@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

So @bancosantander @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I have spent 6 hours hanging on waiting for Toni, Jim, Andrew, Steven Warnock, Caroline, Ryan and Bradley to answer the phone. All of them have promised someone would phone me back or send me an email. Bradley just cut me off. WTF

So @santanderuk told me in branch this morning that they had no idea why my card was broken but they'd issue a second one to my account so that I can continue to use Google pay because I desperately need it. Got a message and email at 23:10, my Google pay and card are cancelled.

@santanderuk she's been told it could take 30 days to resolve ,not good enough for an organisation of your size , I'm sure you have teams who can check in 10 mins who transfred her money and what isp it was from , shocking treatment of a elderly customer

Absolutely disgusting service from @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I am following the instruction in letter in response to my complaint, on hold for 90 minutes, try the other number, further 30 minutes, to be told I can’t be out through as it’s a different department. 😡

@santanderuk What's the point in telling customers you're too busy to answer the phone to cancel their stolen card, and they should go online, if your website then says they can't cancel your stolen card online and you should call? :(

@the_spad @santanderuk I had a similar experience moving money with @BarclaysUK You can only move a few K with their 'worldclass' app even with multiple levels of auth and signing, yet have to visit a branch - in work hours - and **** about for 1 1/2 hours whilst various staff fail with thier own IT
