money, I'm disgusted this clerk bragged about 'have been doing this all week' Today the error was rectified.
