Just managed to see my Santander balance and there's only £90 in there despite the £300 coming out of my Monzo this morning. Thought it'd send the £90 to Monzo so I've got some money to hand.

I've got no access to either of my accounts and can't even withdraw cash from other cash machines as suggested by your employees. It's a joke coming from one of the UK's leading banks. I don’t advocate using credit cards but today they would be helpful. Also if you upload your card in Apple Pay would still work even if the bank is down.

I’m not sure why they added that message. I can access the app and my balance is there thankfully. But the money I’ve transferred today is missing.
