@santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

@PayPalUK Speed up your credit card processing. Takes days to pay down any usage of your paypal credit facilities. How is it instant on one but up to a week on the other? I pay @santanderuk it clears immediatly

Hey @monzo, is the Open Banking integration broken with @santanderuk? Tried transferring money twice, went through the whole process seemingly successfully but the money never moved...?

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp 3 weeks+ since all documentation was sent to open an account and still nothing. 1hour+ on the phone for someone to say, you are having problems with the accounts and to just wait. I had thought of moving my account with you, now I'm not sure sure.

Hey @santanderuk i know your lines are really busy (insufficiently staffed) and i know your web site says there's a form there (but there isn't , really is there ) Other then going into town to see the clerk is there a way you can send me the form to dispute a payment. Thanks
