    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    @santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

    My Bank used to have a local business manager, then they got rid of them and now it takes weeks to get an appointment with the centralized one. The person is sick so it’s weeks again to reschedule! Great business service @santanderuk

    @santanderuk as an authenticated user in my online banking, I changed a standing order which was from one Santander account to another. You then blocked my access due to fraud detection. This was a week ago. 3 calls to head office and am told the fraud team will contact me. !

    Patiently awaiting someone to ring me from the complaints department @santanderuk a week on when promised a release of my money within 48hrs. Poor communication, victim or fraud several times with this bank but not with other companies I use. Treated like **** I have been. 😡

    Waah! Booked @KLM_UK flights using @santanderuk credit card. KLM website says transaction failed, so no reference number. But Santander app showing payment as successful. Erm... who has my money? And are my flights booked or not?

    @santanderuk Thanks to the gross incompetence of Amir on the mobile app 24 hour chat service, I’m missing out on this year’s ISA personal allowance. He was unhelpful & unknowable in the product you provide. Is this the sub par service to provide to all your Santander customers?
