@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

After 3 hours on hold to @santanderuk there is a brief message saying 'Our call centre is now closed, we apologize for not being able to service your account, please try again tomorrow. Are you kidding me? Really? THREE HOURS ON HOLD

@santanderuk I’ve just spent 45 mins on the phone trying to get access to passcode and try no to access@bank via app. Referred to@website and asked to reset my passwords. This doesn’t provide the correct info to access app. I have ID no - what next? Please advise

@santanderuk your call centre staff are connecting the call and immediately hanging up. It’s happened three times now. It’s incredibly poor customer service and really frustrating.

Now, I’d get it if I ever had debt or bad financial history. But I don’t. I paid for my current car every month for 5 years through Santander so you’d think this would help. But nope. Seems a bit extreme @santanderuk ?
