Thought I'd lost my pension. Distraught.Made me ill.

@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

@santanderuk how do I find my mortgage sort code number so I can register for online banking? Can’t find on the web site, Sandi tells me to log on to online banking, had my call to the Call Centre dropped 3 times while trying to speak to a person…

@santanderuk As of 12:50 hrs UK time Santander debit card transactions not possible here in France - card payments in shops and ATM cash withdrawals affected. ATM machines display indicating reason is technical issues (at Santander). Same problem again (as Wednesday this week).
