    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk @TSB First experience of using the new payment screens in the Santander Connect account to import a file with multiple payments. You have taken something that was world class and replaced it with something terrible whilst attempting to tell your customers that this is an improvement.

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @wideawake_media As a @santanderuk @santanderukhelp customer, I would like an explanation about this video, and put the banks' side of the story forward. Did this man pass security? I currently have a six figure sum in a savings account with Santander & need to know that this won't happen to me?

    @santanderuk @FT how they are even allowed to operate beyond me. DIABOLICAL 0 customer service, whose money are you protecting?????? Block peoples bank and just don’t check what you ask for?? SCUM

    @santanderuk you're just proving my decision to move more. You've put my account on hold again (presumably because I am trying to switch providers to @LloydsBank) and now another 10+ minute hold for someone who struggles to use the phone or go to a branch because you don't properly support RelayUK #accessibilitymatters
