@santanderuk @MoneySavingExp Still not sorted.After 3 useless letters, 8 calls.10hrs spent.Every Customer Service Agent telling me the last Agent had given me the wrong information (6 of them in total) No call back from Complaints 2 days after registering. Thought I'd lost my pension. Distraught.Made me ill.

@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

@santanderukhelp I was on track to buy a house before the stamp duty holiday. Then your valuer was off sick the day of the valuation. It’s been rescheduled for 30th June but I’m now going to miss the holiday and pay £1,000s in tax. Please help! @santanderuk

@santanderuk I've always defended Santander as a bank because they do offer a good service, but you should really update your customers to why your branches ain't opening on a Saturday & why your cash machines are switched off, a bit poor really, Leeds City Centre Branch

@santanderuk any reason why a customer would have their account closed, and be told “you’re no longer welcome to bank with us”…. That’s a little bit disgusting if you ask me….
