    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    I’ve phoned my local Santander branch 14 times since 9.15am this morning and keep getting the message “sorry this line is busy” Our 2 refugees completed bank acc apps 2 wks ago & have heard nothing. We were told it would take 3-5 working days to process!! C’mon @santanderuk!!!

    @santanderuk I’m trying to close some accounts at your bank but your live chat/ 48 hour response times don’t appear to be effective, phone disconnects . It won’t allow me to do it online…any chance anyone can actually provide some customer service please ?

    @santanderukhelp So just tried, it’s not over 25k. Got the way to 2 factor authentication and then absolutely nothing happened! It’s almost impossible to to make online payments via @santanderuk

    @santanderuk @ITVTonight This is BS. I can bearly spend my money wihout the overzealous fraud detection at Santander kicking in. Yet they can make £130m of errorous payments on Christmas day. Go figure where the problem is.
