    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!

    @MartinSLewis - @santanderuk have rejected my bank account switch bonus claiming my DD’s aren’t on their eligible “list”. One DD is a payment to my local council and the other is the @PostcodeLottery. Have you heard of such an issue?

    @JustEatUK @McDonaldsUK It's quite alright Presumably my @SantanderUK account will be refunded for the missing 🍟chips so all's well that ends well It's worth mentioning that the printed 🧾 receipts attached to the delivered package indicate not insignificant printing 🖨 problems Some information absent

    @santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs

    @santanderuk Hi @santanderuk — I was advised a case handler would contact me after 8am today, but I still haven’t received any email or contact. I remain stranded abroad without access to funds. Please urgently escalate this and contact me immediately
