@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@Dave__Stewart @santanderuk They aren’t I fuelled up earlier not knowing anything about Santander being down I can’t withdraw or make card payment it lets you enter your pin let you choose your action then spits your card out says currently unavailable

Really disappointed at your network being down @santanderukhelp @santanderuk my wages are supposed to go in tonight but thanks to you they haven't, I need to be able to pay my bills, you need to sort this straight away!
