@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk You need to get this sorted, you've changed all my cards over to MASTERCARD, guess what happens when there's an issue with Mastercard?! Had to walk out a shop earlier after already having the service, luckily they knew me.. Still need to pay them though.

@santanderuk You state that the issue with card payments has been resolved when in fact this is not the case! Inaccurate information. Best to be transparent with your customers as this is not expected from such a major bank

@santanderuk I'm aware you've been having some recent problems. A problem I have is my most recent transactions aren't showing on my online banking. There not even pending. I've done both physical shopping and online shopping but received no transaction. Should I be worried?
