@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk problems after problems with this bank card payments not working again this is a regular thing with this bank it’s happened to me at least 4 times in 6 months so monday my account with u shall be closed full stop it’s embarrassing and im not happy

@santanderuk after 2 weeks in Thailand you have decided without warning to block me from my funds leaving me with no way to contact you, no way to pay for a hotel and no way to get off the island I am currently on. This leaves me in a bad situation. unblock my card immediately!
