Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc

I’ve sent letters but they refuse to even drop the amount and I’m at my wits end. Can you help me please because they seem not to care at all

We are on week 3 now, I'm still getting letters chasing me for payment and you still haven't sorted it. Dave Moss (@DavidMoss315) reported@santanderuk applied for an Edge Credit Card and asked that the credit limit from my 123 card be transferred over. Told in branch this wouldn't be a problem. Two weeks later after numerous calls/ assurances it would be done I'm still waiting. Getting beyond a joke now.
