… I just want a credit card that works & doesn’t get blocked every time I use it!I’ve never had so much hassle with a bank/credit card before. Customer service seem unable to help. Really frustrating. Might just pay it off and switch providers as this is ridiculous. @santanderuk

@santanderuk can you explain to me why an unauthorised payment came out of my account Saturday preventing me from getting to work and earning £180 then when I call 2 seek help you claim its not your responsibility and then block my card without telling me no compo 4 lost earnings
