    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    I’ve spent over 2 HOURS on hold waiting to speak to @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - have been cut off twice before even speaking to someone. They think there’s fraudulent activity. There’s not. Absolutely appalling customer service. Accounts will be closed ASAP.

    @financialombuds @santanderuk unbelievable customer service. online access 2 our own blocked for the last 3 days. Everyday we ate calling and chatting to various guys. Today after 4 one hr on hold a guy came and asked some couple of same questions & without (1/3)

    @santanderuk (Pt 4) why is it that as I’m clearly the victim of a fraud myself now I’m being treated as a suspect? I’m a normal working bloke with no weird or suspicious activity on my account since day 1. I’ve been told this could take 10 working days to resolve!!

    @santanderuk apparently asking for receipt for a payment I just made is impossible and got sarcastic and rude customer service. Not that this will do anything but 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @santanderuk you have 1 Branch in the city where your head office is based. It closes at 3pm. All other banks around open Trying to unlock a frozen account. You are to customer service what Dr Crippen was to marriage guidance. #soontobeexcustomer

    @santanderuk great customer service that your updated software means I can no longer use your banking app so I get told to get a new phone. It appears 40 years of banking loyalty means nothing #badservice

    @santanderuk shocking customer service -1hr to get through, 10 days to replace a stolen bank card..(which was sent 2nd class mail!) and unhelpful server attitude. This will be one customer less.

    Hi @santanderuk maybe you should take a leaf out of #nationwide's service manual on how to treat clients, just received mortgage offer honouring rate offered few weeks before the market crash. Unlike some who dragged out for months and then found an excuse not to offer.

    @PayPal is absolutely bullshit!!! How dare you accept transfers from @santanderuk and then block me from sending money to Santander. That’s not cool at all! I want an explaination for this immediately @PayPal after 10 years of service and payments I’m closing my account.
