@santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

@santanderuk How do i get to contact Mike regnier please , my sons complaint has been handled appallingly from a lost letter that was signed for and didn’t make it to fraud team to lack of communication via letter and then a letter arriving on the 4/8/ 22 dated 17/7 just terrible .

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk can you confirm is 0808 280 2007 is legitimate number from your organisation? I've seen numerous things this afternoon claiming this is a scam call pretending from the Fraud department, yet is a different number from what's listed on your website.

I just waiter 1 hour 13 mins to get through to your mortgage team and as soon as the call went through up they hung up. This is unacceptable ..... Poor customer service @santanderuk

@santanderuk despite living in France for 3 years and regularly transfering money from her UK a/c where her pension is paid to her French a/c you have AGAIN blocked my Mum from her online a/c! You do this every few months. She is at her wits end with frustration! Please help

Today (day 7) I finally got access to my @santanderuk account again. No notification, apology or anything. Instead a mortgage repayment on the account for an already fully repaid mortgage with them!

Can i just say, its bad enough that @santanderuk closed hundreds of branches around the UK but also having the ones that are left closing at 3pm is absolutely terrible for #smallbusinesses. Seriously considering moving #bank as you are not the best for businesses any more. 😡
